Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam mengevaluasi kinerja pengurus di DPD PPNI Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode SAW digunakan untuk memberikan bobot pada setiap kriteria evaluasi dan menghasilkan peringkat kinerja untuk setiap pengurus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan tinjauan pustaka, pengumpulan data, analisis data, serta pembahasan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas penilaian kinerja pengurus di organisasi.

Abstract

To improve the standard of education, this Journal discusses the creation of a professional ethics training program for teachers. Teachers must have a strong understanding of professional ethics to provide a supportive and professional learning environment in this increasingly complex era of education. This study involved educators from various levels of education and used a qualitative approach using a case study method. According to the study's findings, professional ethics training helped teachers become more connected to their students while increasing their knowledge of their professional responsibilities. The curriculum consisted of a number of interactive courses that addressed the professional, social, and moral elements of teaching. The evaluation revealed that participants' attitudes and actions changed significantly, which improved the quality of teaching. The results of the study confirm the value of professional ethics education as a tactic to improve the standard of education in Indonesia. It is hoped that the findings of this study will serve as a guide for creating similar initiatives in other academic settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of CGV Kota Probolinggo audiences by involving the variables of promotion, price, and service quality. The research method used is quantitative research with a causal approach aimed at testing the cause-and-effect relationship between the variables studied. The research process involved descriptive analysis and inferential testing (data quality testing, research model testing, and hypothesis testing), using 108 respondents with AMOS software. The results of the study indicate that effective promotion, competitive pricing, and excellent service quality significantly increase the satisfaction of CGV cinema audiences in Probolinggo City. Targeted promotions increase public awareness of CGV and the films being shown, appropriate prices add value to the viewing experience, and quality service—from staff friendliness to comfortable facilities—meets audience expectations. Thus, with effective promotion, the awareness of the people of Probolinggo City regarding the presence of CGV and the films currently being screened can be increased.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance neighborhood security through training on the installation and implementation of CCTV systems at Perumahan Asri Pratama, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi. The program was carried out as a form of support for residents’ efforts to create a safer and more comfortable environment. The implementation methods included initial coordination with community leaders and residents, the delivery of theoretical materials on the basic concepts of surveillance systems, and hands-on practice in installing CCTV devices. Participants were guided to understand the installation flow, device configuration, and monitoring procedures. Evaluation results indicate that 85% of participants were able to comprehend the concepts of CCTV installation and operation. In addition, three CCTV units were successfully installed at strategically selected points within the neighborhood. This activity demonstrates that the utilization of simple surveillance technology can serve as an effective and applicable solution for improving residential security. The program is expected to be sustainable through continuous community-based management.
