This paper aims to identify and analyze the volatility of stock returns and the changes of liquidity around the announcement of Shari’ah stock screening published by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN-MUI). The announcement is consist of stocks that become the constituent of ISSI (Indonesia Shari’ah Stock Index) and the stocks out from ISSI in each period. The number of data are 341 emitens, divided into two categories. The first category was 196 stocks that out from the composition of ISSI, and the second was shari’ah stock from 145 emitens which categorized as part of ISSI from 2011 to 2016. The statistical method (t-test) is used to analyze the change of stock returns and the change of liquidity in 14 days around the announcement (6 days pre- and post announcement). The result shows that Shari’ah compliant stocks over 6 years around the announcement have no difference in return and have negative sign for both the Shari’ah stocks and the stocks out from ISS. It may caused by the intention of Islamic investor which invest their capital based on the compliance of Shari’ah, so the returns do not become the most important one. Interestingly, on the other hand, the liquidity change of stocks which out of ISSI has negative significant difference on the days after the announcement of screening. It indicates that the non-compliant stocks have negative in change of liquidity or have significant liquidity declining after the announcement. Also, in fact Islamic invetors are more concern in the list of stocks that out from ISSI and the stock returns become less important to them than the compliance of investment. Thess findings confirm the issue that the screening is not effecting the expected return of investors. Besides, this study tells that the screening is perceived as important information by the investors in making decisions. Thus, the next studies are needed to investigate the effect of long-term investment on shari’a stock and the factors that influence the shari’a stock return during the period of announcement.

Meskipun penggunaan intuisi telah menjadi salah satu alat pengambilan keputusan yang disukai oleh CEO, manajer dan profesional, studi tentang bagaimana penggunaan intuisi dinilai di tempat kerja masih langka di literatur. Artikel ini bermaksud untuk mengatasi kesenjangan literatur ini dengan berbagi temuan tentang pentingnya penggunaan intuisi dan manifestasi praktisnya dalam profesi dari sudut pandang 85 manajer pembelian. Data menunjukkan bahwa intuisi sebagian besar dikenal sebagai: (1) kapasitas untuk membuat keputusan yang tepat melalui pengenalan pola; (2) kapasitas untuk membuat keputusan cepat; dan (3) kemampuan bernalar menggunakan pengalaman. Penemuan kami membuktikan bahwa penggunaan intuisi dihargai tidak hanya sejauh berkontribusinya pada kesuksesan sebuah pengambilan keputusan, tetapi juga untuk peningkatan kemampuan pribadi. Sayangnya, peserta dalam penelitian ini cenderung berbagi gagasan umum dan ambigu tentang pentingnya intuisi daripada menyajikan contoh kehidupan profesional berbasis praktik yang konkret yang menggambarkan pemahaman dan penerapannya dalam organisasi mereka.

Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah dengan membentuk lembaga keuangan mikro berupa Koperasi. Kelompok Usaha Warung Sejahtera merupakan salah satu kelompok UMKM yang berbasis syariah. Sehingga membutuhkan koperasi syariah dalam mengembangkan UMKM yang tergabung di Kelompok Usaha Warung Sejahtera. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa peningkatan sikap UMKM setelah mendapatkan pelatihan koperasi syariah. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pemberdayaan dan pelatihan. Pengukuran sikap UMKM menggunakan uji beda sebelum dengan setelah pelatihan dibantu software SPSS. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan masyarakat UMKM mengenai koperasi syariah masih rendah sebelum pelatihan dan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan setelah pelatihan. Sementara ketertarikan masyarakat UMKM untuk membentuk dan mengelola koperasi syariah sangat besar baik sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Tindakan yang akan dilakukan masyarakat berupa pembentukan koperasi syariah dan mengelola koperasi syariah secara professional sangat besar sebelum dan setelah pelatihan.

The use of rational and intuitive information-processing systems is related to the entrepreneurial decision-making effectiveness. This study aims to comprehensively describe the literature that examines the effects of using rational and intuitive systems on entrepreneurial decision making. Leading literature databases are sought for studies published between 1995 and 2017 that evaluate rational and/or intuitive systems in relation to entrepreneurial decision making. We found ten empirical studies that met our inclusion criteria. There is some evidence from this research that the use of intuitive systems can positively influence entrepreneurial decision making in the early stages of entrepreneurship (e.g, opportunity identification). Other studies report mixed results regarding the impact of using rational and / or intuitive information processing systems for decision making at the next entrepreneurial stage (e.g, Exploitation of opportunities and financial performance). Based on the findings of this review, there are three further research opportunities, namely: (1) researchers must begin to learn about the ability of entrepreneurs to match their cognitive information processing systems with task characteristics; (2) assesses the effectiveness of decision making as the main outcome; and (3) study the construction of entrepreneurial behavior at the individual level in relation to the use of rational and intuitive information processing systems.

