Abstract

The word cage learning media in children's language learning. The aim of the research is to describe the form of word cage media and the results of the development of word cage media in early childhood learning at Al-Rifa'ie Modern PAUD. The research methodology used is Research and Development (RnD) by developing work in the form of products that will be validated by experts and tested on students. Researchers carried out the RnD stages in a structured manner based on the Bord and Gall theory. The research results of the word cage media were made using six playing techniques which included elements of storytelling, metamorphosis of butterflies and chickens, aspects of children's reading and listening, spelling and arranging the letters to form the names of the animals. In the product validation stage, media experts were 95%, material experts in products were 93%, and material experts in learning were 90.8%. The small group trial stage was 60% and the large group trial stage was 82.75%. It was concluded that the word cage media was suitable for use in children's language learning and was multifunctional and could be used as an interesting and enjoyable learning aid for early childhood.

Abstract

The Myrtaceae family is one of the families of the Myrtales order. There are two commonly found genera of the Myrtaceae family, namely Syzygium and Psidium. Pollen morphology of 3 species of the Myrtaceae family, namely Psidium guajava, Syzygium aqueum, and Syzygium malaccense were observed using a binocular light microscope. The research conducted aims to see the morphological characteristics of pollen from the three species of the Myrtaceae family. Morphological similarities of pollen from guava (Psidium guajava), water guava (Syzygium aqueum), and bol guava (Syzygium malaccense) are found in the unit, shape, size, polarity, aperture type, and exine ornamentation.

Abstract

Kerja sama antara kelompok 6 mahasiswa Ilmu Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Malang dan Rumah Baca Damar Kreatif diwujudkan dalam upaya bersama untuk mengembangkan Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM). Fokus pengabdian mencakup peningkatan pengelolaan buku, kegiatan literasi, dan promosi guna mendukung peningkatan minat baca masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penjajakan kebutuhan, penyusunan dokumen kerja sama, diskusi dan penandatanganan MoA dan PKS, implementasi program, dan evaluasi. Hasil implementasi mencakup pengelolaan buku dengan labelisasi DDC, kegiatan literasi melalui bimbingan belajar, dan promosi melalui lomba mewarnai. Evaluasi menunjukkan keberhasilan kerja sama dalam meningkatkan minat baca anak-anak, motivasi belajar, dan antusiasme warga terhadap TBM. Pengabdian ini menggambarkan bahwa kerja sama mahasiswa dengan Rumah Baca Damar Kreatif berhasil dalam mengembangkan TBM dan meningkatkan literasi di masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa daerah Kaur saat ini menghadapi beberapa tantangan yaitu kurangnya minat dari generasi muda dalam mengaplikasikannya dan materi pembelajaran yang ada saat ini masih sangat tradisional dan kurang diminati oleh peserta didik. Media Pembelajaran Bahasa Daerah yang bertujuan untuk menjadi solusi inovatif dalam pembelajaran bahasa daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas media pembelajaran bahasa daerah Bengkulu dialek Kaur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,003 < 0,025 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Analisis N-Gain menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,5701 yang menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif terintegrasi Augmented Reality memiliki efektivitas sedang dalam pengembangannya. Dengan kata lain, intervensi yang dilakukan melalui aplikasi ini telah berhasil meningkatkan prestasi belajar sebesar 57,01% yang dapat dikategorikan cukup efektif terhadap kemampuan pemahaman budaya siswa.

Abstract

The Nusantara Fisheries Port (PPN) Kejawanan in Cirebon City is an important infrastructure that supports the fisheries sector in the northern coastal region of West Java. As a distribution center for fish catches and a driver of the capture fisheries economy, this port is regulated by various regulations, including Law Number 45 of 2009 and Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 8 of 2012, which requires the existence of basic, functional, and supporting facilities. This study aims to evaluate the level of facility utilization in PPN Kejawanan using a descriptive method by collecting primary data through observation and interviews, as well as secondary data from port managers. The results of the study show that the PPN Kejawanan has fulfilled 19 of the 22 required facilities, or around 86%, with most of the facilities functioning optimally. However, there are several facilities that are not yet available, such as jetty piers and fishermen's guesthouses. These results indicate the need to increase the utilization of facilities to ensure better port services and support the economic growth of the fisheries sector in PPN Kejawanan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding various levels of CMC stabilizer on organoleptic properties (color, taste, aroma, texture) and consumer preference levels. The study involved 30 untrained panelists. This study was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using 4 Treatments and 5 replications. The treatments tested were the addition of different CMC stabilizer levels R1 = 0% (w/v), R1 = 0.3% (w/v), R3 = 0.6% (w/v), R4 = 0.9% (w/v). The variables observed were the organoleptic properties of color, taste, texture, aroma and consumer preference for red dragon fruit yoghurt. The results of the study showed that the addition of various levels of CMC stabilizer had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the color, aroma, texture, and consumer preference for red dragon fruit yoghurt. The highest value was the addition of 0.9% CMC with attractive color, typical yoghurt aroma, very thick texture, and was liked by consumers. The lowest assessment of color, aroma, texture and consumer preferences was the addition of 0.3% CMC with a rather attractive color, typical yoghurt aroma, liquid texture, and somewhat liked by consumers. The conclusion of this study is that yoghurt that has good color, aroma and texture values ​​and is preferred by panelists is yoghurt added with 0.9% CMC. The addition of CMC does not affect the taste of yoghurt.

Abstract

Perpustakaan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menyediakan informasi dan mendukung proses pendidikan, terutama bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah terpencil. Namun, ketimpangan akses informasi masih menjadi masalah utama, yang menghambat pemanfaatan perpustakaan di beberapa wilayah. Salah satu solusi yang diterapkan adalah layanan perpustakaan keliling berbasis inklusi sosial yang diinisiasi oleh UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno. Layanan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan akses informasi dan sumber bacaan bagi masyarakat, terutama di sekolah-sekolah yang sulit dijangkau. Selain itu, program ini juga melibatkan tim pengabdian untuk membantu operasional layanan, mulai dari distribusi koleksi buku hingga kegiatan literasi di sekolah-sekolah. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mendampingi pelaksanaan layanan perpustakaan keliling berbasis inklusi sosial di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno dengan melibatkan tim pengabdian sebagai tenaga tambahan, guna membantu mengatasi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan memperluas jangkauan layanan ke sekolah-sekolah yang sulit dijangkau. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif, dengan pengabdian terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan pendampingan, pemilihan koleksi buku, koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah, serta pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan tim pengabdian sebagai bagian dari tim pendamping berhasil membantu UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno dalam memperluas jangkauan layanan perpustakaan keliling. Kolaborasi ini memberikan manfaat yang lebih merata bagi masyarakat, terutama di daerah yang selama ini sulit mengakses informasi, serta mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan layanan perpustakaan berbasis inklusi sosial. Program ini memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung program pembangunan berkelanjutan dengan mengurangi kesenjangan informasi dan meningkatkan literasi masyarakat.
