Abstract

Technology Service Post (Posyantek) is one of the Indonesian government's strategic programs which aims to empower the community through the application of appropriate technology (TTG). Posyantek functions as a center for information, consultation and technology training that can be accessed by the community at the village and sub-district levels. This program is designed to support local economic development, increase productivity, and strengthen community competitiveness through technological solutions that suit local needs. The establishment of Posyantek was based on the need to bridge the technology gap between rural and urban areas. The method for writing this literature review is library study, where the author obtains information from textbooks, articles, modules or the internet. Examining theories and relationships or influences between variables from online books and journals sourced from Mendeley, Google Scholar and other online media. Technology Service Posts (Posyantek) are still very relevant to be established and maintained at this time, especially with the challenges and opportunities faced by society in the digital era and increasingly developing technology.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to find strategies and ways to improve the performance of administrators at Posyantek DKI Jakarta through an analysis of the magnitude of the direct influence of self-efficacy on work motivation, the direct influence of work motivation on administrator performance and the indirect influence of self-efficacy on administrator performance through work motivation as an intervening variable Methodology/approach – The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 258 and the sample used was 158 Posyantek administrators. While the data analysis method of testing research instruments uses validity tests, reliability tests. Data analysis techniques consist of descriptive analysis of respondent characteristics and SEM PLS analysis. Findings – The results of this study indicate thatself-efficacy variables have a positive effect on motivation variables or it can be said that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the motivation, conversely the lower the self-efficacy, the lower the motivation, the motivation variables have a positive effect on performance variables or it can be said that the higher the motivation, the higher the performance, conversely the lower the motivation, the lower the performance and self-efficacy has a significant effect on performance mediated by motivation.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja manajemen sumber daya manusia melalui inovasi dalam pengembangan karier anggota muda Paguyuban Perantau Argapuri di Jakarta. Inovasi dalam pengembangan karier menjadi penting di era digital yang penuh dengan perubahan, di mana karyawan perlu meningkatkan keterampilan untuk tetap kompetitif. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dirancang untuk membantu anggota paguyuban menjadi mandiri secara ekonomi dan sosial. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dan pemahaman anggota dalam manajemen karier dan usaha kecil, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif jangka panjang bagi pertumbuhan dan kesejahteraan komunitas.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan berwirausaha pada anak-anak dan pengelola Rumah Yatim dan Duafa Al-Amien di Tangerang Selatan melalui pelatihan e-commerce. Program ini bertujuan membantu peserta mengembangkan kemampuan pemasaran digital sebagai salah satu strategi penting dalam menghadapi tantangan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di era digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), dan pendampingan langsung dalam penerapan ilmu yang diajarkan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta tentang pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan usaha kecil, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung kemandirian ekonomi dan sosial mereka. Pelatihan ini juga memperkuat jiwa kewirausahaan di kalangan peserta dengan pendekatan yang praktis dan berkelanjutan. Program ini berhasil dilaksanakan berkat dukungan antusias dari para peserta meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala terkait waktu yang terbatas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menguji Pelatihan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Persona Prima Utama. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, dan tehnik analisis data dengan uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji thitung dan uji Fhitung.  Pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Persona Prima Utama dengan pengujian hipotesis (H1) telah membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan perhitungan regresi di peroleh hasil Y= 1,083 + 0,104X1 yang menunjukan bahwa pada saat Pelatihan (X1) bernilai nol, maka Kinerja karyawan (Y) akan bernilai 1,083. Sedangkan nilai b yaitu sebesar 0,104 menunjukan bahwa ketika terjadi kenaikan Pelatihan sebesar satu satuan, maka Kinerja karyawan akan meningkat sebesar 0,104 satuan. Melalui hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan maka diperoleh nilai thitung 0,970 < ttabel 1,673 dan tingkat t < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Karena thitung nilainya positif tapi lebih kecil dari ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial Pelatihan (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Persona Prima Utama.

Abstract

One of the goals of Higher Education Tridharma besides Education and Research is Community Service (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat). This is regulated in Articles 20 and 24 of the Law. No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System which states that there is autonomy by Universities, Scientific Research and Community Service. In the implementation we want to develop Appropriate Technology Services (Pelayanan Teknologi Tepat Guna) so that the utilization of PTTG can be accepted by the community by providing guidance, training, mentoring that ultimately the results created are effective and can compete in industry 4.0. Therefore, the management of existing human resources of Posyantek employees is needed to improve competence so that the utilization of Appropriate Technology (TTG) can be understood properly and knowledge of competition in industry 4.0 can be answered effectively and efficiently. We hope that this community service will benefit us all, especially to the young generation of the nation's hopes.
