Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran geguritan, mendeskripsikan manajemen kelas dan tanggapan guru Bahasa Jawa dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, mendeskripsikan teknik guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa baik akademik maupun non akademik dalam bidang Bahasa Jawa, serta mengetahui upaya guru dalam mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 tingkat SMP di SMP Negeri 1 Mlati Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan observasinon partisipan, wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan gabungan ketiganya. Penentuan informan sebagai sumber data dilakukan secara purposive. Subyek penelitian terdiri atas sumber primer yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum, Pengawas Manajerial, Guru bahasa Jawa, Komite Sekolah, Siswa, dan Orang tua wali murid,sedang sumber sekunder berupa informasi yang relevan dengan judul penelitian. Analisis data meliputi proses reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi data yaitu dengan verifikasi data yang telah diperoleh melalui beberapa sumber.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasiKurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran geguritan, telah berjalan dengan baik ini terbukti dari hasil observasi penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) mencapai 90,63%dengan predikat amat baik. Hasil observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran rata-rata empat kelas mencapai 90,28% dengan predikat amat baik. Jumlah ketuntasan belajar nilai pengetahuan adalah 99,22%, ketuntasan nilai keterampilan 100%, penilaian sikap dari 4 kelas paralel menunjukkan 3 siswa memiliki nilai sikap kurang baik sehingga memerlukan pendampingan dan pembinaan secara intensif. Teknik guru untuk meningkatkan prestasi yaitu meluangkan waktu membimbing dan melatih peserta didik, meregenerasi peserta didik yang akan diikutkan lomba, bekerja sama dengan komite sekolah, membentuk panitia atau TIM kecil lomba, memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk mendapatkan pengalaman seluas-luasnya. Upaya guru dalam mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dengan berusaha memperluas pengetahuan melalui berbagai sumber.Kata Kunci: implementasi, Kurikulum 2013, pembelajaran geguritan, siswa SMP

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan: 1) implementasi Ing ngarsa sung tuladha dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 2) implementasi Ing madya mangun karsa dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 3) implementasi Tut wuri handayani dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 4) manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 5) faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 6) efektifitas pembelajaran praktik. Penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi: LKP Fennyke  Yogyakarta. Sumber data: lapangan. Subjek: instruktur. Teknik pengumpulan data:wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data: deskriptif kualitatif, keabsahan data: triangulasi.Hasil penelitian: instruktur LKP Fennyke  telah mengimplementasikan: 1) Ing ngarsa sung tuladha dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 2) Ing madya mangun karsa dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 3) Tut wuri handayani dalam manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 4) manajemen pembelajaran praktik, 5) faktor mendukung dan menghambat manajemen pembelajaran, 6) efektifitas pembelajaran praktik telah terlaksana dengan baik. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan Ki Hajar Dewantara, manajemen  pembelajaran praktik

Abstract

Abstract. Management is a process of utilizing human resources through collaboration with other people to achieve certain goals effectively and efficiently which is carried out through planning, planning, organizing, replacing, and controlling actions. During the pandemic, school management must continue to run smoothly. The pandemic has had a major impact on various sectors, one of which is education. The Indonesian government made a policy as an effort to prevent Covid by giving an appeal to the public to always maintain physical distance, avoid all forms of activity in the form of crowds and always maintain cleanliness. Educators must ensure that teaching and learning activities must continue, even though students are at home. Educators are required to design learning media and are expected to have the skills and ability to think creatively and innovatively to collaborate with students during the learning process by utilizing internet technology. There are many choices of media that can be used by teachers during online learning. The applications that are available from free to applications that have to spend a lot of money, one of which is e-Learning using the Google Forms application. Google Forms is part of the Google platform that allows someone to create surveys, questions and answers with online form features that can be made according to their needs. Thus teachers and students can still carry out activities at home to keep communicating and learning. By using internet learning media Google Forms teaching and learning activities for teachers and students must run smoothly because the Google Forms application was chosen as a learning medium and used in history learning because teachers have attended workshops on the use of Google Forms media in learning. The use of these media is also more widely used by teachers than other applications, because of the ease in the process of making and using it. So if there are technical problems with the use, you can ask other teachers who are more familiar with the use of Google Forms.

