Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in the digital era has had a significant impact on various aspects of people's lives, including the property industry. However, PT Total Property still uses a conventional approach in its business management, relying on traditional methods and brochure distribution for property information dissemination. This approach poses challenges in operational efficiency and information accessibility for consumers. In response to these challenges, this research aims to develop an API-based backend information system to digitize PT Total Property's business operations. Using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with a qualitative case study approach, the research involved interviews and literature study. The development process includes requirements planning, user design, construction, and implementation. As a result, a REST API was successfully developed using the Laravel framework as the backend, improving the efficiency of data management and information access. Blackbox testing shows all functions work well. The REST API is ready to be integrated with the frontend for further development and get wider feedback for future quality and performance improvement.

Abstract

This research discusses the development of a frontend property marketing information system at PT. Total Property, with a focus on developing features so that the system can compete and provide convenience to customers. This research is driven by the need to improve user experience and company competitiveness in an increasingly competitive property industry. The method used is the User-Based Design (UCD) Method, which emphasizes in-depth understanding of user needs and implementation of new features based on user feedback. The KPR feature is specifically integrated to increase convenience and clarity of information for customers looking for property financing. Test results using the Usability Scale (SUS) show a score of 85.4, indicating that users consider this system to be very easy to use and efficient. The implication of this research is the importance of integrating user-focused frontend development to increase company competitiveness in facing dynamic market challenges. In conclusion, developing a property marketing information system with innovative features such as KPR not only improves customer experience but also increases operational efficiency and competitiveness of PT. Total Property in a competitive property market.

Abstract

TAHU KITA merupakan salah satu UMKM yang menghasilkan produksi tahu segar dan tahu goreng. Usaha TAHU KITA masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala yang menghambat pengembangan usahanya. Permasalahan utama meliputi proses produksi yang masih manual, khususnya pada tahap pengeringan dan pengurangan minyak tahu goreng, yang menyebabkan produk kurang konsisten dalam kualitas, kadar minyak tinggi, dan tekstur yang tidak selalu renyah. Selain itu kemasan produk masih sederhana dan kurang menarik juga menjadi hambatan dalam pemasaran digital. Sebagai solusi, program pengabdian masyarakat ini mengimplementasikan teknologi spinner berbasis mikrokontroler untuk proses pengeringan dan pengurangan minyak secara otomatis. Teknologi ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, menghasilkan tahu goreng yang lebih renyah dan sehat dengan kadar minyak lebih rendah, serta mengurangi beban kerja tenaga manusia. Selain itu, dilakukan pendampingan dalam pembuatan kemasan produk yang menarik dan profesional akan dilakukan melalui pelatihan repackaging untuk pemasaran digital.   TAHU KITA is a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) that produces fresh and fried tofu. TAHU KITA's business still faces several obstacles that hinder its development. The main problems include the manual production process, particularly in the drying and oil reduction stages of fried tofu, which results in inconsistent product quality, high oil content, and a texture that is not always crispy. Furthermore, the product packaging is still simple and unattractive, which also poses a barrier to digital marketing. As a solution, this community service program implements microcontroller-based spinner technology for the automatic drying and oil reduction process. This technology aims to increase production efficiency, produce crispier and healthier fried tofu with lower oil content, and reduce the workload of human labor. In addition, mentoring in creating attractive and professional product packaging will be provided through repackaging training for digital marketing..

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, perencanaan strategis SI/TI dilakukan berdasarkan metode Anita Cassidy yang bertujuan untuk melakukan penyelarasan tujuan SI/TI dan tujuan bisnis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan narasumber yang mengetahui secara detail apa yang ingin dicapai oleh perusahaan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengenai perencanaan strategis SI/TI pada perusahaan pengolahan makanan adalah dokumen-dokumen yang terkait dengan perencanaan strategis SI/TI. Pengumpulan data hanya pada satu perusahaan karena perlu diketahui kebutuhan berbagai bagian dalam integrasi sistem sehingga tercapai proses bisnis perusahaan yang efektif dan efisien. Hasil penelitian ini tidak dapat digeneralisasikan. Dalam penelitian ini kontribusi yang dihasilkan berupa gambaran umum mengenai perencanaan strategis SI/TI dan memberikan pengetahuan terkait perencanaan strategis SI/TI.

Abstract

The use of information technology has become mandatory in various schools in Indonesia, one of which is in the new student admission process (PPDB). However, the new student admission process at SMK Bina Mandiri Al Qodiriyah is still not optimal because it still uses manual procedures and does not have an official web-based system. Therefore, a system is needed to assist the registration and admission process of new students. This research specifically focuses on the interface design stage (frontend/UI/UX) using the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach, without including backend development or database integration. This PPDB information system aims to transform the manual process into an efficient, easily accessible, and enable fast verification of student data. The research produced an interface prototype in the form of a wireframe and mockup that was tested using the usability testing method on 20 respondents (students, parents, and school committee). The results of the usability test showed a user satisfaction level of 85% with an average SUS score of 78, indicating the interface is easy to use and understand. Thus, this design is expected to make a real contribution to schools with limited digital literacy and low internet access.
