Abstract

Kegiatan Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu dari penerapan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dalam pelaksanaannya memberikan kontribusi positif kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan PKM ini mengambil judul “Pentingnya Pengelolaan MSDM Yang Unggul Untuk Memajukan Usaha” . Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah workshop atau pelatihan tentang pentingnya pengelolaan MSDM untuk para pelaku usaha. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berjalan dengan sangat lancar dan seluruh peserta yang hadir dipastikan mendapatkan pemahaman materi dengan cukup baik. Pada akhir sesi pelatihan peserta diberikan juga praktek sederhana guna menunjang kemampuan implementasi pengelolaan MSDM yang unggul.  Sebagai penyempurnaan dan memastikan kemampuan peserta dalam menerapkan materi secara maksimal, akan dilakukan tahapan evaluasi secara berkala dari tim dosen dan praktisi pengajar PKM.

Abstract

Perdagangan dengan melalui media Elektronik adalah aktivitas penyebaran,penjualan, pembelian, pemasaran produk (barang dan jasa), dengan memanfaatkan jaringaninternet. Adapun tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untukmenanamkan pemahaman bagaimana manajemen pemasaran yang efektif bagi usaha kecildan mikro; mengetahui peran usaha kecil dan mikro dalam pemasaran online sertamenanamkan pemahaman bagaimana pemasaran berbasis online efektif melalui disiplin ilmuyang benar di Rumah Yatim, Al-Amiin Ciater, Kota Tangerang Selatan.Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PKM digunakan beberapa meode pelatihan, yaitu:1) Metode Ceramah/Presentasi. Metode ceramah/presentasi dipilih untuk memberikanpenjelasan tentang: a. Memberikan pengetahuan terkait pemasaran online. b. Presentasimengenai materi e-commerce; 2) Metode Tanya Jawab. Metode tanya jawab sangatpenting bagi para peserta pelatihan. Metode ini memungkinkan menggali pengetahuansebanyak-banyaknya tentang pengelolaan pemasaran online; 3) Sharing Session Tentangmengoptimalkan pemasaran melalui online. Sharing session ini diberikan kepada parapeserta pelatihan dalam memberikan masukan dan bimbingan untuk mempraktekan materiyang diperoleh. Harapannya, peserta pelatihan dapat menguasai materi pelatihan yangditerima dan dapat diaplikasikan dalam mengelola usahanya.Adapun hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah pengenalanmanajemen pemasaran berbasis online usaha mikro pada Kelurahan Rempoa. Dengan caramanajemen yang benar dalam pemasara online dengan media E-commerce dapatmeningkatkan keuntungan dengan memperhatikan produk yang akan dijualnya melaluimedia online.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pemasaran, E-commerce

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu dari penerapan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dalam pelaksanaannya memberikan kontribusi positif kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan PKM ini mengambil judul “ Bedah Buku Meningkatkan Kinerja Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Di Taman Bacaan Parigi Sawangan Depok“. Lokasi yang dipilih merupakan Taman Bacaan yang berlokasi di daerah Cinangka-Sawangan, Kota Depok. Dimana lokasi ini memiliki usaha kecil atau taman bacaan yang masih memerlukan sosialisasi pentingnya penerapan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Metode yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah Workshop atau Bedah Buku. Dimana sebelumnya dilakukan tahapan observasi langsung guna mengetahui permasalah yang muncul pada lokasi penelitian. Pelatihan ini digunakan untuk untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya pemahaman terhadap manajemen sumber daya manusia khususnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada usaha kecil atau taman bacaan perigi yang sudah dirintis, hal ini bertujuan agar Taman bacaan Perigi ini yang terdiri dari pengurus, dan anak - anak dapat memahami dan menerapkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dengan cukup baik. Hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ( PKM ) berjalan dengan sangat lancar dan seluruh peserta yang hadir dipastikan mendapatkan pemahaman materi dengan cukup baik. Pada akhir sesi pelatihan peserta diberikan juga praktek sederhana guna menunjang pemahaman nya terhadap penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Serta kemampuan implementasi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada usaha kecil yang sudah berjalan di Taman Bacaan Perigi di CinangkaSawangan. Sebagai penyempurnaan dan memastikan kemampuan peserta dalam menerapkan materi secara maksimal, akan dilakukan tahapan evaluasi secara berkala dari tim dosen dan praktisi pengajar PKM