Abstract

The background of this research is: 1) The teacher's low ability to choose and determine the learning model, the model applied is still traditional, teacher-oriented, and has not provided direct experience to students. 2) Teacher competence in applying the Discovery Learning model in learning is still low. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the steps of IHT in increasing teacher competence to apply the Discovery Learning learning model. 2) To find out the increase in teacher competence in applying the Discovery learning learning model through IHT. This study used the Kemmis and Targat model school action research design. The instruments or tools in this study used the instrument for examining the application of the Discovery Learning Model in lesson plans and the instrument for applying the Discovery Learning Model in learning which was used to assess teacher performance. There are two data obtained in this school action research: first, in the form of qualitative data in the form of a description of the implementation of the Discovery Learning Model in the lesson plans. Second, in the form of quantitative data in the form of values/numbers that describe the performance of teacher competence in the application of the Discovery learning model in learning through IHT. Based on the results of the research above, it illustrates that IHT can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Discovery Learning Model in learning. As for the data in the initial conditions, the average value was 1.90 in the "enough" category. After the action was taken, the average value increased. The details are as follows: The average value of the first cycle averaged 2.35 or 78.33% then in the second cycle the average value was 2.97 or 99.16% the achievement was in the "Very good" category while the increase reached 0.62 or 20.83 % this shows that the IHT program can improve teachers' ability to apply the Discovery Learning Model.

Abstract

Tujuan - Inovasi enterpreneur telah menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam industri kreatif dan bisnis. Salah satu peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan adalah pembuatan es kul kul menggunakan beragam buah-buahan. Konsep ini muncul sebagai respons terhadap peningkatan permintaan akan produk unik dan kreatif dalam industri buah-buahan. Dalam penelitian ini, kami mengidentifikasi potensi pasar yang signifikan untuk es krim dari buah- buahan, terutama di kalangan penggemar buah-buahan. Metode - Kami mengumpulkan data melalui survei target pasar yang tertarik pada produk inovatif. Kami mempelajari proses produksi es kul kul. Kami mengembangkan es kul kul yang menarik, serta mencari cara untuk memastikan kualitas produk yang baik dan tahan lama. Hasil - Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan tingginya minat konsumen terhadap es kul kul pada buah-buahan beragam. Peluang bisnis ini memungkinkan para pengusaha untuk memasuki pasar yang menjanjikan dengan memanfaatkan bahan yang mudah didapatkan dan biaya produksi yang relatif rendah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how sustainable professional development is implemented at SMAN 1 Pabelan, find out the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence sustainable professional development, find out what the Principal has done as a supervisor in supporting continuous professional development for teachers, find out the results of the role The principal has acted as a supervisor for teachers in implementing CPD. The type of research is qualitative. The research subjects were the principal and 20 teachers. Using triangulation of data sources, through interviews, observation and documentation, the data analysis technique that will be used is interactive model analysis. The results of the research were that the principal carried out several stages, namely planning supervision, implementing supervision, and evaluating supervision. The supervision approaches used are direct and indirect approaches. The supervision techniques used are class visits, individual conferences, teacher/staff council meetings, inter-school visits, inter-class visits, meetings in working groups\MGMP, and seminars. Supervision results increase teacher professionalism in pedagogical competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence.

