Abstract

AbstractRelationships with importance are always related to communication and relationship terms. Basically, humans need interaction in interactions, interactions in families, communities, and schools. A person's development and motivation is also a process that gives encouragement and encouragement.So this study aims to get information and describe about Social Influence in Schools Against Learning Motivation of Class X Learners of Independent SMK Pontianak. While the specific purpose is to know (1) Motivation to learn students of class X Mandiri SMK. (2) What is the social interaction of students in the X class of Mandiri Vocational School. (3) Knowing the social interactions of students in the school towards the learning motivation of students in class X Mandiri SMK. The method used is descriptive method and form of survey research. The population in this study were 149 and a sample of 21 students of the Pontianak Independent Vocational School. This research uses quantitative. The technique of collecting data with questionnaires while the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula.Based on the results of this study, the dominant social interaction reached 93% with the category "Good" while the dominant learning motivation extrinsic motivation reached 91% with the category "Good". Based on the research using the Pearson hierarchy discussion method, the coefficient ratio figures obtained rs = 0.967. This indicates a change. Abstract

The aim of this empowerment is to control crackle disease in rice plants using biofungicides. Disease control in rice plants can be done in various ways, one of which is by using biofungicides. The movement to control (Gerdal) crackle disease was carried out by the Mawar farmer group, Tanjung Pasir Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The number of members of the farmer group carrying out the control movement was 30 people, and was assisted by 10 officers from extension officers and Plant Pest Organism Control Officers (POPT). The control area is 10 hectares with rice plants of the Ciherang variety with an attack intensity of 2.5%. Implementation of activities starts from 07.00 am until finished on rice plants that are still 55-60 days after planting (DAP). The methods of implementing activities are (a) socialization; (b) implementation; and (c) community participation. The results of community empowerment activities show that the use of specially formulated microbial fungicides to combat plant diseases such as bacterial leaf blight (kresek), rice blast, bacterial wilt, fusarium wilt, and powdery mildew can reduce the intensity of attacks on rice plants.

Abstract

Media sosial memiliki peran sentral dalam kehidupan remaja, oleh karena itu penting untuk memahami bagaimana platform ini berkontribusi terhadap atau memicu perilaku menyimpang di kalangan pelajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh media sosial terhadap perilaku kenakalan siswa di sekolah melalui pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Metode studi kepustakaan digunakan untuk mensintesis dan menganalisis berbagai penelitian, artikel, jurnal, dan sumber teoretis yang relevan dengan topik ini. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial memiliki potensi besar untuk memengaruhi perilaku kenakalan siswa, dan diperlukan upaya komprehensif untuk mengurangi dampak negatifnya serta memaksimalkan manfaat positifnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) terhadap capaian pembelajaran siswa pada aspek keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan guru di SMP Negeri 17 Medan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dan keterampilan siswa dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dengan kompetensi pedagogik yang tinggi mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan mendukung, sehingga siswa lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan pelatihan guru di bidang PPKn.
