Abstract

Dislipidemia merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskular. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persentase risiko penyakit kardiovaskular 10 tahun kedepan pada pasien dislipidemia di RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Pontianak sesuai dengan pedoman PERKI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasional dengan rancangan penelitian crosssectional yang bersifat deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berupa data rekam medik pasien rawat inap selama periode Januari - Desember 2018. Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi digunakan sebanyak 41 sampel. Risiko penyakit dislipidemia menggunakan metode Systematic Coronary Risk Evaluation (SCORE) diukur dengan aplikasi HeartScore yang diakses www.heartscore.org. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pasien dislipidemia yang kategori risiko kardiovaskular rendah 7,32%, berisiko sedang 70,73%, berisiko tinggi 24,39%. Ketepatan pemilihan statin pada kategori risiko rendah sebanyak 9,75%, kategori risiko sedang 68,29%. Statin yang digunakan pada kategori rendah dan sedang secara berturut turut adalah simvastatin 10 mg dan simvastatin 20mg. Pemilihan statin pada pasien berisiko tinggi telah tepat menggunakan atorvastatin 40mg (14,63%). Disisi lain, penggunaan atorvastatin 20mg sebanyak 7,32% tidak tepat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ditemukan ketidaktepatan pemilihan obat statin pada pasien berisiko tinggi penyakit kardiovaskular.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using animation learning media on students’ activities in science subjects. The method used in this study was to use an experimental design using Posttest Only Control as a measuring tool and collected using a questionnaire technique used to determine the effect of using animation media on student activity in science lessons with a total of 20 students in the experimental class and 20 students in the control class so that the total number of respondents was 40 students. From the results of this research data analysis, it is known that posttest of the use of animation learning media in science lessons, the experimental and control classes have a sign value > 0.05, in the experimental class itself the significance value is 0.200 > 0.05, meaning that the significance value is greater than the significance value minimal. While in the control class itself, the significance value is 0.71 > 0.005, which is greater than the minimum limit. Based on the homogeneity and variance table data for the experimental class and the control class, the calculated significance for student activity in science subjects is 0.768. This means that the significance is greater than the minimum significance of 0.768 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variance of scores of the experimental and control groups is homogeneous.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran proporsional peserta didik serta kesulitan yang dihadapi peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal pada materi perbandingan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan metode eksplorasi dengan pengambilan data menggunakan think aloud. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes kemampuan penalaran proporsional dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik kelas IX A SMP Negeri 2 Teluk Gelam Palembang. Penentuan subjek berdasarkan hasil pengerjaan soal tes peserta didik yang memenuhi 4 indikator kemampuan penalaran proporsional peserta didik terlepas dari jawaban benar atau salah, serta mampu memberikan informasi yang jelas sekaitan pengerjaan soal tes. Teknik analisis data yaitu meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan think aloud disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dua peserta didik yang mampu mengerjakan soal tes dan mampu memenuhi empat indikator kemampuan penalaran proporsional terlepas dari jawaban benar atau salah. This study aims to analyze the proportional reasoning abilities of students and the difficulties faced by students in solving problems on comparative material. This research includes qualitative research with exploratory methods with data collection using think aloud. Data collection techniques used in the form of proportional reasoning ability tests and unstructured interviews. The subjects of this study were students of class IX A of SMP Negeri 2 Teluk Gelam Palembang. Subject determination is based on the results of students' test questions that meet 4 indicators of students' proportional reasoning abilities regardless of right or wrong answers, and are able to provide clear information regarding test questions. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study using think aloud, it was concluded that there were two students who were able to work on the test questions and were able to meet the four indicators of proportional reasoning ability regardless of right or wrong answers.

