Abstract

INTISARIKerahasiaan data sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga dari pihak=pihak yang tidak berwenang agar tidak dapat mengaksesnya, untuk itu diperlukan teknik steganografi dan enkripsi untuk mengaburkan pesan yang dikirimkan ke dalam bentuk gambar / cover image. Tujuan utama  penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi yang berguna memasukan teks  / plain text yang akan dienkripsi menggunakan kata kunci / encryption key menjadi cypher text kemudian disisipkan ke dalam cover image menjadi stego object kemudian hasil dari stego object dipisahkan antara cypher text dan cover image, selanjutnya cypher text didekrip menggunakan kata kunci / encryption key untuk dapat menghasilkan teks sumber / plain text. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah algoritma transposisi columnar dengan model transposisi 12-21. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini membandingkan ukuran file dari gambar yang menjadi cover image, stego object, dan gambar hasil dari pemisahan cypher text dari stego object. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh ukuran file antara cover image dan stego object tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan berapapun jumlah ukuran teks yang disisipkan / hidden text ke cover image sehingga kriteria Steganografi yakni Fidelity, Robustness, dan Recovery terpenuhi dengan baik.Kata kunci ? kriptografi, steganografi, cover image, Stego object, plain text, cypher text, encryption key dan transposisi columnar. ABSTRACTThe confidentiality of data is very necessary to protect the party from unauthorized parties so that they cannot access it, for this reason steganography and encryption techniques are needed to obscure the messages sent to them in the form of images. The main purpose of this research is to make an application that is useful to enter text / plain text that will be encrypted using the encryption key to be a cypher text and then inserted into the cover image into a stego object then the results of the stego object are separated between the Cypher text and cover image, then cypher Text is decrypted using an encryption key to produce plain text. The method used in this study is the columnar transposition algorithm with the transposition model 12-21. The results obtained from this study compare the file size of the image that is the cover image, stego object, and the image resulting from the separation of the cypher text from stego object. The conclusions obtained by the file size between the cover image and stego object did not change significantly regardless of the number of sizes of text inserted / hidden text to the cover image so that the Steganography criteria, namely Fidelity, Robustness, and Recovery were fulfilled well.Keywords - cryptography, steganography, cover image, Stego object, plain text, cypher text, encryption key and columnar transposition.

Abstract

INTISARIPT. Hendrawan Audi Mandiri merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang konsultan dan kontraktor atau penyedia jasa pembangunan gedung, jalan, jembatan dan lain-lain, beralamat di jalan Komp Gagas Permai Jalan Gelatik No.95 Kecamatan Pelaihari Kab Tanah Laut, Oleh karenanya PT. Hendrawan Audi Mandiri harus memiliki tenaga sumber daya manusia yang baik kualitas dari sisi nilai akademiknya, perilaku, dan kemampuan komunikasinya. PT. Hendrawan Audi Mandiri merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang melakukan proses penerimaan karyawan secara mandiri atau tidak menggunakan jasa perusahaan outsorcing. Selain itu, proses penerimaan dan seleksi calon karyawan membutuhkan waktu lama dan tak jarang staf Human Resources Department  (HRD) dihadapkan pada keadaan jumlah lowongan yang terbatas serta calon kayawan yang berminat dan memenuhi persyaratan administrasi jumlahnya berlipat ganda banyaknya dari yang diperlukan. Kondisi semacam ini apabila tidak disikapi dengan tepat dapat menjadi sumber potensi masalah bagi perusahaan di kemudian hari, baik internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Membantu mengatasi masalah yang dirasakan oleh bagian HRD maka dibangunlah sebuah perangkat lunak pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang dapat mengolah data-data pelamar kerja pada PT. Hendrawan Audi Mandiri berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sehingga menghasilkan output yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan penentuan dalam rekrutmen karyawan berdasarkan perankingan nilai tertinggi. Hendrawan Audi Mandiri must have good quality human resources in terms of academic values, behavior, and communication skills. PT. Hendrawan Audi Mandiri is one company that carries out employee recruitment processes independently or does not use the services of an outsorcing company. In addition, the process of recruiting and selecting prospective employees takes a long time and not infrequently the Human Resources Department (HRD) staff is faced with a limited number of vacancies as well as prospective employees who are interested in and fulfilling administrative requirements in multiples of what is needed. This condition if not addressed properly can be a potential source of problems for the company in the future, both internal and external to the company. Help overcome the problems felt by the HRD then a decision support software was built using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method that can process the data of job applicants at PT. Hendrawan Audi Mandiri is based on predetermined criteria, so that it produces outputs that can assist in making decision decisions in employee recruitment based on the highest ranking ranking.Keyword -- Information Systems, Employee Recruitment, SAW Method.

