Abstract

Internal and external factors greatly influence the optimal breeding of chickens in the maintenance of chickens, with temperature and humidity being one of the external factors that greatly influences. Improper ambient temperature can cause losses to the chicken farmer as well as a decrease in productivity, while in practice it is necessary to monitor or check the control consistently to monitor the temperature of the coop. Temperature and humidity monitoring  manually are less efficient, so the tools in this study aim to help farmers to facilitate monitoring that can be done through devices with accurate results. This tool is assisted by a DHT11 sensor, lamps, fans, and LCD in temperature monitoring. supported by the application of IoT, which makes it easier to monitor via devices. Test results on components and software show that all devices and software can function as they should. The data from the experimental test results of 15 tests conducted in the laboratory indicate that the tool can detect an average relay delay time of 1 of 0.836 seconds, the lamp in response to the temperature drop of 1.271 seconds, the delay from relay 2 by 0.466 seconds, and the fan in response to the temperature increase of 0.596 seconds.

Abstract

Telecommunication tower management information system is a crucial data processing system for telecommunication tower fee collection, given the importance of having an efficient and integrated system. However, the Department of Communication and Informatics of Cimahi City still lacks an integrated system, resulting in a slower telecommunication tower fee collection process. To address this issue, a Website named Telecommunication Tower Supervision and Control Management Information System (Wasdal) was developed as an integrated system to facilitate the fee collection process and generate fee collection reports. The methodology employed in this research is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the Website is constructed using Laravel framework, Bootstrap, and MySQL database. The implementation results reveal that the overall built management information system Website meets user requirements. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) outcomes indicate average parameter scores of design (78%), features (79.20%), user satisfaction (80.60%), with an overall testing score of 81.3%.

Abstract

This research examines the design and development process of the Cakrawala Project web application using the CodeIgniter framework at the Information Technology Division. The research objectives are to analyze the stages of application development, identify the advantages of using the CodeIgniter framework, and measure the effectiveness of the web application implementation. The research method used is a case study with a Research and Development (R&D) approach through a waterfall development model. The results showed that the use of the CodeIgniter framework in the development of the Cakrawala Project web application provided convenience in the design process through the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture, increased development efficiency, and produced responsive web applications. The implementation of the Cakrawala Project web application has succeeded in increasing the effectiveness of information management and collaboration between divisions in the organization. This research contributes practical recommendations in the development of CodeIgniter-based web applications for similar organizational needs.
