Abstract

Hallucinations are the most common problems in nursing diagnoses of mental disordes. Hallucinations are the distortions of false perceptions that occur in maladaptive neurobiological responses. Hallucinations usually appear in patients with mental disorders the result of the change in reality orientation, patients feel the stimulation that actually does not exist. In this profession program the author has the opportunity to manage directly, by providing nursing care and analyzing the final results that will be documented in the form of final scientific work ners. The care of nursing for a client a of sensory perception disorder: sight and hearing hallucinations that is a symptom of an early  psychosis, the majority of this case which happened in the end of adolescenceor early adulthood , confuse is the role which have affect to the fragile personality disorder so that there is the disorder of self-concept and pulling themselves from a social environment that gradually get the teenager become too deep in fantasy and cause the emergence of hallucinations. The nursing process is performed based on generalist nursing care standard for 9 days of hospitalization, Started from the date of 2 and 10 of May 2018. Theobtained results are the main nursing problems which is  perception sensory disorder: hallucinations.The Implementations that focus on controlling hallucinatory efforts by rebuking and also modalities of therapy: psychoreligious. The nursing order that is provided give good results to the clients on the mark by no longer hearing the voices that often mock clients and the diminishing intensity of dajjal’s presence that be seen by the clients.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the imposition of income tax on the transfer of rights to land and/or buildings on land registration for the first time. This research was conducted using empirical legal research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature. In addition, this research uses the descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the imposition of income tax on the transfer of rights to land and/or buildings on land registration for the first time is not a requirement for applicants for rights related to land registration for the first time. However, the Bone Regency Land Office requires proof of payment of income tax on the transfer of rights to land and/or buildings to the applicant during the land registration application for the first time. Thus, the imposition of income tax on the transfer of rights to land and/or buildings to the applicant regarding land registration for the first time at the Bone Regency Land Office is considered contrary to Article 4 section (1) of Law No. 36 of 2008 jo. Article 4 section (1) Government Regulations No. 34 of 2016. Therefore, it is hoped that the Head of the Bone Regency Land Office will abolish the requirement for the imposition of income tax on the transfer of rights to land and/or buildings to applicants for rights related to land registration for the first time. Apart from that, eliminating these requirements also avoids the imposition of inappropriate or on target taxes to uphold aspects of justice and legal certainty (the principle of certainty).

Abstract

Classifying  date fruit varieties is a challenging task due to their high visual similarity in terms of texture and color.   This study aims to address this issue by developing an automated classification model that combines handcrafted Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) texture features and average RGB color channels with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classifiers. The dataset comprises 1,658 images from nine varieties of date fruits, divided into 70% training and 30% testing subsets. The proposed workflow includes image preprocessing (resizing, normalization, grayscale conversion), extraction of GLCM features (contrast, energy, homogeneity, correlation), computation of average RGB channels, feature fusion, and CNN training using VGG16 and VGG19 architectures with Adam and Adadelta optimizers. The model performance is evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix. Experimental results demonstrate that VGG19 with the Adam optimizer achieved the highest validation accuracy of 91%, slightly outperforming VGG16 (90%) but remaining below the 96% accuracy reported in prior studies using MobileNetV2. The integration of handcrafted features enhanced sensitivity to subtle color and texture variations, although it introduced potential feature redundancy. In conclusion, the hybrid GLCM–RGB–CNN with VGG19 and Adam achieved 91% accuracy, proving the benefit of combining handcrafted and deep features while highlighting opportunities for further enhancement through data augmentation and architectural optimization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teknik meringkas (التلخيص) dalam pembelajaran Maharah al-Qirā’ah (keterampilan membaca) di kelas XII SMA Islam Irtiqoiyah Sentong Krejengan Probolinggo, serta efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman teks bahasa Arab siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian diuji keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik meringkas (التلخيص) dilakukan melalui tahapan membaca teks, mengidentifikasi kosakata baru, menentukan ide pokok (al-fikrah al-ra’īsiyyah), dan menyusun ringkasan menggunakan bahasa sendiri. Guru bertindak sebagai fasilitator yang membimbing siswa dalam memahami struktur kalimat Arab dan makna kontekstual teks. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan pemahaman bacaan, keaktifan berdiskusi, serta motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, teknik ini juga berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter belajar mandiri, berpikir kritis, dan kedisiplinan. Dengan demikian, teknik meringkas (التلخيص) terbukti efektif sebagai strategi pendukung dalam pembelajaran Maharah al-Qirā’ah, karena tidak hanya memperkuat aspek linguistik, tetapi juga mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif dan afektif siswa secara seimbang.