Abstract

PT. RIG Tender Indonesia merupakan perusahaan nasional berdiri tahun 1981 pada perkembangannya tahun 2007 sudah go public hal ini terlihat hampir 97% saham kepemilikannya sudah dibeli oleh grup Schumi Sdn Bhd yang notabene perusahaan Malaysia yang berkantor pusat di London, Inggris. PT. RIG Tender Indonesia Banjarmasin yang menangani angkutan jasa pelayaran. Terhitung dari bulan pebruari 2018 ini berdasarkan hasil data yang disebutkan bagian kepegawaian PT. RIG Tender Indonesia Banjarmasin memiliki karyawan kurang lebih 500 orang, dengan jumlah kapal yang dikelola sebanyak 35 kapal, dimana kapal tersebut tersebar dalam 4 (empat) buah nama perusahaan, yaitu : PT. Batuah Abadi Lines berkantor di jalan Belitung Darat 88 Banjarmasin, PT. Altus Lines Indonesia, PT. Masada Jaya Lines, dan PT. Cahaya Samudra Perkasa Lines. Permasalahan yang ditemukenali Pengiriman berkas perhitungan gaji dan pajak sering terlambat dikarenakan jauhnya jarak Banjarmasin-Singapura-Banjarmasi, dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi gaji dan pajak, maka pengiriman berkas akan menjadi lebih mudah dengan rute Banjarmasin-Singapura, Perhitungan ulang / rekonsiliasi gaji dan pajak sering terjadi dikarenakan perhitungan pajak pegawai dengan sistem indonesia dan luar negeri tidaklah sama, Proses klarifikasi dan penyesuaian sistem pembukuan antara kantor pusat Banjarmasin dengan para auditor publik sering terkendala masalah komunikasi antara Banjarmasin-Singapura-Auditor Publik. Perhitungan pembayaran gaji, dan pajak mengalami permasalahan berhubungan dengan tingginya pegawai yang masuk dan keluar, berdasarkan hasil pemantauan di lapangan ada sekitar 30 (tiga puluh) orang yang berhenti dan masuk kembali bekerja dalam waktu 1 (satu) bulan. Tujuan Penelitian ini hakekatnya menghasilkan desain sistem basis data beserta diagram hubungan antara tabel basis data disajikan dalam bentuk perancangan desain input dan output menggunakan bahasa pemrograman visual foxpro. Pembuatan sistem informasi gaji dan pajak pada jaringan intranet merupakan salah satu upaya meningkatkan pelayanan PT. Rig Tender Indonesia site Banjarmasin dalam proses perhitungan pajak kepada pegawainya, dimana hasil yang diinginkan adanya peningkatan proses pembuatan laporan yang cepat, akurat dan relevan. PT. RIG Tender Indonesia Banjarmasin which handles shipping services. Counting from February 2018 is based on the results of the data mentioned the personnel section of PT. Render Tender Indonesia Banjarmasin has approximately 500 employees, with the number of vessels managed by 35 vessels, where the ship is spread in 4 (four) pieces of company name, namely: PT. Batuah Abadi Lines has offices in Belitung Darat 88, Banjarmasin, PT. Altus Lines Indonesia, PT. Masada Jaya Lines, and PT. Light of the Mighty Ocean Lines. Identified problems Delivery of salary and tax file records is often delayed due to the distance of Banjarmasin-Singapore-Banjarmasi, with the making of salary and tax information systems, the sending of files will become easier with the Banjarmasin-Singapore route, recalculation / reconciliation of salaries and taxes are frequent because the tax calculation of employees with Indonesian and foreign systems is not the same, Clarification process and adjustment of bookkeeping system between Banjarmasin head office and public auditors are often constrained communication problem between Banjarmasin-Singapore-Public Auditor. The calculation of salary payments, and taxes experienced problems related to the high number of incoming and outgoing employees, based on the results of monitoring in the field there are about 30 (thirty) people who stop and re-enter work within 1 (one) month. The purpose of this study essentially resulted in the design of the database system along with the relationship diagram between database tables presented in the form of input design and output design using visual programming language foxpro. Making information system of salary and tax on intranet network is one effort to improve service of PT. Rig Tender Indonesia Banjarmasin website in the process of calculating taxes to employees, where the desired results of an increase in the process of making reports fast, accurate and relevant. Abstract

