Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of competence, leadership style, and organizational culture partially on employee performance and then the influence of competence, leadership style, and organizational culture together on employee performance. The population of this study was all employees of the Tanah Datar District Land Office, a total of 87 people. The sample in this study was taken from all populations, namely as many as 87 people. The data were collected using a Likert Scale model questionnaire and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS computer program. The results of the analysis show that the competency variable, leadership style and Organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tanah Datar District Land Office employees. Competency Variables, Leadership style, and Organizational Culture together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tanah Datar District Land Office employees.

Abstract

Perundungan di sekolah merupakan masalah yang serius yang dapat berdampak negatif pada perkembangan siswa, baik dari segi akademik maupun psikologis. Program Roots Indonesia dikembangkan sebagai inisiatif untuk mengurangi perundungan melalui pembentukan Agen Perubahan di kalangan siswa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Program Roots Indonesia dalam mengurangi perundungan di sekolah dan membandingkan implementasinya di dua sekolah berbeda, yakni SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu dan UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif komparatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi di kedua sekolah. Analisis dilakukan untuk melihat perubahan perilaku perundungan dan persepsi siswa serta guru terhadap program ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Roots Indonesia efektif dalam mengurangi insiden perundungan di kedua sekolah. Di SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu, terdapat penurunan signifikan dalam perilaku perundungan, meskipun tantangan seperti resistensi terhadap Agen Perubahan masih terjadi. Di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh, efektivitas program juga terlihat, meskipun terdapat kendala dalam sosialisasi program yang optimal.
