Abstract

The West Java People's Struggle Monument has an important role in preserving and disseminating information about the history of the struggle of the Indonesian people. In the digital era, the importance of an adequate digital presence to introduce and manage this information becomes increasingly apparent. This research aims to analyse and design a web-based responsive museum portal application at the West Java People's Struggle Monument using Flexbox and Grid responsive layout techniques in museum portal design. The existence of this website is expected to improve information management, as well as provide an optimal user experience through responsive and efficient user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. Therefore, this research focuses on fulfilling the digital needs of museums in overcoming information management challenges, so that this website can become an adequate and user-friendly marketing medium for introducing cultural and historical heritage to the public.

Abstract

Using the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM) approach, the research investigates the readiness and acceptance of the SINGMANFAAT application among users working for the West Java Provincial Forestry Service. Optimism and insecurity were discovered to have a substantial influence regarding perceived utility and simplicity of use, according to the findings of the research that involved 88 employees. The only thing that was affected by innovativeness was the convenience of use; pain was not altered. According to the findings of the survey, enhancing user comfort and bolstering faith in data security are two of the most important factors in ensuring successful adoption of technology. The findings can serve as a reference for the implementation of information systems that are based on technology in government entities.

Abstract

Pornography is a severe problem in Indonesia, apart from drugs. This can be seen based on data from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics in 2021 which found 1.1 million pornographic content online. The increasing number of access to pornographic content sites on the internet can prove this. Several studies have been conducted to produce preventive formulas. However, this research flow has not been effective in solving the problem. This is because the results of the identification value in the output image obtained are not quite right. This study proposes a procedure for identifying pornographic content in digital images as an alternative approach for the early stages of a destructive content access prevention system. The formulation uses the YCbCr color space to analyze human skin on image objects that represent exposed body parts and the classification process with the Neuro Fuzzy approach. The performance of this formula was tested on 100 digital images of random categories of human objects (usually covered, skimpy, and naked) taken from the internet. The test results are at a relatively good level of accuracy, with a weight of 70% for the entire test data.

Abstract

Efficient information technology management has become a primary necessity for hospitals. One emerging solution is Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), which integrates computing, storage, and networking into a single platform. This study aims to assess the readiness of hospitals in the Bandung Raya region to adopt HCI, using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0 and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the analytical framework. TRI 2.0 encompasses four psychological dimensions: optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. TAM is employed to evaluate perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the technology. The research method is quantitative, utilizing a questionnaire survey distributed to IT personnel and hospital management. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that optimism and innovativeness positively influence technology perception, while discomfort and insecurity act as psychological barriers. Positive perceptions of ease of use and usefulness further enhance readiness for HCI implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the usability and user satisfaction of the EdLink application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. SUS is a usability assessment tool consisting of 10 items—five positive and five negative—scored and converted into a total score from 0 to 100. The results are interpreted using the Grade Scale, Adjective Rating, Acceptability Ranges, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to provide a comprehensive view of user perceptions. The EdLink application received a SUS score of 74.7, categorized as Grade B and rated “Good,” indicating that it is fairly easy to use and meets essential digital learning needs. It falls under the “Acceptable” range, although some limitations remain, such as the lack of automatic notifications, limited access to academic transcripts, and no academic data download feature. Most users were classified as “Passive” in the NPS, suggesting general satisfaction but limited enthusiasm to recommend the app
