Abstract

Abstrak: Belum adanya media pembelajaran yang memadai, dimana sekolah hanya menggunakan  lembar kerja siswa berupa kertas buram ditengarai menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya dari hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil wawancarasalah satu guru matematika dan beberapa siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media video pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan Edpuzzle terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes digunakan dalam metode pengumpulan data. Teknik random sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Edpuzzle berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa. Kontribusi penelitian ini yakni media video pembelajaran interaktif berbantuan Edpuzzle dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif sumber belajar Matematika.Abstract: The lack of adequate learning media, where schools only using student worksheets in the form of opaque paper is suspected to be one of the causes of low student learning outcomes. This is supported by the results of interviews with one mathematics teacher and several students. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the use of Edpuzzle-assisted interactive learning video media on student learning outcomes. This type of research uses quasi-experiments with a quantitative approach. Interviews, documentations and tests are used in the data collection method. Random sampling technique is a sampling technique in this study. The results of the hypothesis test show that the use of Edpuzzle media has an effect on student learning outcomes. The contribution of this research is that interactive learning video media assisted by Edpuzzle can be used as an alternative source of learning Mathematics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memahami bagaimana dominasi oligarki sumber daya alam yang terjadi di sektor industri ekstraktif batu bara pada masa pemerintahan Jokowi. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif, fokus penelitian ditujukan dengan menganalisis beberapa indikator berdasarkan toeri oligarki Winters, diantaranya masih terkonsentrasinya kekayaan oligarki di Indonesia, dan meningkatnya kekayaan individu yang bersumber dari penguasaan atas konsesi tambang batu bara. Besarnya kekayaan ini sekaligus telah memperkuat pengaruh oligarki sumber daya alam terhadap kebijakan dan sistem politik yang ada. Di periode pemerintahan Jokowi, keterkaitan bisnis yang kuat antara oligarki batu bara dan elit politik telah membuat Indonesia berada pada kondisi ketergantungan yang ekstrim terhadap industri batu bara, para ahli melabeli kondisi ini sebagai rezim ekstraktivisme. Salah satu dampak buruk rezim ekstraktivisme ini adalah meningkatnya potensi korupsi politik, yang berujung pada state capture atau pembajakan negara. Salah satu indikator terjadinya state capture adalah rendhnya indeks persepsi korupsi di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning process and outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) for fourth-grade students at SDN 48/II Padang Palangeh through the implementation of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach consisting of two cycles, each comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection instruments included observation sheets and learning outcome tests. It can be concluded that the Giving Question and Getting Answer model is effective in enhancing students’ active participation and learning outcomes in IPAS. Observation sheets were used to monitor both student and teacher activities, while evaluation tests served as indicators of academic achievement. The analysis showed that this model significantly contributed to the improvement of both the learning process and student performance. By the second cycle, most students actively participated in classroom activities and successfully exceeded the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). The results indicated a significant increase in student engagement during the learning process and a notable improvement in academic achievement from Cycle I to Cycle II. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Giving Question and Getting Answer approach is an effective strategy for strengthening learning outcomes and encouraging active student involvement in IPAS instruction. Additionally, the model has the potential to foster a more collaborative, communicative, and student-centered learning environment.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the application of the Laps Heuristic method assisted by the domino mathematics media (DOMIKA) can improve students’ learning outcomes in the subject of integers of class VII students of SMP 18 Ma'arif Ibrohimi. This research is classified as classroom action research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of students’ activities in the first cycle was 69.14% and the second cycle was 80.53%. Meanwhile, the students’ learning outcomes in the first cycle were 35.3% and the second cycle was 94.1%. This proves that the activities and students’ learning outcomes can be improved by applying the Laps Heuristic method aided by domino mathematics media (DOMIKA). Abstract

