Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all juniorhigh school teachers in the sub-district of Lamaknen, East Nusa Tenggara, totaling 75 people. The sample in this study used the total sampling method, meaning that the total population was 75 people. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested and have met the validity and reliability tests. Analysis of the data used include: descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and partial correlation analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, conclusions are drawn: (1) There is a positive andsignificant influence of the Principal's leadership, teacher competence and teacher motivation to teach together on the quality of learning in junior high schools in the Lamaknen district, East Nusa Tenggara. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the Principal's leadership on the quality of learning in junior high schools in the Lamaknen district, East Nusa Tenggara. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of teacher competence on the quality of the learning process in junior high schools in Lamaknen sub-district, East Nusa Tenggara. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of the teaching motivation of teachers on the quality of learning in junior high schools in Lamaknen District, East Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of parental attention, learning media, and teacher performance individually on the achievements of learning Entrepreneurship students of SMK Negeri Kebumen Year 2020-2021, and to know the influence of parental attention, learning media, and teacher performance together on the achievements of entrepreneurial learning students of SMK Kebumen Year 2020-2021. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar and SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen. The research time is November 2020 to January 2021. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach with a population of 643 students. The sample was determined by 25% or as many as 160 students taken by cluster random sampling method. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, prerequisite test analysis of data analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that the variables of entrepreneurial learning achievement were influenced by parental attention variables by 27.3%, learning media variables by 24.8%, teacher performance variables by 18.1%, and from the three variables together by 70.2% so that there are still 29.8% other factors that can affect the achievement of entrepreneurial learning but were not studied in this study. Therefore, it is expected that in further research can be found other factors that can influence the achievement of learning entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study, (1) describe the characteristics of teacher discipline in learning administration at SMA Negeri 2 Purworejo. (2) describe the characteristics of teacher discipline in learning at SMA Negeri 2 Purworejo. (3) describe the characteristics of teacher discipline in the evaluation of learning at SMA Negeri 2 Purworejo. The results showed that, (1) the characteristics of teacher disciplinary violations in SMA Negeri 2 Purworejo. The types of disciplinary violations that are mostly done by teachers are minor disciplinary violations, with punishments in the form of verbal warnings, written warnings, and written statements of dissatisfaction. The type of minor disciplinary violation does not rule out the possibility of turning into a moderate type of disciplinary violation. For disciplinary violations in the severe category, there were no teachers who committed serious disciplinary violations. For serious disciplinary violations, if the violator commits a criminal act that has received a permanent judge's decision, the sanction is in the form of dismissal from office. (2) the characteristics of teacher discipline enforcement at SMA Negeri 2 Purworejo. Efforts made by schools to prevent violations committed by teachers are to carry out socialization of laws and regulations concerning the implementation of civil servant discipline or teachers, provide regular and continuous guidance to teachers, and carry out supervision. To prevent disciplinary violations from occurring again, the school provides strict sanctions to disciplinary violators in accordance with the disciplinary violations committed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran geguritan, mendeskripsikan manajemen kelas dan tanggapan guru Bahasa Jawa dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, mendeskripsikan teknik guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa baik akademik maupun non akademik dalam bidang Bahasa Jawa, serta mengetahui upaya guru dalam mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 tingkat SMP di SMP Negeri 1 Mlati Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan observasinon partisipan, wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan gabungan ketiganya. Penentuan informan sebagai sumber data dilakukan secara purposive. Subyek penelitian terdiri atas sumber primer yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum, Pengawas Manajerial, Guru bahasa Jawa, Komite Sekolah, Siswa, dan Orang tua wali murid,sedang sumber sekunder berupa informasi yang relevan dengan judul penelitian. Analisis data meliputi proses reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi data yaitu dengan verifikasi data yang telah diperoleh melalui beberapa sumber.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasiKurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran geguritan, telah berjalan dengan baik ini terbukti dari hasil observasi penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) mencapai 90,63%dengan predikat amat baik. Hasil observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran rata-rata empat kelas mencapai 90,28% dengan predikat amat baik. Jumlah ketuntasan belajar nilai pengetahuan adalah 99,22%, ketuntasan nilai keterampilan 100%, penilaian sikap dari 4 kelas paralel menunjukkan 3 siswa memiliki nilai sikap kurang baik sehingga memerlukan pendampingan dan pembinaan secara intensif. Teknik guru untuk meningkatkan prestasi yaitu meluangkan waktu membimbing dan melatih peserta didik, meregenerasi peserta didik yang akan diikutkan lomba, bekerja sama dengan komite sekolah, membentuk panitia atau TIM kecil lomba, memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk mendapatkan pengalaman seluas-luasnya. Upaya guru dalam mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dengan berusaha memperluas pengetahuan melalui berbagai sumber.Kata Kunci: implementasi, Kurikulum 2013, pembelajaran geguritan, siswa SMP

