Abstract

The article aims to reveal the relaxation of faith through religious football, emphasizing reflective thinking and relaxation. Through a theoretical approach, the research concluded: that religious football is an interpretation of the 5 pillars of Islam and 6 pillars of faith so that the total is 11 so it is the same as a football team. Relaxation of faith through religious football contemplation is carried out by reducing each pillar as part of the dimension of faith which must be transcendent by exercising feelings in every activity of daily life so that everything has the dimension of worship. With this strategy, faith will increase closer to God until it penetrates into the soul which has an impact on calm in life. The research contributes to ways of increasing faith by emphasizing reflective thinking and relaxation.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the leadership of the principal based on ethical culture in improving school quality at MI Ma'arif Kaliwiro Wonosobo. This field research utilizes information obtained from research subjects through data collection instruments using a qualitative phenomenological approach with an inductive explanatory pattern. The research results show that the principal leads by building an ethical culture in the school, namely religious ethics, honesty, justice, assertiveness, discipline and caring. Based on this ethical culture, the principal communicates the organization to all its members. In improving school quality, the principal has strategies as the basis for an ethical culture, namely: 1) establishing religious ethical standards as a culture for educators and students; 2) acting as a model or example for subordinates; 3) paying attention to aspects of heterogeneity in developing an ethical culture in the school, 4) thinking about long-term consequences, 5) fighting for the fate of subordinates. This ethical culture has an impact on improving school quality from academic and behavioral aspects. Academically, students are able to understand the material presented by educators. Behaviorally, it makes students more diligent in worship, and educators and staff better understand their role in guiding students.

Abstract

This article attempts to uncover the wisdom of Satan's steadfastness in his evil conspiracy to plunge humanity into the abyss of hell, a practice previously undiscovered. This paper is a qualitative literature review using inductive analysis. The results show that the presence of evil entities does not mean there is nothing to learn from them, including learning to be steadfast like Satan. Steadfastness allows humans to survive alongside various other types of humans from the beginning of human creation to the present modern era. This steadfastness is crucial to maintain as a supporter of carrying out and spreading goodness so that it continues to thrive. The difference in steadfastness between a wise person and Satan lies in the values they seek to embody, namely good and evil. If Satan is more adaptable and flexible in pursuing evil, then goodness will have an increasingly difficult time accompanying the progress and development of human civilization on earth. Research Implications: The author deliberately invites readers not to comment on the results, but emphasizes the importance of taking advantage of them objectively, rather than subjectively. This research provides recommendations for further research in more specific areas.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the strategy for forming the leadership character of students in the Ma'arif Council organization of the Tanbihul Ghofiliin Islamic Boarding School, Banjarnegara. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity was verified through triangulation of sources and methods, followed by thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of leadership character building strategies is carried out through two main approaches: formal education and non-formal activities. Formal education, through religious classes, plays a role in providing a foundation of knowledge about Islamic leadership values. Subjects such as Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), Aqidah (creed), and Sirah Nabawiyah (the Prophetic tradition) help students understand leadership concepts in depth. Non-formal activities, such as involvement in organizations, provide students with opportunities to practice the leadership values they have learned. The role model approach also plays a crucial role in the implementation of leadership character building. This process has implications for individual students, their social environment, and the educational system at Islamic boarding schools. In terms of personal development, students involved in leadership programs demonstrate improvements in responsibility, independence, and self-confidence. They learn to become proactive individuals and capable of leading groups, both within the Islamic boarding school environment and in the community after graduation.
