Abstract

Digital technological transformation impacts providing digital markets for consumers to make shopping easier through marketplaces. The rise of the marketplace plays a big role in driving digital disruption and changing consumer behavior toward purchasing goods and services in digital markets. This research aims to analyze the determinants of online shopping in Bengkulu Province at the household level. This research uses SUSENAS 2022 microdata with household analysis units in Bengkulu Province. The analytical method used is logit-probit regression analysis because the dependent variable is dummy. The research results show that marital status, gender, age, and online loans negatively and significantly affect individuals’ or households' opportunities for online shopping. In addition, productive age, education, employment status, number of households, and level of welfare positively and significantly influence the opportunities for individuals and households to online shopping. Meanwhile, a person's civil servant status does not have a significant influence. This research provides novelty in the form of a level of analysis carried out at the individual and household level through national socio-economic survey data (SUSENAS) for Bengkulu Province and the accuracy of using analytical methods.

Abstract

Investasi adalah pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Terdapat dua bentuk investasi: investasi internasional dan investasi domestik. Penelitian ini akan menguji dampak investasi global, investasi lokal, dan pendapatan per kapita terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan analisis kuantitatif yang menggunakan data panel dari 33 provinsi di Indonesia antara tahun 2021 dan 2023. Pendekatan regresi data panel berganda digunakan untuk menguji studi ini. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa investasi asing, investasi lokal, dan pendapatan per kapita memiliki dampak yang substansial terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered economic shocks that adversely affected the global economy. Economic growth contracted significantly. Restrictions on economic activity trigger people's shopping behavior to switch to non-cash and online systems. E-commerce, as one part of digital economic transformation, has experienced a significant increase which impacts the flow of dissemination of ideas, innovations, and information, thus encouraging economic growth. This study analyzes the Impact of e-commerce on economic growth in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic using intermediation models and fixed effect analysis. The results show that e-commerce negatively and significantly impacts economic growth during 2019 and 2021. Because e-commerce stimulates economic growth in a country but needs to be supported by quality infrastructure, quality broadband internet, online security (cyber security), and digital payment systems (e-payment). The variables of online financing, efficiency of government spending, length of schooling, and number of tourists have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, the poverty rate and human development index have a negative and significant effect. In maximizing e-commerce activities in Indonesia, strong support and collaboration from the government, financial institutions, and the Ministry of Communication and information technology are needed.

Abstract

This study examines poverty in the rural districts of Bengkulu Province. This study investigates how poverty in rural Bengkulu Province is affected by economic growth, village fund allocation, village development index, income distribution disparity, and duration of education. Panel data from 2018 to 2023, covering nine districts in the province, were used in this study. According to the study results, since 2018, village fund distribution and economic growth have been factors that have had a favorable impact on poverty in the rural districts of Bengkulu Province. The village development index, length of schooling, and economic disparity contribute to poverty in the rural districts of Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis bagaimana kinerja staf tata usaha dalam melayani administrasi guru di SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Keliat Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan skala likert dengan jumlah sampel 20 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner atau angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke 5 indikator tersebut yang tergolong rendah sebanyak 25% (5 guru), yang tergolong sedang sebanyak 55% (11 guru), yang tergolong tinggi sebanyak 20% (4 guru) dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang paling dominan adalah kategori sedang yang mana dengan persentase 55% (11 guru).

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has transformed consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z as the most active digital users. This study aims to investigate the effect of social media marketing activities (SMMA) on brand trust and brand image and their subsequent impact on purchase intention. A quantitative descriptive-causal design was applied, using purposive sampling with 140 respondents from Generation Z in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that SMMA positively influences brand trust and brand image, which in turn enhance purchase intention. These results highlight the importance for e-commerce businesses to implement effective social media strategies that build trust and a positive brand image among Generation Z.

Abstract

Abstract Aceh and Bengkulu are among the provinces in Sumatra with relatively high poverty rates, although both have shown gradual declines in recent years. In Aceh, the poverty rate decreased from 14.64% in 2022 to 14.23% in 2024, while in Bengkulu it declined from 14.62% to 13.56% over the same period. Urban poverty remains consistently lower than rural poverty; however, disparities in urbanization patterns between the two provinces suggest potential differences in the determinants of urban household poverty. Aceh is characterized by more developed urban centers such as Banda Aceh and Lhokseumawe, whereas Bengkulu is dominated by smaller urban areas. This study aims to analyze the determinants of urban household poverty and compare their characteristics across selected cities in Aceh (Sabang, Banda Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Langsa, and Subulussalam) and Bengkulu City. An explanatory research design is employed using secondary data. The analysis combines descriptive statistics, logistic regression, and comparative testing. The results indicate that in urban Aceh, housing floor area, household size, and participation in the basic food assistance program significantly influence poverty status. In contrast, sanitation conditions and participation in the Family Hope Program (PKH) are significant determinants in urban Bengkulu. Furthermore, the comparative analysis reveals no statistically significant differences in urban poverty between the two provinces. These findings highlight that, despite similar poverty levels, the underlying determinants vary across regions, implying the need for region-specific policy interventions to effectively address urban poverty. Keywords : Urban Poverty, Multidimensional Poverty, Logistic Regression, Regional Comparison Abstrak Provinsi Aceh dan provinsi Bengkulu merupakan daerah dengan persentase penduduk miskin tinggi di pulau Sumatera. Di provinsi Aceh sebesar 14,64 di tahun 2022 turun menjadi 14,23 persen pada tahun 2024. Adapun di provinsi Bengkulu sebesar 14,62 turun menjadi 13,56 persen pada tahun 2024. Ditinjau dari proporsi kemiskinan perkotaan dan perdesaan, umumnya kemiskinan di wilayah perkotaan lebih rendah daripada kemiskinan perdesaan. Kedua provinsi ini memiliki tingkat urbanisasi yang berbeda, di mana Aceh memiliki kota-kota besar seperti Banda Aceh dan Lhokseumawe, sedangkan Bengkulu lebih didominasi oleh kota kecil seperti Bengkulu. Provinsi Aceh dan Bengkulu, misalnya, memiliki karakteristik sosio-ekonomi yang berbeda, sehingga menarik untuk dikaji lebih dalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan rumah tangga di perkotaan di kedua provinsi tersebut. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Pertama penelitian ini akan menganalisa karakteristik rumah tangga miskin di Kota Sabang, kota Banda aceh, kota Lhokseumawe, kota Langsa, kota Subulussalam, dan kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, regresi logistik, dan analisis komparatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa berdasarkan variabel Luas lantai, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan program sembako berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di perkotaan Aceh, sedangkan sanitasi dan PKH berpengaruh di perkotaan Bengkulu. Uji komparatif menunjukkan bahwa secara statistic tidak terdapat perbedaan antara kemiskinan antara perkotaan provinsi Aceh dan Bengkulu. Abstract

Dalam industri jasa perjalanan ibadah umroh, keputusan pembelian menjadi faktor penting bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing, service quality, dan influencer marketing terhadap purchase decision pada Travel Umroh Maheer Travelindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 172 responden yang telah menggunakan jasa Maheer Travelindo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing, service quality, dan influencer marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Selain itu, ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keputusan pembelian konsumen dapat ditingkatkan melalui pemanfaatan media sosial yang optimal, peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta penggunaan influencer yang kredibel. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perusahaan travel umroh perlu mengintegrasikan strategi pemasaran digital, kualitas layanan yang unggul, dan influencer marketing secara konsisten guna meningkatkan daya saing dan menarik minat calon jamaah.
