Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia are experiencing a negative impact from the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises actors need an increase in entrepreneurship motivation to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic. The YARSI University Community Service Team and partners from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises who are members of the YARSI University with the Warung Sejahtera Business Group conducted training on entrepreneurship motivation. The activity results show that there are still Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors who do not know about the COVID-19 pandemic and entrepreneurship motivation. After participating in the training, most MSME actors are interested in running a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise business during the COVID-19 pandemic by innovating. The innovation that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will carry out is the most widely chosen by sharing info to the WA group. This community service activity concludes that there is an increase in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises' entrepreneurship motivation to stay afloat during the covid 19 pandemic. Future community service activities can be in the form of training on the operationalization of the WhatsApp application in increasing sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

One of the ways to internalize reading interest in the family is to have a book or resource collection at home designated to the needs of each family's member. These books collection need to be managed as a home library to fulfill the purpose as a source of information for the family. By managing this library, the collection can also be retrieved easily. The scope material in this engagement includes strategies to increase reading interest in the family, introducing new ideas of the design concept, and the use of home library space, practices in managing and maintaining the collection, and demo of SLiMS open source application utilization for home library. The evaluation results of the engagement showed that 83.8 percent of participant scored at average value in the test of a simple classification for library collection is. There are 5 participants get the score of 100. 72% of participants indicate the desire and concern to organize and to create a comfortable and attractive home library. 95% of participants valued the training provided as usefull and 98% of participants answered the training material is relevant to the needs of the participants. Furhter more, this Training of Family Library Management for Member of Dharma Wanita Finance Ministry Republic Indonesia can be applied by various elements of society as part of the strategies in developing awareness of the national spirit literacy movement from the family.

Abstract

Para pelaku usaha warung yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Usaha Warung Sejahteramengalami dampak negative selama pandemic covid 19 berupa penurunan pendapatan.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berupa penggunaan digital marketingyang meningkat dan pendapatan para pengusaha warung di kelompok usaha warungsejahtera mengalami peningkatan. Metode pengabdian berupa pendampingan dalambentuk pelatihan dan pengukuran perilaku menggunakan metode SEM dengan softwareSmartPLS. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa intensi dan perilakuanggota kelompok usaha warung sejahtera menggunakan digital marketing dalamjalanin usaha. Intensi dan perilaku anggota Kelompok Usaha Warung Sejahtera cukuptinggi untuk menerapkan atau menggunakan digital marketing dalam meningkatkanpendapatan. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil uji hipotesis yang signifikan antara pengaruhpengetahuan dan sikap secara tidak langsung terhadap perilaku melalui variabel intensipelaku usaha warung.

Abstract

Intisari – Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi Yes TBcare! berbasis Android. Aplikasi digunakan oleh kader TBC di YARSI TB Care untuk melakukan penyuluhan kepada pasien TBC, keluarga dan masyarakat di era pandemi maupun saat pandemi berakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scrum karena lebih efektif dalam mengerjakan proyek dalam jangka waktu pendek, jumlah tim yang sedikit serta dengan kebutuhan di lapangan yang dapat berubah. Metode scrum terdapat scrum roles yaitu product owner, scrum master dan tim scrum. Tahapan metode scrum antara lain: user stories, product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum (Sprint Execution), sprint review dan sprint retrospective. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode black box dan UEQ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Pengujian metode black box dinyatakan valid 100%; 2) Pengujian UEQ pada diagram benchmark menghasilkan skala daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi dan kebaruan dikategorikan good sedangkan skala ketepatan dan stimulasi dikategorikan excellent. Kata Kunci – Tuberkulosis, Scrum, Black Box, UEQ, Aplikasi Yes Tbcare!

Abstract

Purpose: This project aims to increase the sales of pandan mat artisans in Kadumaneuh Village by addressing marketing challenges and introducing innovative business concepts.Method: The approach included outreach, mentoring, and creating a promotional website. Artisans were trained in business concepts and product innovation, followed by mentoring to apply these ideas, and a website was developed for broader market reach.Practical Applications: The website serves as a promotional tool to expand sales, while the training equips artisans with better business knowledge, helping them adapt and compete more effectively.Conclusion: The project improved artisans' understanding of business concepts, though no significant change was noted in comparative analysis. The mentoring and website development are expected to bring long-term benefits to the artisans' businesses.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the business world, requiring young generations to adapt effectively. However, the use of technology without guidance from Islamic values poses the risk of unethical business practices that contradict the principles of Sharia. Therefore, this Community Service (PkM) program aims to provide education for the youth of Kadumaneuh Village to understand digital-era entrepreneurship while remaining grounded in Islamic values. The program was carried out through training sessions, counseling, and two-way discussions between facilitators and participants, designed with a participatory approach to ensure active engagement. The results indicate that participants gained a better understanding of Sharia-based digital business concepts, particularly concerning honesty, transparency, the prohibition of usury, and the importance of trustworthiness in online transactions. Furthermore, this activity fostered awareness among the youth to integrate digital literacy with Islamic ethics in their entrepreneurial practices. The implication of this program is the emergence of opportunities to develop ethical, religious, and sustainable digital entrepreneurship at the village level. The originality of this initiative lies in its integration of technological education with Islamic values within the context of rural community empowerment, which has rarely been conducted previously. Thus, this program provides a concrete contribution to strengthening the capacity of the younger generation in facing the challenges of the digital economy while remaining aligned with Islamic principles.
