Abstract

Minimnya kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap hukum serta demokrasi di kalangan generasi Z di Kabupaten Bone, Sulawesi Selatan, menjadi isu krusial yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan demokrasi pada generasi Z sebagai calon penerus kepemimpinan di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), penelitian ini tidak hanya berupaya menumbuhkan pemahaman akan nilai-nilai hukum dan demokrasi, tetapi juga membantu mengatasi berbagai hambatan dalam penginternalisasiannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) generasi Z mulai memahami pentingnya sistem hukum dan demokrasi di Indonesia; (2) mereka menunjukkan perilaku yang lebih taat hukum, menghormati hak asasi manusia, serta responsif terhadap pelanggaran yang terjadi di lingkungan sekitar maupun media sosial; dan (3) generasi Z mengembangkan sikap toleransi, menerima perbedaan, dan menghargai pilihan orang lain. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pembentukan karakter generasi muda yang sadar hukum dan demokrasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar; 2) untuk mengetahui faktor mana yang lebih dominan berpengaruh diantara pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri yang ada di Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar sebanyak 94 orang dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan analisa regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun secara parsial kompetensi yang terdiri atas pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar. Dari ketiga variabel bebas yang signifikan, ternyata variabel keterampilan yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar. Abstract

Education is all a learning experience that students get through with all environments and lifelong. To achieve the goals, National Education seeks to improve and update the education system in Indonesia, namely in the form of curriculum renewal, teacher arrangement, increases in education management, as well as the development of education facilities and infrastructure. By this renewal, it is expected to produce creative humans that are in accordance with the demands of the era, which in the end quality of education in Indonesia increased. The quality of education can be interpreted how far away goods and services can provide satisfaction to customers according to or exceed customer expectations. The quality factors referred to are human resources in MA Ar-Raihan Lattekko which includes principals, teachers and students, based on the above factors, the school development is very prioritizing increasing the quality of education teachers, namely increasing school teachers through academic and professional education, develops sustainablely in accordance with the vision and quality of the implementation program at the existing schools. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this research indicate that MA Ar-Raihan Lattekko has implemented the functions of Education and quality management in MA Ar-Raihan Lattekko has been good enough even though there is still a better increase in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to: analyze the managerial role of school principals in improving the quality of education in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects are principals and teachers.Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study explain that the principal as a manager has the role of creating an organizational structure and inviting parents of students to the school committee program and completing the necessary supras; designing programs by outlining the needs of educators and teaching staff who carry out their duties, designing the curriculum that is implemented; supervising the output, teaching and learning process, and students from admission to completion; show a good and calm example at work, provide motivation and appreciation to its personnel both in terms of motile and material, involve educators and educators in training and education and motivate senior teachers to have the spirit of life long education;The obstacles faced are the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the teaching and learning process, there are still undisciplined educators and teaching staff, and the lack of communication between the principal and several educators and teaching staff. A good managerial principal will produce a good quality of education as well which of course will affect learning outcomes and school achievement. The results of this study indicate that a program is still needed to improve the quality of education, whether related to learning or not.

Abstract

School marketing has become a critical strategy for educational institutions seeking to remain competitive and sustainable, especially in rural and underenrolled schools. This study explores the marketing strategies implemented by SD Inpres 12/79 Walenreng 2, a public elementary school in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, to attract new student enrollment. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis with key school stakeholders, including the principal and homeroom teachers. The findings reveal that the school applies direct socialization strategies, including door-to-door outreach to prospective students' families, as well as basic promotional efforts highlighting the school's mission and character education values. Despite limitations in infrastructure, these efforts demonstrate moderate success in generating interest among prospective students and their families. The study also identifies intrinsic factors (such as curiosity and interest) and extrinsic factors (such as peer influence and parental decisions) that affect student enrollment interest. This research emphasizes the importance of proactive, context-sensitive marketing approaches in educational institutions operating in resource-constrained settings. The findings contribute to a broader understanding of educational marketing in developing country contexts and offer practical insights for school leaders aiming to enhance student recruitment efforts.
