Chronic sorrow merupakan kesedihan mendalam atau perasaan berduka yang sedang berlangsung akibat pengalaman kehilangan yang terjadi secara berulang. Perasaan sedih dan pengalaman kehilangan tersimpan dalam memori bawah sadar. Keadaan ini dapat dialami pada kasus kasus paliatif, salah satunya gagal ginjal kronis dengan tindakan invasive hemodialisis. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh hypnotherapy terhadap chronic sorrow. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasy eksperiment dengan pendekatan pre test - post test with control group. Sampel adalah pasien hemodialisis yang mengalami chronic sorrow, terdiri dari 20 responden kelompok intervensi dan 20 responden kelompok control, dengan purphosive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi. Instrument untuk pengambilan data menggunakan intrumen baku kendall chronic sorrow. Uji pengaruh Wilcoxon Sign Rank pada kelompok intervensi menujukkan hasil p value =0,000 (p<0,05) artinya H1 diterima, terdapat pengaruh hypnotherapy terhadap chronic sorrow, dan pada kelompok kontrol diperoleh p value: 0,65 (p>0.05) sehingga H1 ditolak artinya tidak ada pengaruh hypnotherapy terhadap chronic sorrow. Uji beda menggunakan Mann Whitney antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol sebelum perlakuan didapatkan p value= 0,075 artinya tidak ada perbedaan, sedangkan setelah perlakuan di dapatkan p value: 0,00 (p<0,05) artinya terdapat perbedaan yang significant. Dari hasil pengujian statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa hypnotherapy berpengaruh terhadap chronic sorrow. Hypnotherapy dapat menjangkau pikiran bawah sadar dengan cara membuka kritikal area sehingga dapat diberikan sugesti dalam menjalani hidup yang lebih damai, mensyukuri keadaan.

Screen-based behavior which is part of sedentary behavior arises due to various facilities from the development of science and technology. This has various impacts on growth and development in children, so it is necessary to apply parent coaching. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parent coaching on sedentary behavior in pre-school children. This research uses quasy experimental design with a pre testpost test approach. The sample in this study were 45 respondents taken using the Purpossive Sampling Technique. This research was conducted at TK ABA III Pare Kediri. Researchers identified inactivity before and after the parent coaching intervention was given. This study uses a bivariate paired t test analysis. The results of the analysis showed a p value of 0,000 which means that there is an influence between parent coaching on impaired behavior in pre-school children.

Abstrak : Penggunaan gadget menyebabkan perubahan pola, gaya hidup serta aktivitas terutama pada anak usia prasekolah. Anak yang bermain gadget cenderung lebih banyak diam dan asyik dengan gadgetnya. Hal ini akan menyebabkan anak menjadi kurang bergerak (sedentary behaviour). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa hubungan penggunaan gadget dan sedentary behavior pada anak prasekolah di Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyah Bustanul Athfal III Pare. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan gadget, dan variabel dependennya adalah sedentary behavior. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisa denganan menggunakan uji Spearman Rho. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gadget sebagian besar dalam kategori sedang dan sedentary behavior dalam kategori berat. Hasil uji Spearman’s Rho didapatkan p= 0,002 maka H0 ditolak, hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan antara penggunaan gadget dan sedentary behavior. Nilai koefisien korelasi ρ = 0,457 maka ada hubungan positif sedang antara penggunaan gadget dan sedentary behavior. Saran untuk orangtua agar selalu mendampingi anak dalam bermain dan memberikan aktivitas yang sesuai untuk tumbuh kembang anak. Abstract : The use of gadgets will cause changes patterns, lifestyles and activity in preschoolers. Children who play gadgets tend to be quiet and fixed toward their gadgets, and affect child to become less activity (sedentary behavior). The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the use of gadgets and sedentary behavior in preschoolers in Aisyah Bustanul Athfal III Pare Kindergarten. This study was a correlational research design with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples of this study were 45 respondents. The independent variable in this study is the using of gadgets, and the dependent variable is sedentary behavior. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Spearman Rho test. The results show that the use of gadgets is mostly in the moderate category and sedentary behavior in the heavy category. Spearman’s Rho test resulting p = 0.002 means there is a relationship between gadget usage and sedentary behavior. Correlation coefficient value r = 0.457 then there is a moderate positive relationship between the use of gadgets and sedentary behavior. The use of gadgets is related to sedentary behavior which is influenced by the child's sex, parental work and changes in behavior patterns. Suggestions for parents to always accompany children while playing and provide activities appropriate for child development.