Abstract

This study aims to develop guidelines through analysis of skills education management for children with disabilities through the Ticket to Life (TTL) program at SLBN 2 Bantul. These guidelines/guidelines are restricted to scout teachers/coaches. Education of scouting technical skills of students with Skills need to be possessed by children with disabilities as part of children/adolescents at the age of students in general so that they are independent, confident, resilient, empowered, able to support themselves and/or others so as to achieve quality life, progress, develop, dignity, prosperity born inside. These achievements need a forum for training activities. The Asia Pacific Region (APR) Ticket to Life (TTL) program cares deeply about disadvantaged (vulnerable) children/adolescents such as disabilities, by providing skills education and elevating their dignity. Disability is one cluster that has not been addressed by Ticket To Life in the world. According to his disability, the development of motor skills of scouting techniques was chosen. The purpose of this study is to develop guidelines through the analysis of skills education management for children with disabilities through the Ticket to Life (TTL) program at SLBN 2 Bantul. These guidelines/guidelines are restricted to scout teachers/coaches. Research and Development design with development design according to Sugiyono (2009), with test subjects are principals, teachers/scout assistants/coaches, students, and the Ticket to Life team.  Data collection and analysis techniques with observation, interviews, documentation, and SWOT. The results showed that the development of these guidelines was able to make scouting skills education for children with disabilities through the Ticket to Life program at SLBN 2 Bantul effective and successful with indicators of independence, confidence, social sense and high solidarity, happy to be able to complete tasks, according to the objectives of the Ticket to Life program namely the emergence of Self Worth (gaining recognition as a human being / valued), obtaining Education (education), building Self Esteem (self-confidence), Team Spirit (spirit of togetherness), and Personal Development (self-development into responsible adults. This guide/guideline is expected to be applied to other scouting technique materials so that students master the scouting technique.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of a Literacy Leadership Model Based on Ki Hadjar Dewantara's Leadership Trilogy at Taman Siswa College. Objectives: This study aimed to construct a structural model of literacy leadership grounded in Ki Hadjar Dewantara's leadership trilogy at Sekolah Taman Siswa. The research employed a quantitative methodology via a survey technique. Methods: The research was carried out from April to September 2024. The study was conducted at Sekolah Tamansiswa institutions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The participants in this study included the principal, vice principal, and teachers of Tamansiswa school in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling method employed was purposive sampling, with 116 respondents. The data gathering method employed a questionnaire, succeeded by quantitative descriptive analysis and model analysis utilizing the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Findings: The analysis results demonstrated that the Ki Hajar Dewantara leadership variable significantly and positively influences Literacy Leadership. Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership elucidated literacy leadership by 64.7%. Ing ngarsa sung tuladha, as articulated by Ki Hajar Dewantara, underscores the significance of educators as exemplars, aligning with the notion of literacy leaders who are required to inspire and motivate others through tangible deeds. Ing madya mangun karsa constitutes a significant component of the Ki Hajar Dewantara Leadership Trilogy. Ing madya mangun karsa contributes to fostering an environment that promotes and sustains literacy growth. Literacy leaders must cultivate a literacy culture that empowers and fosters active engagement. Tut wuri handayani underscores the function of leaders as facilitators and motivators who offer assistance and guidance from a supportive position. Conclusion: The Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership is proven to have a significant and positive influence on Literacy Leadership. The leadership approach based on Ki Hajar Dewantara's values directly contributes to improving the quality of literacy leadership. A literacy leader must be attuned to individual needs and offer suitable support to maximally enhance reading abilities. Keywords: literacy model, educational leadership, leadership trilogy, ki hadjar dewantara, taman siswa school.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) know the planning of field work practices 2) organize field work practices 3) implement field work practices 4) evaluate field work practices at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Ponjong. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation study. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis including data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study: (1) planning of field work practices at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Ponjong has been carried out well, such as in the activity planning stages, namely mapping KD taught in industry, mapping industry to determining industry, compiling field work practice programs, providing administration, conducting socialization and provision (2) organizing field work practices has been carried out well, namely the formation of field work practice working groups, the determination of supervisors, the placement of students in the industry. (3) the implementation has been carried out well including the stage of releasing students from field work practices, submitting students to field work practices, implementation, monitoring by the supervisor and submitting the results of activities 4) Evaluation has been carried out well including the stage of the student assessment process, analyzing student reports , and analysis of input from supervisors in the industry to determine student and industry satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Industrial Class Effectiveness, Teacher Professionalism and Work Interests together on Work Readiness of State Vocational School Students in Kebumen Regency, and to determine the effect of Industrial Class Effectiveness, Teacher Professionals and Work Interests individually on Work Readiness. Students of State Vocational Schools in Kebumen Regency. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Kebumen, SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, and SMK Negeri 1 Ambal. The research period was November 2020 to January 2021. This research used a correlational quantitative approach with a population of 108 students. The sample was determined as many as 85 students who were taken using the cluster random sampling method. The data analysis included descriptive analysis, data analysis prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the work readiness variable is influenced by the industrial class effectiveness variable by 30.7%, the professional teacher variable by 16% and the work interest variable by 35.8% and of the three variables together is 82.5% so that there are 17.5% other factors that can affect job readiness but not examined in this study. Therefore, it is hoped that in further research, other factors can be found that can affect student work readiness.