This study aims to determine how the profile of students' mathematical communication skills in class XI IPA MA Ma'arif Ambulu in the online learning process on matrix material. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 35 students of class XI IPA MA Ma'arif Ambulu. Whereas for a sample of 9 students. The data from this research were taken using interview, documentation and test methods. The results showed and proved that from a sample of 9 students of class XI IPA MA Ma'arif Ambulu regarding students' mathematical communication skills there was an increase after the online learning process. From the high level which initially had 3 students to 4 students, 3 students with moderate abilities increased to 4 students, and 3 students with low abilities decreased to 1 student. The online learning process with the WhatsApp group carried out regarding the profile of students' mathematical communication skills can be described accurately. Abstract

Abstract Starting from the relationship between students' ability to solve math problems and with spiritual quotient, which relates to inner wisdom, when a student can solve problems. This situation inspires research that aims to find a correlation between exogenous variables, namely spiritual quotient, and endogenous variables, namely problem-solving ability, through the intervening variable, namely learning outcomes. The type of research used is correlational with a quantitative approach. The data collection used is questionnaires, tests, and documentation with instruments in the form of questionnaire sheets, test questions, and learning outcomes data, respectively, with the data analysis method using SEM-PLS. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained are that there is a positive correlation between each variable, both simultaneously and partially. With suggestions that can be conveyed, namely a teacher needs to consider aspects other than cognitive abilities of students in learning, one of which is spiritual quotient, because it also has an impact on the acquisition of learning outcomes Keywords: Spiritual Quotient, Learning Outcomes, Mathematical Problem Solving

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance public awareness and skills in managing plastic waste through a creative innovation that integrates science and art, namely the development of Mathematic Aquaponics. The program was carried out by a team of lecturers and students from the Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Islam Jember, in collaboration with teachers and students of SMK Nailul Huda Mrawan Tapen Bondowoso. The activity began with a socialization session on the impact of plastic waste and the principles of reduce, reuse, recycle (3R), followed by a workshop on creating a simple aquaponic system using recycled materials such as used plastic bottles, drink cups, and damaged water gallons. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach was employed to ensure active participant involvement at every stage, including the application of basic mathematical calculations to determine water volume, the ratio of plants to fish, and geometric spacing in the system design. The results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge and creativity, with 92% successfully redesigning their own Mathematic Aquaponic systems that combined functional and aesthetic aspects. This program demonstrates that plastic waste can be transformed into a contextual learning medium integrating mathematics education, environmental science, and sustainability values. Thus, the activity not only contributes to reducing plastic waste but also fosters a scientific and creative culture within schools and communities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the deep learning approach and improve students' motivation to learn mathematics through the application of the Deep Learning approach assisted by Zep Quiz to the topic of Relations and Functions. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) model Kemmis & McTaggart, implemented in two cycles. The subjects were eighth-grade students of MTs Ma'arif Ambulu. Data were obtained through learning motivation questionnaires, observation, documentation, and learning outcome tests. The results showed that learning motivation increased from 49% in the pre-cycle (moderate category), to 55% in the first cycle (moderate category), and reached 85% in the second cycle (very high category). Learning outcomes also increased from 55% in the pre-cycle to 70% in the first cycle and again to 77% in the second cycle. Based on this research, the application of the Deep Learning approach assisted by Zep Quiz has been proven to create meaningful, interactive, and enjoyable learning, thus significantly influencing students' motivation to learn mathematics. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pendekatan deep learning dan  meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan Deep Learning berbantuan Zep Quiz pada materi Relasi dan Fungsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis & McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Ma’arif Ambulu. Data diperoleh melalui angket motivasi belajar, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar mengalami peningkatan dari pra siklus sebesar 49% (kategori sedang), meningkat menjadi 55% pada siklus I (kategori sedang), dan mencapai 85% pada siklus II (kategori sangat tinggi). Hasil belajar juga meningkat dari ketuntasan 55% pada pra siklus menjadi 70% pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 77% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penerapan pendekatan Deep Learning berbantuan Zep Quiz terbukti mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna, interaktif, dan menyenangkan sehingga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar matematika siswa.