Abstract

Background: Education via whatsapp about the importance of prenatal checks has been proven to increase pregnant women's knowledge. Through this platform, information about the benefits and importance of routine pregnancy checks can be conveyed easily by health workers and pregnant women in access to the WhatsApp application. Purpose of Writing: to find out the Effectiveness of Education Using WhatsApp About the Importance of Pregnancy Checks for Increasing Knowledge of Pregnant Women. Research Methods: Pre-experimental research with the type of one group pre test – post test design by means of a causal relationship by involving one group of subjects. the subject group was observed before the intervention was carried out and then observed after the intervention was carried out. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a purposive method. Research Results: This study obtained the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test, which obtained a sig. (0.000) < 0.05, which means there is a difference in knowledge before and after education via whatsapp. It can be concluded that there is Effectiveness of Education with WhatsApp About the Importance of Pregnancy Checks for Increasing Knowledge of Pregnant Women in Karangsinom Village, Tirtamulya District, Karawang Regency in 2023. Conclusions and Suggestions: In providing education to pregnant women, midwives can collaborate with other health teams, in providing health education it can be added by using the WhatsApp application in the form of groups of pregnant women so that it is easy to provide health information for pregnant women in groups.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pasien Penyakit Ginjal Kronik harus melakukan self-management termasuk pada pengaturan nutrisi yang harus dikonsumsinya. Hal ini menyebabkan pasien PGK mengalami kebingungan dan ketakutan untuk mengkonsumsi makanan. Selain itu, Pasien PGK sering mengalami mual dan muntah akibat dari peningkatan kadar ureum dan kreatinin sehingga dapat mengurangi asupan nutrisi sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kondisi tersebut dapat menyebabkan pasien mengalami malnutrisi yang dapat memperburuk kondisinya. Keluarga memiliki peran yang penting dalam memberikan dukungan kepada pasien PGK dalam menjalankan manajemen nutrisi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberdayakan keluarga dalam memberikan dukungan yang adekuat kepada pasien PGK untuk melakukan manajemen nutrisi. Program pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi kepada keluarga pasien PGK mengenai manajemen nutrisi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab serta menggunakan berbagai media edukasi. Program ini dievaluasi dengan menggunakan pre-post test. Terdapat peningkatan total skor pre-post test sebesar 29,8 % yang mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan keluarga mengenai manajemen nutrisi pasien PGK. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga dalam manajemen nutrisi pasien PGK. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat menlakukan edukasi kepada pasien dan keluarga secara berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan terkait dengan manajemen nutrisi pada pasien PGK. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Nutrisi, Pemberdayaan Keluarga, Penyakit Ginjal Kronik  ABSTRACT Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are required to perform self-management, which includes managing their nutritional intake. This causes CKD patients to experience confusion and fear of consuming food. In addition, CKD patients often experience nausea and vomiting due to increased levels of urea and creatinine, which can reduce nutritional intake according to their needs. These conditions can lead to malnutrition in patients, potentially worsening their condition. Families play a crucial role in assisting CKD patients with their nutritional management. The goal of this community service program was to enable families to effectively support CKD patients in their nutritional management. We conducted this community service program by educating families of CKD patients about nutritional management through lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and various educational media. We evaluated this program using a pre-post test. There was an increase in the total pre-post test score of 29.8%, indicating an increase in family knowledge regarding nutritional management for CKD patients. Conclusion: Community service programs using lecture and question-and-answer methods can improve family knowledge in nutritional management for CKD patients. We expect health workers to continuously and sustainably educate patients and families about nutritional management in CKD patients.  Keywords: Nutrition Management, Family Empowerment, Chronic Kidney Disease

Abstract

This study analyzes the business policy strategies of Grobbak Korea, a pioneer of Korean street food in Indonesia, in addressing market dynamics and shifting culinary trends. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research evaluates internal factors such as operational capacity, human resources, and financial management, alongside external factors such as industry competition, food trends, and consumer purchasing power. The analysis employs PESTEL, SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, and TOWS frameworks. The findings indicate that Grobbak Korea benefits significantly from the rising popularity of Korean culture but faces considerable challenges, including operational limitations and dependency on centralized supplies. The study recommends product innovations that incorporate local flavors, community-based marketing strategies, and operational and logistical optimizations to enhance competitiveness and ensure business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe data about "The Narrative Structure and Value of Character Education in the film MARS (Mimpi Ananda Raih Semesta) by Aishworo Ang and its use as teaching materials in high school". This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data obtained in this study are in the form of sentences in the form of conversations between characters. The source of data in this study is the conversation in the film. The data collection technique used the note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used the content analysis method (content analysis). The results of this study are the narrative structure and the value of character education. The narrative structure is 1). orientation, 2). complications, 3). resolution and 4). code while the value of character education is 1). religious, 2). honestly, 3). hard work, 4). love the motherland, 5). appreciating achievements, 6). social care and 7). responsibility. Implementation of Narrative Structure and Character Education Values in Aishworo Ang's MARS Film as Teaching Materials in SMA Class XI 2013 Curriculum in KD 3.18 identifies storylines, chapter by act and conflicts in dramas that are read or watched. The validation in this study shows that the narrative structure and character education values in Aishworo Ang's MARS film are worthy of being used as Indonesian language learning materials in high school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berbentuk true eksperimen dengan desain postest only control design yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran problem solving terhadap metode ceramah dan hubungan kemampuan koneksi matematis dan self efficacy menggunakan problem solving. Populasi penelitian dilaksankan di kota Cihampelas dengan sampel 69 siswa dibagi pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol di salah satu SMP Negeri di Cihampelas. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa tes kemampuan koneksi matematis sebanyak 5 butir soal uraian dan skala self efficacy matematik siswa sebanyak 28 pernyataan dengan 4 alternatif jawaban. Hasil analisis menunjukkaan nilai rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen yaitu 61,25 dan rata-rata siswa kelas kontrol 53,65. Koefisien korelasi menunjukkan nilai yang positif sehinggga pengaruh antara self efficacy dan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa memiliki hubungan yang searah. Dengan hubungan yang searah dan nilai positif pada koefisien korelasi yang berarti semakin tinggi kemampuan koneksi maka semakin tinggi juga self efficacy yang dimiliki siswa tersebut.