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan: 1) implementasi Ing ngarsa sung tuladha dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 2) implementasi Ing madya mangun karsa dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 3) implementasi Tut wuri handayani dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 4) manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 5) faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 6) efektifitas pembelajaran praktik. Penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi: LKP Fennyke  Yogyakarta. Sumber data: lapangan. Subjek: instruktur. Teknik pengumpulan data:wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data: deskriptif kualitatif, keabsahan data: triangulasi.Hasil penelitian: instruktur LKP Fennyke  telah mengimplementasikan: 1) Ing ngarsa sung tuladha dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 2) Ing madya mangun karsa dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 3) Tut wuri handayani dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 4) manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 5) faktor mendukung dan menghambat manajemen pembelajaran, 6) efektifitas pembelajaran praktik telah terlaksana dengan baik. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara, manajemen  pembelajaran praktik

Abstract

 The research aims to instill Nationalist values through learning various local cultures of the local tribes in the Semarang Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach, and took the subject of primary school research at SD Solafide, Semarang Regency, by taking the school as a role model for inculcating the values of Nationalism through learning local culture. From the results of the study, it can be explained that the cultivation of nationalist values through learning local culture in elementary schools, especially Solafide Elementary School, is still not optimal and uneven. Most of the school teachers have not been conditioned to introduce the various cultures that are owned by the local tribes. This is evidenced that most elementary school students at SD Solafide are not familiar with the diverse local cultures. Elementary school students better understand and memorize dances of western, Indian, Korean and so on than local arts; then students are more familiar with various types of foreign food, more familiar with western culture than local local culture.

Abstract

Abstract. Management is a process of utilizing human resources through collaboration with other people to achieve certain goals effectively and efficiently which is carried out through planning, planning, organizing, replacing, and controlling actions. During the pandemic, school management must continue to run smoothly. The pandemic has had a major impact on various sectors, one of which is education. The Indonesian government made a policy as an effort to prevent Covid by giving an appeal to the public to always maintain physical distance, avoid all forms of activity in the form of crowds and always maintain cleanliness. Educators must ensure that teaching and learning activities must continue, even though students are at home. Educators are required to design learning media and are expected to have the skills and ability to think creatively and innovatively to collaborate with students during the learning process by utilizing internet technology. There are many choices of media that can be used by teachers during online learning. The applications that are available from free to applications that have to spend a lot of money, one of which is e-Learning using the Google Forms application. Google Forms is part of the Google platform that allows someone to create surveys, questions and answers with online form features that can be made according to their needs. Thus teachers and students can still carry out activities at home to keep communicating and learning. By using internet learning media Google Forms teaching and learning activities for teachers and students must run smoothly because the Google Forms application was chosen as a learning medium and used in history learning because teachers have attended workshops on the use of Google Forms media in learning. The use of these media is also more widely used by teachers than other applications, because of the ease in the process of making and using it. So if there are technical problems with the use, you can ask other teachers who are more familiar with the use of Google Forms.

