Abstract

Antenatal care (ANC) is preventive care which aims to prevent and reduce complications for pregnant women. Pregnant women ensure that it is very important to have an ANC examination for healthy mothers and babies. Mothers who do not receive antenatal care have a higher risk of maternal death, other pregnancy complications and stillbirth. A strategy is needed so that pregnant women regularly check their pregnancy every month. The aim of the Pregnancy Class was developed for mothers to gain knowledge regarding their pregnancy. The aim of this activity is to provide knowledge and examination of ANC. P4S method (pre-test, counseling and sharing, SGD (Small group discussion), post-test and examination). The results showed an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women after community service. 90% (9 people) of pregnant women had good knowledge after being given counseling about Antenatal Care. Pregnant Women Class as a strategy to increase knowledge and utilization of maternal health services for Pregnant Women. Effort to visit ANC regularly. It is recommended that midwives remain optimistic and committed by continuing to empower Pregnant Women's Classes routinely, regularly and with direction.

Abstract

The large number of public services in the form of requests for information and weather-climate data but the lackof media owned to accommodate suggestions and criticisms from service users is the reason for the importance ofdistributing the Community Satisfaction Survey questionnaire to get the value of the Community Satisfaction Indexas a benchmark for public services at BMKG Station West Lombok Climatology Station . Data processing iscarried out based on BMKG regulations on Community Satisfaction Survey Guidelines and validity and reliabilitytesting to evaluate the validity and consistency of questionnaires given to respondents. The results obtained fromdata processing and testing that of the 62 respondents with the main occupation of the most respondents areStudents / Students giving an average value of the Community Satisfaction Index of 3.4 and an average value ofservice expectations of 3.5 and if converted into qualifications the quality of service becomes very good. The value of the validation test shows an average value of 0.003 out of 20 questions with a significance value of 0.005, whichstates that all questions in the questionnaire are acceptable to the public. The reliability test showed the results ofα = 0.720 greater than Cronbach's alpha α = 0.60, so the results of the test that this questionnaire could be usedagain for the next survey.

Abstract

Climate is one factor that can influence plant growth. The risk of crop failure due to climate variability can be in the form of reduced water sources, which impact water needs in the land and the emergence of pests and diseases in plants. The risk of planting failure can impact product quality, which has the potential to decrease, higher plant handling costs, and various things that cause losses to farming businesses. The availability of climate forecast information, such as rainfall and other parameters, encourages writers to apply it to information that is easier for users to understand. One of the machine learning algorithms, Decision Tree, is used as a model in determining the risk of planting failure based on each attribute/parameter, including monthly rain, ENSO and IOD phenomena, drought, groundwater availability, and Oldeman climate type. This study aims to make a model prediction of crop failure risk potential, and the calculation is based on climate prediction data. The results of this study show differences in climatic conditions for each commodity when there is an increased potential risk of planting failure. Monthly rainfall is the most dominant factor influencing rice, maize, and soybean planting failure. Validation of the decision tree model shows that this model is quite good in determining the potential risk of crop failure in all commodities studied, with the proportion of correct proportion of more than 65%. However, the Heidke Skill Score (HSS) shows that this model is good for Paddy and Soybean; Maize shows an HSS of less than zero.
