Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola adaptasi penyimpangan seksual narapidana lesbian dalam lingkungan lembaga pemasyarakatan perempuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola adaptasi narapidana terhadap penyimpangan ini ternyata sangat kompleks, dengan beragam strategi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi kesulitan dan kebutuhan mereka. Faktor seperti kesepian, kurangnya perhatian keluarga, dan interaksi sosial di dalam penjara memainkan peran dalam perkembangan perilaku lesbian di antara narapidana. Program pembinaan yang ada di Lapas memberikan pengalihan positif, tetapi perlu peningkatan untuk lebih efektif mengatasi penyimpangan seksual. Kesadaran agama dapat menjadi fondasi penting dalam mengendalikan perilaku penyimpangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas II B Demak. Metode survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari pegawai menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Faktor-faktor seperti pengukuran prestasi, umpan balik, dan pembinaan pegawai berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji terkait dengan pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja (Job Satisfaction) terhadap Loyalitas Pegawai (Employee Loyalty) pegawai di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas IIA Tangerang. Jumlah responden yang diteliti ialah 84 pegawai. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah menggunakan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel ialah non-probability sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh penelitian ini melalui persamaan regresi yaitu Y= 10.069 + 0.737 X yang bernilai positif, bermakna setiap penambahan 1% kepuasan kerja maka loyalitas pegawai akan naik 0.737. Uji signifikansi menunjukkan sig yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima maka dari itu menunjukan adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) terhadap loyalitas pegawai (employee loyalty) pegawai di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas IIA Tangerang sebesar 64.3 % dan 35.7 % lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational support on employee performance at the Class IIA Banyuasin Correctional Institution. The research method used is quantitative research with a nonexperimental quantitative design by testing causal relationships (Causality-Comparative Research). The population used was all 85 employees. This research uses a sampling technique with total sampling. Data was obtained from the results of the questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate analysis, normality test, simple linear regression, significance test and determination test using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and directly proportional influence between variable X and variable. The R square value is 23.1 which shows that organizational support is 23.1% influenced by existing performance and the remaining 76.9% is influenced by other variables. There is a positive influence of organizational support on employee performance at the Class IIA Banyuasin Correctional Institution. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of rewards on the performance of correctional employees at the Class II A Binjai Correctional Institution. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach through primary and secondary data sources. The results showed that giving rewards to employees affected the performance of correctional employees at the Class IIA Binjai Correctional Institution. Abstract

This thesis discusses the influence of the quality of health services on prisoner satisfaction at the Class IIA Curup prison. The formulation of the problem in the research is how the quality of health services affects prisoner satisfaction at the Class IIA Curup Prison Polyclinic. The research aims to determine the effect of health service quality on prisoner satisfaction. This research uses quantitative research methods. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sampling technique using the Krijhe Morgan table, 226 prisoners who used health services at the Curup Class IIA Prison Polyclinic are the samples. The research results showed that there is an influence of health service quality variables on prisoner satisfaction in Class IIA Curup Prison with the R Square value of 23.7% and 76.3% caused by other variables not explained in the research. Abstract

Correctional Institutions are government organizations to foster prisoners who need a comfortable environment for employees so they can carry out their work optimally and optimally. Therefore, a good level of environment can influence commitment, so a work environment is needed so that employees can contribute highly to achieving organizational goals, especially in providing the best service. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on organizational commitment at the Rangkasbitung Class III Correctional Institution. The research method used is quantitative research with a non-experimental quantitative design by testing causal relationships (Causality-Comparative Research). The population used was all employees, totaling 63 people. The research data was obtained from the results of the questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate analysis, normality test, simple linear regression, significance test, and determination test using IBM SPSS 25 software. The research results showed that there was a positive and directly proportional influence between work environment and organizational commitment. The R square indicates that Work Environment is 45.5% influenced by existing performance and the remaining 54.5% is influenced by other variables. So, it is concluded that there is a positive influence of the work environment on organizational commitment at the Class III Rangkasbitung Correctional Institution. Abstract

Crime is an individual behavior that violates the rules and is followed up with sanctions in the form of criminal law. Children who commit crimes are considered victims who need protection, guidance, and rehabilitation following human rights and the characteristics and needs of children. Therefore, the juvenile criminal justice system must pay attention to children's rights, principles of justice, and a balance between community protection, victims' rights, and children's interests (Law number 22 of 2022). These correctional students are placed in special prisons that accommodate children who commit crimes, namely the Children's Correctional Institution (LPA) or the Children's Detention Center (Rutan). Abstract

The low motivation of inmates of Class IIA Kuningan Correctional Facility in participating in the independence coaching program. This study aims to determine the motivation of prisoners in participating in independence coaching activities, as a strategy to increase prisoner motivation. This research uses a qualitative method by analyzing the data obtained from interviews and observations made at the Kuningan Class IIA Prison. Data collection techniques using primary sources and secondary sources. The results showed that prisoners who are motivated by independence coaching activities are prisoners who have the desire to move forward so that they have certainty of the future, while unmotivated prisoners are due to a lack of willingness to move forward, and do not know what kind of conditions they want after the prison term is over.

Abstract

Climate change is a critical issue that is constantly discussed in numerous international forums, particularly considering its wide-impact and cross-sectoral nature. Every aspect of real life, especially the environment, is impacted by this global phenomenon, hence the need for real solutions from various groups. Public administration scientists saw this as a problem that must be solved through several literature studies conducted. This research method will use a systematic mapping study using the Taylor and Francis Group database that has been determined. The results of this study with 3 actors combined with collaborative governance show that government actors focus on domestic and foreign policies adopted by emphasizing the collaboration between government agencies that can be done. Meanwhile, the private sector has a unique contribution where they implement a circular economy and mutual cooperation determined by the principle of humanism and remain humane by helping the community. Meanwhile, community actors emphasize the existence of local knowledge and community capacity as knowledge resources in climate change adaptation. This research shows the interplay among actors in climate change mitigation and encourages future researchers to provide a connection to decision-making. Current trends suggest that the public and private aspects of climate change mitigation currently lack synergy, with each of the key governance actors working separately to mitigate climate change.
