Abstract

This research is normative research to answer questions about how the Pancasila legal state provides space for community participation and to what extent community participation is carried out in the process of forming Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning the State Capital. This research is normative research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach with the method of writing descriptive analysis. The data collected is collected using text review which is then compiled and analyzed with a deductive mindset The conclusion in this study is the lack of community involvement in the formation of Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning the State Capital. This is certainly not in line with the principles and values contained in Pancasila as an ideology and philosophy of life for the nation, which opens up space for public participation in the process of forming a legal product. In line with the conclusions above, each authorized institution needs to provide a wider space so that the community can contribute to the formation of a law and regulation, besides that it is also important that the community is not apathetic in contributing to it. So on the part of state institutions and society, there is a shared principle that public involvement is very important to create a legal product that is in the interests of the people.

Abstract

The analysis method used is Path Analysis with SmartPLS software, aimed at depicting the actual state of the research object to understand the influence of motivation and organizational culture on the performance improvement of personnel at Mabes Polri through job satisfaction as an intervening variable by administering statements in a questionnaire to the personnel of Mabes Polri. The research findings indicate that (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Mabes Polri personnel, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Mabes Polri personnel, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel, (4) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel, (5) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel, (6) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel through job satisfaction, and (7) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mabes Polri personnel through job satisfaction. Motivation. It is the dominant variable affecting satisfaction. Work is 0.485 or 48.5%.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan pada Minimarket Indomaret Gerai Batua di Kota Makassar dan mengetahui faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Volume Penjualan Pada Minimarket Indomaret Gerai Batua di Kota Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua masyarakat yang berbelanja di Minimarket Indomaret Gerai Batua yang berjumlah 4.162 orang selama satu minggu, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara terstruktur menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan produk, harga, promosi, dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan dan secara parsial variabel harga, promosi, dan lokasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, variabel produk yang paling dominan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan pada Minimarket Indomaret Gerai Batua di Kota Makassar. Kata Kunci: Produk; harga; promosi; lokasi; volume penjualan; bauran pemasaran.

Abstract

Interreligious relations require wisdom to foster social harmony. Interfaith dialogue is an essential effort in achieving this goal. This study extends previous discourses by elaborating on the concept of fiqh al-harmony (jurisprudence of harmony) as developed by Shaykh Wasil, analyzed through Jasser Auda’s framework of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Employing a qualitative, library-based method with both conceptual and historical approaches, this research explores the contributions of Shaykh Wasil, a 12th-century Persian scholar who came to Kediri at the invitation of King Jayabaya. Through his work Musarar, he promoted Islam using a harmony-based approach. When analyzed through Auda’s six features of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, Shaykh Wasil’s jurisprudence of harmony reveals significant relevance: cognitive nature classifies it within political jurisprudence (fiqh al-siyāsah); wholeness emphasizes conflict resolution through a comprehensive framework; openness integrates jurisprudence with Sufism, positive law, and the sociology of law; interrelated hierarchy identifies his harmonious da‘wah strategy as a manifestation of both maqāṣid al-ummah and maqāṣid al-insāniyyah; multi-dimensionality fosters common ground in interreligious conflict; and purposefulness demonstrates that his ultimate aim was to promote Islam as a mercy for all creation. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work experience, education, and training on employee career development, with work performance as an intervening variable, at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of South Sulawesi Province. The study used a quantitative approach with survey methods and path analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The results showed that work experience directly had no significant effect on career development, but through work performance, work experience had a positive and significant influence. Education and training had a positive and significant effect on both work performance and career development, demonstrating the importance of improving employee competency. Work performance proved to be a key factor in driving career development, acting as a bridge between experience or education and career advancement. This study confirms that career development at BPS of South Sulawesi Province is more influenced by actual work results than administrative factors such as seniority, so that self-development strategies through education, training, and performance achievement are key to employee career success.
