Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk menghindari penyimpangan perilaku remaja yang timbul dari masalah penyalahgunaan NAPZA melalui pendekatan Peer Control Group dari kelompok teman sepergaulan. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Edukasi kesehatan tentang bahaya penyalahgunaan NAPZA pada otak dan system syaraf dan sharing dengan teman sebaya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, tahap pertama memberikan Edukasi Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja tentang NAPZA bagi remaja di SMP N 3 Pekanbaru. Sebelum memberikan edukasi diawali dengan memberikan pretest untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan remaja tentang NAPZA. Tahap kedua, sharing informasi dengan teman sebaya tentang NAPZA, diakhiri dengan follow up secara diskusi dan sharing pengalaman. Diakhir tahap kedua ini dilakukan posttest untuk melihat gambaran pengetahuan remaja setelah mendapatkan edukasi dan melakukan sharing informasi kepada teman sebaya. Hasil pretest sebelum edukasi menunjukkan 60% siswa berpengatahuan kurang. Kegiatan edukasi tentang NAPZA dilakukan pada tanggal 23 November 2022 di ruang kelas yang dibuka oleh guru BP SMPN 3 Pekanbaru, diikuti oleh siswa kelas 8.1 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Setelah mendapatkan edukasi tentang NAPZA, remaja  tersebut melakukan sharing informasi, mengedukasi dan mempengaruhi teman sepergaulannya tanpa membuat temannya merasa digurui sehingga mendukung terjadinya perubahan pada diri teman sabaya dalam menghindari pengaruh maupun penyalahgunaan NAPZA. Setelah sharing dengan teman sebaya, sebagian besar pengetahuan siswa meningkat, yaitu pengetahuan baik 70%, pengetahuan cukup 25% dan pengetahuan kurang 5%. Abstract: The purpose of this community service is to avoid adolescent behavioral deviations that arise from drug abuse problems through the Peer Control Group approach from a group of friends. The method used in this community service activity is health education about the dangers of drug abuse in the brain and nervous system and sharing with peers. This activity was carried out in two stages, the first stage was providing Youth Reproductive Health Education about drugs for teenagers at SMP N 3 Pekanbaru. Before providing education, in begins with giving a pretest to find out an overview of adolescent knowledge about derugs. The second stage, sharing information witg peers about drugs, ends with follow-up discussions and sharing experiences. At the and of the second stage, a posttest was carried out to see an overview of adolescent knowledge after getting education and sharing information with peers. Pretest results before education showed that 60% of students had less knowledge. Educational activities about drugs were carried out on November 23, 2022 in claarooms opened by BK’s teacher, attended by 40 grade 8.1 students. After receiving education about drugs, these adolescents share information, educate and influence their friends without making hteir friend feel patronized so that they support changes in their peers in avoiding the influence or abuse of drugs. After sharing with a peers, most of the students knowledge increased, namely 70% good knowledge, 25% sufficient knowledge and 5% less knowledge.

Abstract

Nutritional status is an indicator that reflects the level of welfare. Malnutrition in the form of deficiency and excess nutrition is one of the health problems in Indonesia. Riskesdas 2018 show the prevalence of nutritional status (BMI/U) in Indonesian children aged 5 – 12 years who are very thin 2.4%, lean 6.8%, fat 10.8%, and obese 9.2%. School-age children are in a period of rapid growth, in dire need of quality nutrients in relatively large quantities. In addition, nutrients are also used to improve the ability of children's brains to participate in learning activities. Eating breakfast in the morning is a healthy behavior to achieve balanced nutrition for a healthy, active, and intelligent life, but there are still many who do not fulfill their nutritional needs through breakfast. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between breakfast habits and the nutritional status of children at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 48 Pekanbaru City. The research method used was quantitative with a cross-sectional design, conducted from October to December 2021. The sample in this study was all fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 48 Pekanbaru City, a total of 53 people. Data analysis was carried out using a chi-square statistical test, thus concluded that there is no relationship between breakfast habits and the nutritional status of students at SD Negeri 48 Pekanbaru City with a p-value of 0.670. Further research is needed to determine another factor affecting the nutritional status of students.

Abstract

Antenatal care (ANC) is preventive care which aims to prevent and reduce complications for pregnant women. Pregnant women ensure that it is very important to have an ANC examination for healthy mothers and babies. Mothers who do not receive antenatal care have a higher risk of maternal death, other pregnancy complications and stillbirth. A strategy is needed so that pregnant women regularly check their pregnancy every month. The aim of the Pregnancy Class was developed for mothers to gain knowledge regarding their pregnancy. The aim of this activity is to provide knowledge and examination of ANC. P4S method (pre-test, counseling and sharing, SGD (Small group discussion), post-test and examination). The results showed an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women after community service. 90% (9 people) of pregnant women had good knowledge after being given counseling about Antenatal Care. Pregnant Women Class as a strategy to increase knowledge and utilization of maternal health services for Pregnant Women. Effort to visit ANC regularly. It is recommended that midwives remain optimistic and committed by continuing to empower Pregnant Women's Classes routinely, regularly and with direction.

Abstract

Anak usia dini adalah anak yang berada pada rentang usia 0 – 6 tahun  yang merupakan masa keemasan. Anak usia dini menjadi masa yang sangat mudah dalam menerima stimulasi pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan tahapan pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Pada masa ini diperlukan pemantauan dan stimulasi yang tepat serta berkesinambungan agar tumbuh kembang anak dapat berjalan optimal. Salah satunya dengan KPSP yaitu Kuesioner Pra Skrining Perkembangan. KPSP berguna untuk mengetahui perkembangan anak normal atau ada penyimpangan, sehigga dengan ditemukan secara dini intervensi pada anak yang mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan dapat lebih mudah dilakukan. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu menilai perkembangan anak dan memberdayakan orangtua dalam melakukan pemantauan perkembangan anak sesuai tahapan umur anak. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di laboratorium Institut Kesehatan Payung Negeri Pekanbaru selama 150 menit dengan metode kegiatan ceramah, tanya jawab dan penggunaan KPSP untuk melakukan skrining perkembangan anak usia dini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan Juni 2024. Sebanyak 10 anak usia dini dengan orangtua yang terlibat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, hasil didapatkan 10 orang anak usia dini yang mengikuti kegiatan termasuk dalam kategori status gizi baik dengan ukuran lingkar kepala normal dan berada pada tahap perkembangan yang normal sesuai dengan usia baik dari motorik kasar, motorik halus, bahasa maupun personal sosial dan kemandirian.