Wakaf uang telah menjadi alternatif yang bagus untuk individu atau organisasi yang tidak memiliki aset tidak bergerak tetapi hanya memiliki aset bergerak untuk tujuan endowment. Yayasan Oase Anak bangsa juga berkeinginan untuk menjadi nazhir wakaf uang untuk mensupport kegiatan pada bidang pendidikan dan sosial. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan membantu yayasan untuk mendirikan nazhir wakaf uang yang mendapatkan izin dari Badan Wakaf Indonesia. Hasil PkM menunjukkan masih rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat sekitar yayasan terkait wakaf selain itu PkM ini; juga sudah membantu syarat nazhir mempunyai sertifikasi kompetensi di bidang pengelolaan wakaf.

Masalah yang terjadi pengrajin daun pandan di desa Kadumaneuh Banten adalah rendahnya pemahaman mitra tentang konsep dasar akuntansi dan rendahnya kemampuan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memberikan bantuan pendampingan melakukan pencatatan sederhana setiap transaksi atas usaha anyaman daun pandan yang dilakukan seperti mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukan dana, mencatat persediaan atau stok bahan baku, mencatat biaya produksi dan membuat neraca serta laporan laba rugi. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang kemudian hasilnya diukur dengan melalui pretest dan posttest. Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 23 orang. Peserta sangat antusias karena mendapatkan sesuatu yang baru. Hasil analisis paired sample test menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik terdapat perbedaan skor pemahaman peserta antara sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan, rata-rata skor sebelum pendampingan sebesar 36,84 kemudian setelah pendampingan mengalami kenaikan menjadi 50,00, dengan kata lain ada kenaikan sekor sebesar 13,15. Pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan telah berhasil memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan usaha.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Disiplin Pasar pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Data panel dikumpulkan dari laporan triwulanan perbankan 2010-2015 dari 10 Bank Umum Syariah. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel spesifik bank terhadap simpanan bank syariah penuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model Fixed Effect untuk memberikan bukti empiris pada Disiplin Pasar Bank Syariah. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa Non Performing Financing, dan Financing to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap Disiplin Pasar. Temuan tersebut menambah bukti penting pada literatur terkait Disiplin Pasar khususnya di Bank Syariah.

This study aims to identify Indonesia’s foreign trade policy reforms and analyze their impact on its foreign trade performance. This study focuses on the reforms of policy in foreign trade that includes the policies and regulations of both the export and the import sector after the Constitutions of Job Creation (UU Cipta Kerja) enforced. Descriptive and statistical analysis used in this study. Descriptive analysis is intended to identify any fundamental changes related to the regulations of foreign trade. Then, statistical analyses that consist of Paired T-Test and Correlations Test, are aim to capture the differences in the average of exports, imports, and trade balance value before and after the enactment of Minister of Trade Regulation Number 19 of 2021 concerning Export Policies and Regulations and the Minister of Trade Regulation Number 20 of 2021 concerning Import Policies and Regulation, and to find out the relationship between import and export activities. Based on descriptive analysis, the results show that fundamental changes occurred were the form of system changes, the simplification of licensing application requirements, and positive fictitious principles. Besides, based on the Paired T-Test, there is a difference between the average of export, import, and trade balance value before and after the Minister of Trade Regulations enforced. This indicates that the regulations have an impact on the value of exports, imports, and trade balance, which their value had increased after the implementation of the regulations. Furthermore, through correlation analysis, it is proven that the value of imports is positively correlated with the value of exports. So that, the value of imports is closely related to the increase of exports value. In other words, an increase in the value of imports followed by a higher increase in the value of exports, can increase the value of the trade balance.

There are two primary challenges faced by students of SMK Kesehatan Aras Sawangan Depok. Firstly, there is a proficiency issue in videography and photography, considering SMK Kesehatan Aras specializes in health education and lacks focus on videography, photography, or visual communication design. Secondly, students encounter difficulties in utilizing digital platforms as avenues for selling digital assets such as videos and photos. Addressing these issues is crucial for enabling students to commence monetizing digital assets online. The objective of this training program is to enhance students' knowledge and skills in producing digital assets and commercializing them through the Gettyimages application. The method employed is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). This community service activity was attended by 27 Aras Vocational School students. Based on pretest and posttest analysis, it shows that the increase in participants' knowledge varied between 82%-100%, with an average increase in understanding for the 27 participants of 91.92%. So it can be concluded that the objectives of this training have been achieved, this training has had a positive impact as shown by the increase in participants' understanding of 11 aspects of the science of selling digital assets in the form of videos and photos on the Gettyimages platform.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital Kelompok Usaha Warung Sejahtera di Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM di bidang kuliner, fashion, dan kerajinan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan dalam transformasi digital. Pelatihan pada kegiatan ini melibatkan 35 pelaku UMKM. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, anggota kelompok dilatih dalam penggunaan teknologi digital, seperti pembuatan situs web, media sosial, serta aplikasi manajemen keuangan dan Sistem Point of Sale (POS). Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan platform kanal informasi tranformasi digital UMKM dengan nama digitalisasi-umkm.com. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman anggota terhadap teknologi digital, meskipun tantangan usia dan latar belakang pendidikan tetap mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mempersiapkan UMKM untuk bersaing di era digital, namun pendampingan berkelanjutan diperlukan agar manfaat teknologi dapat dioptimalkan