Stroke merupakan penyakit defisist neurologis akut yang disebabkan oleh gangguan pembuluh darah otak yang terjadi secara mendadak menimbulkan kecacatan atau kematian. Respon keluarga dalam membawa pasien stroke ke pelayanan kesehatan sangat penting sehingga tingkat keparahan stroke menjadi ringan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan respon time keluarga dalam membawa pasien stroke ke pelayanan kesehatan dengan tingkat keparahan pasien stroke. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil menunjukkan hampir setengah dari responden memiliki respon time dalam membawa pasien stroke ke pelayanan kesehatan dengan kategori cepat (36,7%) responden dan sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat keparahan ringan (53,3%) responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji Spearman Rank didapatkan nilai P value 0,000 α 0,05 artinya H1 diterima berarti ada hubungan respon time keluarga dalam membawa pasien stroke ke pelayanan kesehatan dengan tingkat keparahan pasien stroke, dengan nilai coefficient corelation sebesar 0,834 artinya mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan arah hubungan positif yaitu semakin respon time keluarga dalam membawa pasien stroke ke pelayanan Kesehatan baik maka tingkat keparahan stroke ringan. Diharapkan keluarga juga mampu mendeteksi dini gejala awal yang muncul pada pasien sehingga tingkat keparahan penyakit juga berkurang

Background: Parental support with independence in online learning for preschool-aged children (4-6 years). Support is needed in the form of emotional support, informative support, instrumental support, appraisal support, or awards. This study aims to determine parental support for independence in online learning for preschool-aged children (4-6 years). Methods: This study uses a design non Experimental with the Correlational research design and through the approachCross Sectional. The sample of this research is TPA Alfassalam students totaling 30 respondents with techniqueTotal Sampling. Respondent data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of a Google form link. Data were analyzed using the Spearman level test. Results: The results showed that almost all respondents (83.3%) had parental support in the good category, while the level of independence for most (73.3%) was in the good category. The results of the Spearman rank analysis show that p-value = 0.000 with a = 0.05 and the value of the Coefficient Correlation (r) is 0.742, including the level of the strong relationship and the direction of a positive relationship where the better parental support, the better the child's independence in online learning. Conclusion: There is a relationship between parental support and independence because many parents are broad-minded. Therefore, optimal parental support is needed so that children are always enthusiastic about learning online and that it is useful when they grow up.

Bullying is an unwanted action that occurs in adolescents, bullying incidents have the potential to occur repeatedly and at any time. The impact of bullying incidents is the feeling of discomfort, fear, to the occurrence of sleep pattern disturbances in the victim. The aim of research was to determine the correlation between bullying incidence and adolescent sleep quality in students of MAN 1 Kediri city. The design of this research used correlation with cross-sectional approach, with purposive sampling technique, obtained a sample of 63 respondents from 220 populations. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire and PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), followed by analysis used the Spearmen's Rank test. The results showed that the incidence of bullying in students of MAN 1 Kediri City was almost entirely (77.8%), namely 49 respondents experienced a moderate level of bullying, while the sleep quality of adolescents in MAN 1 Kediri City students was mostly (55.6%), namely 35 respondents had poor sleep quality. Analysis of the Spearmen's Rank test data (p-value 0.017 <0.05) showed that there was a correalation between the incidence of bullying and adolescent sleep quality in students of MAN 1 Kediri city with the category of moderate relationship closeness (r = 0.300). The bullying that students get is verbal and psychological bullying such as being called an inappropriate name, getting body shaming, feeling ostracized. It is better for adolescent to increase their knowledge about the incidence of bullying starting from the factors, criteria, until the impact occurs due to bullying so that adolescent can improve their attitude in combating bullying behavior and reduce the incidence of bullying.