INTISARISemakin marak konsumen memerlukan dan membutuhkan baik smartphone maupun aksesoris HP sehingga perlu dibuka Toko untuk ekspansi bisnis, namun dikarenakan lokasi Toko yang dibuka tidak strategis sehingga tidak banyak konsumen membeli barang, untuk itulah diperlukan aplikasi yang menunjang dan membantu pemilihan lokasi pembukaan Toko XYZCell yang baik, strategis sehingga konsumen banyak berdatangan untuk membeli barang yang dijual. Dari pemaparan sudah dijelaskan di atas kesimpulan yang diambil dalam pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan metode WP atau Weight Product membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan nilai dan kriteria. Manfaat aplikasi ini menghindarkan kerugian dari pembukaan cabang XYZCell pada tempat yang tidak layak dibuka, meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan dengan memikirkan strategi yang baik, memiliki gambaran yang jelas dalam pengambil keputusan pembukaan XYZCell menggunakan metode Weight Product, 4 dengan kriteria yang diinginkan yaitu memperhatikan Luas Toko, Jumlah kendaraan yang lewat, Harga Sewa dan Luas Tempat Parkir. Aplikasi dapat digunakan untuk penyimpanan data, pencarian data, perubahan data, serta penghapusan data berfungsi dengan baik, mempermudah pembuatan laporan kepada pengelola perusahaan sehingga mudah mengambil keputusan yang tepat untuk perluasan usaha. From the explanation described above, the conclusions drawn in making applications using the WP or Weight Product method help in the decision-making process based on values and criteria. The benefits of this application are avoiding losses from opening XYZCell branches in places that are not suitable for opening, increasing company revenues by thinking about good strategies, having a clear picture in decision makers to open XYZCell using the Weight Product method, 4 with the desired criteria, namely paying attention to Store Area, Total passing vehicles, rental rates and parking area. The application can be used for data storage, data retrieval, data changes, and data deletion to function properly, making it easier to make reports to company managers so that it is easy to make the right decisions for business expansion.Keywords— Determination of Store Location, Decision Making System, Weight Product

Abstract

Android is a device that cannot be separated from education and learning in the current 5.0 era, for this reason educational institutions must have high enthusiasm in increasing the learning of android video applications to improve student achievement. The purpose of this study is that educators and students can utilize android learning video applications in improving student achievement in learning. This research was conducted with a quantitative method survey model, namely researchers distributed questionnaires using google form to educators and students. The results of this study explain that the android learning video application can be an alternative by educators in an effort to improve student achievement. To see an increase in student achievement through android learning videos, there needs to be training and development for educators and students, because android competition will be tighter in the future. Researchers have research limitations in conducting this android utilization survey because it does not cover all educational institutions, for that researchers hope that future researchers will conduct surveys with the addition of educational institutions and better ways.

Abstract

A co-operation of state officials of the welfare established in 1974 under the auspices of teachers of the Basic School of Banjar district on Ahmad Yani Street Km 33,3 no.39 town Banjarbaru. At the end of 2022, 1,000 active members were registered and were spread evenly in 4 districts: the landscape, the coral, the cempaka and the martapura. The lending data storage application has been running since 2001 until now the update of the loan storage data in 2023 is focused on accelerating the process of payment of member loan bills, which at the time of bill payment is only filled with the members of KPNRI who wait only so that the input of payment data is very fast and efficient considering the number of members who perform lending activity more than 600 transactions / records per month. Other loan storage data update is the process of updating the transfer of KPNRI member homebase so that the billing process can be done in accordance with the location of the latest member home base, as well as updating data maintenance and repair of database table files if there are errors due to power failure. Results P2M training participants are able to operate the application with input member loan data, payment member loan bills as well as printing bills on all work units with correct information.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) to find out how the implementation of the safety management system on board ships at shipping companies in Banjarmasin 2) to know the safety management system on board this is of course related to occupational health and safety is a thought and effort to ensure the integrity and perfection of both physical or spiritual. with efforts to prevent and treat diseases or health problems caused by work and the work environment as well as general illnesses. Occupational safety is a series of efforts to create a safe and peaceful working atmosphere for employees who work in the company concerned and a condition that is safe and safe from suffering and damage or loss in the workplace, both when using tools, materials, machines in the process processing, packing techniques, storage, as well as maintaining and securing the work place and environment.

