Abstract

Angkotin is a system that provides an alternative for urban transport to not only be used for passenger transportation, but also as freight service. Therefore, it needs a decision support system for taking order to delivery to the destination according to each criterion from urban transportation. The method used to develop this decision support system is a rule-based system. The result of this research is a decision support system that can help public transportation to find orders that can be taken based on four factors, such as distance, direction, route code, and status of storage capacity. Based on these four factors, the system can provide an order recommendation under the appropriate conditions through the Angkotin application. Based on our experiment, our system performs on 7 seven cases as expected.

Abstract

The progress and development of increasing data demand human progress to become someone more advanced. So that everything related to data and information will be more structured and transparent if it is carried out and processed using information technology, including in government agencies. The Department of Industry of Samarinda City always collects data. the existence of industry in the city of Samarinda every year experiences data development and changes. The obstacle is that every industrial data collection was done manually and the officers finding the location of the industry had to contact the village office while not all industries were recorded in the village data. This study uses data collection methods, namely interview and observation methods. The result of this research is an industrial mapping information system at the Industrial Office of Samarinda City based on Android that can be used to help officers find out the distribution of industrial location points in Samarinda City and make it easier for users to find out industrial location routes.

Abstract

In the reporting system at the Department of Industry of Samarinda City, reports on problems from the community are distributed to related parties collectively and manually, so the submission process tends to be long. Submission of long reports has an impact on the slow response from the government to the community. In addition, the process of distributing reports manually means that the public does not know how the government will follow up on the report. Therefore, this research aims to help the community in terms by submitting complaints or suggestions to the Samarinda City Industry Office and to assist the Samarinda City Industry Office to serve the community in terms of answering public complaints. The results of this study can facilitate the work of the Samarinda City Industry Office in viewing complaints from Samarinda City residents via the Web and can be monitored online by the Admin. In addition, residents of Samarinda City can voice their aspirations freely and easily without having to go to the Samarinda City Industry Office

Abstract

Heat exchanger adalah alat penukar kalor yang berfungsi untuk mengubah temperatur dan fasa suatu jenis fluida. Proses tersebut terjadi dengan memanfaatkan proses perpindahan kalor dari fluida bersuhu tinggi menuju fluida bersuhu rendah. Perancangan heat exchanger diperlukan untuk mendapatkan sebuah dimensi heat exchanger sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang heat exchanger dengan jenis finned tube yang dapat diaplikasikan pada sistem pendingin dan sesuai dengan parameter yang akan dirancang. Fluida kerja yang digunakan adalah R-134a. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan simulasi numerik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Engineering Equation Solver. Persamaan yang digunakan akan diinput kedalam perangkat lunak EES. Dari hasil pembahasan dengan input udara lingkungan dan temperatur fluida yang ditentukan didapatkan dimensi dari kondensor dan evaporator. Pada kondensor didapatkan dimensi berupa total panjang tabung yaitu 30,034 m, total jumlah tabung yaitu 39 tabung, dan luas total perpindahan panas pada kondensor sebesar 10,0191 m2. Pada evaporator didapatkan dimensi berupa total panjang tabung yaitu 30,474 m, total jumlah tabung yaitu 40 tabung, dan luas total perpindahan panas pada evaporator sebesar 10,2531m2.

Abstract

Education for Special Needs Children (SNC), particularly those on the autism spectrum, requires unique and tailored teaching methods due to significant differences in their learning processes compared to typical children. The use of appropriate teaching tools and media is essential to help children with autism better understand learning materials, including Chemistry lessons in inclusive schools. One promising approach is the development of learning tools based on computer vision technology. This technology can assist SNC students and teachers in teaching chemical concepts through three-dimensional objects, making the teaching and learning process more effective and engaging. This research aims to integrate real objects with virtual elements in Chemistry learning environments at inclusive schools using augmented reality (AR) and image-tracking technology. The learning process will occur in real-time, enabling students with special needs to interact more intensively with the subject matter. The long-term goal of this research is to evaluate the positive impact of AR on improving SNC students' learning outcomes in Chemistry. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the application of AR technology in Chemistry education at inclusive schools, enhancing inclusivity and effectiveness in the learning process.

Abstract

Dalam era perkembangan teknologi yang cepat dan globalisasi yang semakin luas, pendidikan di tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) menghadapi tantangan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence atau AI) telah muncul sebagai sebuah alat potensial yang dapat merevolusi metode pembelajaran dan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Namun, untuk berhasil menerapkan AI dalam kurikulum SD, para pendidik memerlukan pemahaman dan pelatihan yang memadai. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan latar belakang dan implementasi pelatihan penerapan AI dalam konteks pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Daarul Hijrah Al-Amin, Samarinda. Melibatkan para guru sebagai peserta utama, pelatihan ini berfokus pada memperkenalkan konsep dasar AI dan memberikan panduan praktis tentang cara mengintegrasikan teknologi ini ke dalam metode pembelajaran yang sudah ada. Harapannya, pelatihan ini akan membantu para pendidik dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang adaptif, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu siswa, dengan demikian, mendorong perkembangan keterampilan dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam. Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi signifikan dalam pembaruan pendekatan pembelajaran di tingkat SD dan menciptakan dasar yang kokoh untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dalam menghadapi tuntutan zaman modern yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan dengan membantu meringankan biaya studi bagi siswa yang kurang mampu. SMA Tunas Bangsa Bontang merupakan sekolah swasta di Bontang, Kalimantan Timur yang menyediakan beasiswa bagi siswa, namun proses seleksi beasiswa yang dilakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan keluhan dari siswa yang tidak puas dengan hasilnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam proses seleksi beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat memudahkan proses seleksi beasiswa dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi serta mempermudah Admin dalam mengelola data siswa. Melalui hasil pengujian metode, sistem pendukung keputusan yang diterapkan dalam studi ini telah berhasil menghasilkan keputusan yang sama dengan metode manual, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan yang diterapkan telah dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam proses penerimaan beasiswa kurang mampu di SMA Tunas Bangsa Bontang. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses seleksi beasiswa dan memberikan hasil yang lebih transparan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang diterapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan siswa terhadap proses seleksi beasiswa dan memberikan dukungan yang lebih baik dalam membantu siswa yang kurang mampu untuk mendapatkan pendidikan yang lebih baik.