Covid 19 is currently still a disease that needs attention so that it does not increase again. One of the efforts is to remain obedient to the Health protocol, especially for school-age children. School-age children are an age that is still vulnerable to transmission of covid 19, so efforts are needed to prevent the spread of covid 19. One of the strategies is to empower and educate school-age children about the Health protocol with the 5M action. The purpose of this service activity is to empower, educate and socialize about the prevention of covid 19 with the Health protocol with the 5M action. The method of implementing this activity is by empowering and socializing school children. The service activities are carried out in 2 activities, namely: empowerment, education, and socialization of school children about the Health protocol with the 5M action. The result of the service activity was that a cadre/task of school children was formed to provide education and socialize with their friends about the health protocol in 5M action.

Menstrual hygiene is an action taken to care for and maintain cleanliness in the female area during menstruation, to prevent infection in the reproductive tract. The ability to practice menstrual hygiene can be improved by providing education through the VIMASI method (Video Animation and Demonstration). This study aims to determine the effect of the VIMASI method (Video Animation and Demonstration) on menstrual hygiene on the ability to practice menstrual hygiene in seventh-grade adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Kalidawir. The design of this research is Pre Experimental Design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach without using a control group. The sampling technique using proportional stratified random sampling obtained 39 respondents from 130 populations. The research instrument used a menstrual hygiene observation sheet, with a statistical test, namely the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that before being given the VIMASI intervention almost all (76.9%) respondents had the ability in the less category. Meanwhile, after the intervention was given, almost all respondents (92.3%) had good abilities. The mean on the Pre Test is 9.7949 and the Post Test is 28.0256. This shows that there is an increase in the value before and after the intervention is given. Analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test obtained a sig (2-tailed) p-value 0,000 ≤ α 0,05. Based on the p-value ≤ α, means that there is an effect of VIMASI (Video Animation and Demonstration) about menstrual hygiene on the ability to practice menstrual hygiene in seventh-grade adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Kalidawir. Preferably, adolescent girls always apply menstrual hygiene practices that have been taught in their daily lives to avoid reproductive diseases.

Preschoolers aged 4-6 years need approximately 11 hours of sleep a day as a need for rest and sleep. But not all preschool age children are able to meet these needs so that the quality of their sleep is also not met properly. Relaxation music as a means to help children meet their sleep needs, especially sleep quality. This study aims to determine the effect of lullaby music relaxation audio on the sleep quality of preschool children (4-6 years) in Tunas Harapan Kindergarten, Sidomulyo Pule village, Trenggalek district. The design used in this research is "Pre Experiment one group pre-post test design". The population of this study were all students of Tunas Harapan Kindergarten, Sidomulyo village, Trenggalek district as many as 31 children with purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 20 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire, with the statistical test used was the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study before being given the lullaby music relaxation audio intervention that most (70%) respondents experienced sleep quality with poor criteria. After the intervention, almost all (90%) of the respondents experienced a change in sleep quality with good criteria. From the results of statistical tests using Wilcoxon, it was found that before and after the intervention was given a sig (2-tailed) p-value of 0.005 <α = 0.05, which means that there is an effect of providing lullaby music relaxation audio intervention on sleep quality in children. Relaxation of lullaby music can stimulate the brain to reduce stress hormones and increase serotonin hormones so that the body becomes more relaxed. This study recommends that lullaby music relaxation audio music can be used as a lullaby for children in everyday life that can be applied in the community environment as well as in the nursery for children.