Abstract

Education is very important for human life. Many of them are vying for the best education in the world to guarantee a better future. The thing that is very concerned about in Education is learning and also the right method of teaching, because that way it can give birth to a competitive and quality generation. One of them is the role of cloud computing technology, which is a combination of the use of computer technology and internet-based development. A way or method that makes it easy for users to access information without knowing what is in it, being expert with it or having control over it. Cloud computing is an important technology that has helped many institutions and schools use distance learning, and can support Education's accessibility and scalability. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of cloud computing technology in increasing the accessibility and scalability of more advanced education and being able to create a generation that is highly competitive and virtuous. The method used in this study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to respondents as many as 15 statements about the use of cloud computing technology in education. The results of this study proved to be a very effective role for cloud computing technology in improving education, because this technology can increase students' interest in learning and make them enthusiastic in learning, so as to create an interactive learning atmosphere. The implication of this latest technology is to make learning more interesting and easily accessible anytime and anywhere by students. Assignments can be collected online by utilizing various supporting educational platforms and application delivery of subject matter.

Abstract

Tanjung Lalak Health Center is located at Education street RT 1. TanjungLalak Selatan Village, Pulau Laut Kepulauan District, Kotabaru Regency. South Kalimantan. Tanjung Lalak Health Center has several poly services including: Pregnant/Obsig poly. Some of the services provided by the puskesmas for pregnant women who check themselves include obtaining the MCH book (Maternal and Child Health), a pink book that mothers must have. Usually the examination is only carried out by a midwife. By asking when the last menstruation started and finished before pregnancy to determine the estimated gestational age. The midwife will check blood pressure, measure arm circumference, and examine the condition of the pregnant woman's stomach. At the Tanjung Lalak Health Center there are no ultrasound facilities, so if you want to confirm the condition of the fetus, you have to visit an obstetrician or regional hospital. Of course this costs money because BPJS is not covered for USG except for emergency situations. The puskesmas midwife will provide free vitamins or supplements such as folic acid, calcium, and iron supplement tablets to support the growth of the fetus in the womb. In addition to vitamins, pregnant women get additional food in the form of biscuits with strawberry-flavored cream. The puskesmas will provide several cartons of biscuits for a few weeks' supply. These biscuits are consumed 2 to 3 pieces per day. The Tanjung Lalak Health Center requires blood tests for pregnant women. These tests include a blood test and checking sugar levels at least twice during pregnancy and are free of charge. The problem that will be discussed in this study is to record the history of examination of pregnant women and record supplies of vitamins/supplements, biscuits for pregnant women and medicines that are available for the Pregnant/Obsigin Polyclinic. The application will be made using database access with Visual Basic .net, the final conclusion of the application is that it can store data from midwives' examinations on pregnant women and print Maternal and Child Health Books, the application can print reports on the activities of the Pregnant Poly / Obstetrician Polyclinic every month as a general report every month to the Head of the Tanjung Lalak Health Center, as well as the application to automatically record the remaining supplies of vitamins, biscuits and medicines, and make it easier for the Tanjung Lalak Health Center Midwives to see the history of examinations of pregnant women and the administration of medicines, vitamins and biscuits.

Abstract

The business of selling medicines and herbal supplements at Farah Shop was pioneered in mid-2017 by Farah Putriana as the official distributor for several brands such as HDI, DXN, Herbalife, and so on. Products sold include cough medicine, slimming medicine, honey, and so on. Farah's shop is located at Jalan Sultan Adam, Taekwondo complex Permai line III no. 7 Surgi Mufti Village, North Banjarmasin with telephone number 081254545594. The management of recording the purchase and sale of drugs and herbal supplements uses a semi-computer system by recording on a spreadsheet application, some business problems at Farah's shop such as the slow preparation of profit reports from the sale of medicinal and herbal supplement products, difficulties in obtaining final inventory reports of medicinal and herbal supplements, marketing of medicinal and herbal supplement products is still limited because prospective buyers must come in person or ask product questions to the admin using the Whatsup application, with With the rapid development of the internet at this time, the owner of Farah Shop considers it necessary to make better use of this technology by creating an online application where prospective buyers can view and choose the medicine or herbal supplement that they will buy directly. This will increase sales from the Farah Shop business. Another problem is that making reports on the total sales and purchases of medicines and herbal supplements which are carried out every month is constrained by time and effort due to the absence of a good computer system. Difficulties in seeing the final stock of drugs or supplements so that orders from buyers are often not fulfilled, research will make applications using MySQL and PHP databases with a general description of providing online sales services, which can serve buyers who come directly to Farah's shop or who will buy directly via the internet online. The application made can store buying and selling data of drugs and herbal supplements in the database. The application can quickly generate reports on the remaining stock of medicines and herbal supplements, as well as generate reports on the purchase and sale of medicines and herbal supplements at the Farah Banjarmasin Shop which can be viewed daily, weekly and monthly
