Abstract

ABSTRACTSukuk is one instrument that adds to the diversity of Islamic products in the capital market. The existence of sukuk increasingly competes with the number of conventional bonds that have long been circulating in the community. Therefore, this study aims to describe the comparison of the level of demand between conventional bonds and sukuk in 2014-2018. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a type of comparative research, where this study takes data in the form of monthly time series data in a span of 5 years starting from 2014-2018. Data collected in the form of the number of bonds and corporate sukuk in circulation. The analytical tool used in this study was the t-test which in the subsequent process used SPSS assistance. The results of this study indicate that there is a comparison that shows the difference between the level of demand for bonds and sukuk.

Abstract

Posisi daerah pesisir pantai rentan terhadap abrasi, yang merupakan erosi dan hilangnya tanah akibat gelombang laut yang kuat, khususnya yang terjadi di kawasan pesisir pantai area dermaga pantai panrita lopi, jalan poros jembatan pentol desa tanjung limau dan desa salo sumbala kecamatan Muara Badak provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Salah satu solusi efektif dalam pencegahan abrasi adalah dengan menggunakan tanaman mangrove. Tanaman ini memiliki akar yang kuat dan sistem perakarannya yang kompleks, mampu menahan erosi dan menstabilkan tanah di sepanjang garis pantai. Penanaman mangrove dapat memberikan perlindungan fisik terhadap abrasi, serta memberikan manfaat ekologis penting seperti penyediaan habitat bagi spesies laut dan penyerapan karbon dioksida. Upaya pencegahan abrasi melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai langkah untuk menjaga dan memulihkan ekosistem yang rusak. Diharapkan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan penanaman mangrove di pesisir pantai kecamatan Muara Badak ini dapat menjaga keberlanjutan pesisir pantai dan mengurangi kerentanan terhadap abrasi serta meningkatkan daya tarik sektor wisata khususnya pantai – pantai yang ada di kecamatan muara badak.

Abstract

Productivity reflects the efficient way of using various resources to create products or services. Basically there are several factors that affect employee work productivity, one of which is communication skills, discipline, leadership patterns and work environment. The East Kalimantan Province Transportation Service really needs employees who have high productivity in improving services to the community in the transportation sector. The purpose of this research is to analyze the various variables that are used as factors that influence employee productivity at the East Kalimantan Provincial Transportation Service. The data analyzed came from questionnaires distributed to 80 employees. Data collection using saturated sample technique (population). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on employee productivity while partially only training and leadership pattern variables had a significant effect on employee productivity while communication skills, work discipline, level of education and work environment partially had no significant effect on employee productivity

Abstract

Job promotion and salary are a little sensitive in education, especially for employees. The lack of transparency in job promotions the provision of relatively low wages and the lack of details about salaries have an impact on employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of job promotion and salary on employee performance at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Samarinda. The study sample amounted to 67 employees at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Samarinda The data analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis. The results of this analysis show: (1) Job promotion has a partial effect with a significant value. 0.000 <0.05 on employee performance. (2) Salary has a partial effect with a sig value. 0.004 <0.05 on employee performance. (3) Job promotion and salary have a significant effect simultaneously with a significance value of (0.000) <0.005 on employee performance.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is one indicator of the quality of the services provided by the hospital. Service quality can be reflected through five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. If the services provided by the hospital to patients are felt to be in line with expectations or even exceed expectations, then patient satisfaction can be said to be achieved. Patient satisfaction is part of the sustainability of the hospital itself, so the aim of this research is to assess the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at RSIA Aisyiyah Samarinda, East Kalimantan. The data analyzed came from questionnaires distributed to 100 patients. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on patient satisfaction, while partially only tangible and reliability variables had a significant effect on patient satisfaction, while responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially does not have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSIA Aisyiyah.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Placement and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on employee performance in the Kota Samarinda government agency. Using a quantitative approach, the research analyzed data from 59 respondents through questionnaires to evaluate the significance of these variables. The findings reveal that both Placement and SOPs significantly influence employee performance. Specifically, Placement has a positive effect, as indicated by a significant t-test result (t = 2.800), while SOPs also show a strong positive impact (t = 3.944). The overall F-test (F = 178.681) further confirms that the combined effect of Placement and SOPs significantly affects employee performance. Based on these results, the study recommends enhancing performance evaluations, aligning employee placements with job requirements, and continuously updating SOPs. Additionally, digitalizing SOPs is suggested to ensure transparency and accessibility within the agency.

Abstract

Purpose – This study analyses the influence of service quality, corporate image, customer value, and trust on customer satisfaction at PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah X Samarinda branch. Method – This study uses a quantitative approach, where the data comes from questionnaires distributed to 100 customers. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 22 program. Findings – The study's results indicate that, partially, corporate image and trust positively affect customer satisfaction, while service quality and value do not affect customer satisfaction. Implications – This study has practical implications for Islamic insurance companies, especially in improving corporate image and building customer trust. Theoretically, this study strengthens the theory that image and trust affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effect of training and work motivation on worker productivity at PT Hayyu Pratama Kaltim. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were 92 permanent employees and a sample of 48 employees selected using the Slovin formula. Data obtained through the results of questionnaires distributed using google forms. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with testing using the t test and F test which is first carried out the Classical Assumption test. The results obtained show that training has a positive and significant effect on worker productivity, work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on worker productivity, while training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on worker productivity.

Abstract

Peneltian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menilai pengaruh kualitas layanan pegawai terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Samarinda.  Persepsi nasabah kepada kualitas pelayanan menjadi salah satu faktor penentu kepuasan yang dirasakan nasabah. Terdapat lima dimensi yang menjadi fokus nasabah dalam membangun persepsi pada kualitas pelayanan yakni realibity emphaty, responssiveness, tangible, serta assurance. Kepuasan nasabah akan meningkat apabila BSI Cabang Samarinda mengupayakan peningkatan pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberi untuk pelanggan.  Kepuasan nasabah sangat penting bagi bank, karena dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas, retensi, dan profitabilitas nasabah. Nasabah yang puas cenderung untuk tetap menggunakan jasa bank, memberikan  rekomendasi positif kepada orang lain, dan bersedia membayar harga yang lebih tinggi.Data yang dianalisis berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada nasabah sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variable bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah BSI Cabang Samarinda.