Abstract

The background of this research is: 1) The teacher's low ability to choose and determine the learning model, the model applied is still traditional, teacher-oriented, and has not provided direct experience to students. 2) Teacher competence in applying the Discovery Learning model in learning is still low. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the steps of IHT in increasing teacher competence to apply the Discovery Learning learning model. 2) To find out the increase in teacher competence in applying the Discovery learning learning model through IHT. This study used the Kemmis and Targat model school action research design. The instruments or tools in this study used the instrument for examining the application of the Discovery Learning Model in lesson plans and the instrument for applying the Discovery Learning Model in learning which was used to assess teacher performance. There are two data obtained in this school action research: first, in the form of qualitative data in the form of a description of the implementation of the Discovery Learning Model in the lesson plans. Second, in the form of quantitative data in the form of values/numbers that describe the performance of teacher competence in the application of the Discovery learning model in learning through IHT. Based on the results of the research above, it illustrates that IHT can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Discovery Learning Model in learning. As for the data in the initial conditions, the average value was 1.90 in the "enough" category. After the action was taken, the average value increased. The details are as follows: The average value of the first cycle averaged 2.35 or 78.33% then in the second cycle the average value was 2.97 or 99.16% the achievement was in the "Very good" category while the increase reached 0.62 or 20.83 % this shows that the IHT program can improve teachers' ability to apply the Discovery Learning Model.

Abstract

This research journal aims to determine: the effect of work experience, achievement motivation and supervision of the principal on the performance of SMPN 2 Ungaran teachers in 2022. Specifically, this study aims to analyze (1) The effect of work experience on the performance of SMPN 2 Ungaran teachers in 2022. (2) The effect of achievement motivation on the performance of SMPN 2 Ungaran teachers in 2022. (3) The effect of the Principal's supervision on the performance of SMPN 2 Ungaran teachers in 2022. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all 156 teachers at SMPN 2 Ungaran. Data collection technique with a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence together of work experience, achievement motivation and principal supervision on the performance of junior high school teachers in Ungaran. This means that the longer teaching, increased motivation for achievement and frequent principals, the better the teacher's performance. Vice versa, if there is little work experience, low achievement motivation, and rarely supervised by the Principal, then the performance produced by the teacher is also low. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between work experience on teacher performance. (3) There is a positive and very significant effect of achievement motivation on teacher performance. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the Principal's supervision on teacher performance. Of the three independent variables, the dominant influence on teacher performance is the work experience aspect.

Abstract

Improving Activeness and Learning Outcomes of Applicable Norms in Social Life toRealize Justice through the Make A Match Type Cooperative Method for Class VIIB students ofSMP Negeri 1 Dukun in the 2021/2022 academic year. The purpose of this study was todetermine whether there was an increase in PPKn activity and learning outcomes for classVIIB students of SMP Negeri 1 Dukun in the 2021/2022 academic year by using the Make AMatch type of learning method. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Dukun in theacademic year 2021/2022 with the subjects of the study being class VIIB students consisting of14 male students and 14 female students. The method used in this classroom action researchconsists of two cycles. In the first cycle, learning was carried out using the Make A Matchcooperative method in large groups, each group consisting of 7 students, while in the secondcycle using the Make A Match cooperative method in small groups, each group consisting of 4students.Each cycle consists of four stages of research, namely planning, implementingactions, observing and reflecting. Comparative descriptive is done by comparing the data inthe initial conditions, cycle I, and cycle II, both on learning activity and learning outcomes.The results of the study show that: First, the use of the Make A Match type cooperative methodcan increase the learning activity of Cooperation Civics in various fields for class VIIBstudents of SMP Negeri 1 Dukun in the 2021/2022 academic year. It is proven that thepercentage of students in active learning increased from the initial condition of 54% to 83% inthe first cycle and to 93% in the second cycle or in the final condition, an increase of 39% fromthe initial condition. Second: the use of the Make A Match type of cooperative method canimprove Civics learning outcomes on Cooperation materials in various fields in class VIIB ofSMP Negeri 1 Dukun in the 2021/2022 academic year. It is proven that the percentage ofstudent learning completeness increased from the initial condition of 46% to 79% in the firstcycle and to 84% in the second cycle or an increase of 38% from the initial condition.