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervision and discipline on employee performance at PT. Mitra Tera Accuracy addressed Graha Mas Fatmawati Blok A.35, Jl. RS. Fatmawati No.71 South Jakarta. The type of research used is by Quantitative method. The population in the study was 60 people. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, observations and literature studies. Data analysis techniques with descriptive methods using Likert scales. The tests used are validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear analysis, multiple linearly, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. Based on the Partial Test, the work supervision variable (X1) has a calculated value of 2.153 and a significant value of 0.036 and a table value of 2.0024. Because the calculated value of ttable (2.153>2.0024) and the significant value (0.036<0.05), it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work supervision variables on employee performance. Strengthened by the value of the coefficient of determination of R square (R2) 0.588, it means that work supervision has a contribution to employee performance. The calculated value of the work discipline variable (X2) is 5.887 is the significance value is 0.000 and the ttable value is 2.0024. because the calculated value of Ttable (5.887>2.002) and the significance value (0.000<0.05) it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline variables on employee performance. Strengthened by the value of the coefficient of determination of R square (R²) 0.723, it means that work discipline has a contribution to employee performance. Based on the results of the f (simultaneous) test, it can be seen that there is a calculation value of 82.618 and a significance value of 0.000. The value of Ftable at the celebration rate of 5% with DFL 2 and DF2 58, then obtained Ftable 3.156. because the fcalculate ftable (82.618>3.156) and significant value (0.000<0.05) so that it can be concluded that the independent variables namely Work Supervision (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Employee Performance Variable (Y). Strengthened by the value of the coefficient of determination of R square (R²) 0.744, it means that work supervision and work discipline have a contribution to employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and work discipline on employee performance at PT Alam Berdikari Mandiri. This type of research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The population in this study is 53 people. The sampling technique that will be used is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample type or often called a census, where the entire population is sampled as 53 employees. The analysis used includes: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test. The results of this research are based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this research are valid and reliable. The results of this research show that Competence (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Alam Berdikari Mandiri. It can be shown that the calculated t value is 4.383 > t table of 2.009 with a significance level < sig. 0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, Work Discipline (X2) has a partially positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Alam Berdikari Mandiri. It can be shown that the calculated t value is 4.710 > t table of 2.009 with a significance level < sig. 0.05 means that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, Competence (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT Alam Berdikari Mandiri which can be shown where the value of Fcount>Ftable or (54.485> 3.183) with a value level significance < sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) means that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Competence has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Alam Berdikari Mandiri which can be shown where tcount>ttable or (4.383 > 2.009) with a significance level of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) meaning that H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Work Discipline has a partially positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Alam Berdikari Mandiri which can be shown where tcount>ttable or (4.710 > 2.009) with a significance level of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) meaning that H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, with the regression equation obtained Y = 7.834 + 0.366 X1 + 0.456 X2 and the simultaneous contribution of influence was 68.5% while the remainder (100% - 68.5%) = 31.5% was influenced by other factors not included in the research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT Cipta Sama Abadi, Bogor Regency, to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Cipta Sama Abadi, Bogor Regency, and to determine the simultaneous influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Cipta Sama. eternal Bogor district. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula method. The population in this study was 112 populations. The sample used was 88 respondents using questionnaire data collection techniques. The nature of the research used is quantitative. The data analysis methods used include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple & multiple linear regression, correlation and determination coefficient testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the influence of motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, which can be seen from the results of the count = 2.530, while table = 1.987 (icount > table) with a significance level of 0.000<0.050, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, which can be seen with the results of the icount = 4.742. table = 1.987 (tcount > table) with a significance level of 0.005 < 0.050. Motivation and the work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, which can be seen from the calculated f test results = 2.200 while f table = 3.10 (t count > t table) with a significance level of 0.007 < 0.050. The multiple regression equation is Y = 39.504 + 0.084X1 + 0.113X2+ e. The coefficient of determination test was 14.9% and the remaining 85.1% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Directorate of Settlement Unit Development and the Center for Development Area Units of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique, totaling 90 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program ). The research results show that: (1) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated t value of 4.723 > t table 1.98761 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated t value of 2.430 > t table 1.98761 with a significance of 0.017 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and work motivation on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated f value of 22.255 > f table 3.10 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05..

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Work Motivation on Employee Performance Satisfaction in the Telesales Division of PT Eka Mas Republik BSD Tangerang Branch". This research aims to find out how much work motivation is experienced by employees of PT Eka Mas Republik Telesales Division. Using descriptive qualitative research methods, and the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. This research was conducted with 3 informants who worked at this place. So the researchers found that the work motivation experienced by employees of PT Eka Mas Republik Telesales Division tended to be negative towards employee performance satisfaction. So with this lack of work motivation, companies must evaluate the occurrence of low work motivation in employees. Employee performance satisfaction at PT Eka Mas Republik Telesales Division tends to be negative, this can happen because employee performance is not recognized or there is a lack of appreciation for employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Persada Hardana Revorma South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression of Y= 6.900 + 0.387 (X1) + 0.463 (X2), a correlation coefficient value of 0.786, a coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.786 (8.6%). Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.900 + 0.387X1 + 0.463X2. The coefficient of determination value is 61.8% while the remaining 38.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (46.132 > 2.770).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. To determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance. To determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Tangerang 1. This research method is quantitative and the nature of this research is associative. The population in this study were all baristas pointcoffee Tangerang 1 PT. Indomarco Prismatama 87 people. By using saturated sampling, a sample of 87 respondents was obtained. The results of the study showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 14.235> t-table 1.989 and the sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so the decision was taken H01 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. The work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t-count value of -0.448 <t-table 1.989 and the sig value of 0.655> 0.05 so H02 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted. Work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the Fcount value of 100.231> Ftable 3.10 and the sig value of 0.000 <0.05 so that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. The Adjusted R Square determination coefficient of 0.698 states that the work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) variables have a contribution of 69.8% to performance (Y) and the remaining 30.2% is influenced by other factors.
