Abstract

Nowadays business competition cannot be avoided, whether in the form of products or services, so the business always has its strategy to win. In this condition, service is the most important factor that must be built and provided to customers. Therefore, service must be quality. With quality service, customers will also be satisfied and then they will not leave the company. Quality service is characterized by the number of consumers who are satisfied with the service. PT. TIKI Pakis Surabaya Branch is the object of research because service quality is very important. Theoretically, there are five dimensions of service quality such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy which can influence customer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to analyze primary and secondary data. With a probability level of ≥ 0.10, it was found that the assurance dimension can build unidimensionality of service quality, while the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy dimensions cannot. Therefore, it can be concluded that quality assurance is the dominant factor that causes customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, masalah kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship) merupakan faktor penting dalam perekonomian suatu bangsa yang sedang membangun usahanya. Kemajaun dan kemunduran suatu bangsa sangat ditentukan oleh keberadaan dan peran dari kelompok wirausahawan. Jika bangsa tidak memiliki modal manusia sebagai entrepreneur, sangat sulit diharapkan adanya sebuah kemajuan. Dimana kewirausahaan merupakan kemampuan kreatif dan inovatif yang dijadikan dasar pengembangan suatu usaha, seseorang yang berhasil dalam berwirausaha adalah orang yang dapat menggabungkan nilai-nilai, sifat-sifat utama dan perilaku dengan bekal pengetahuan, pengalaman, sikap dan keterampilan praktis. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan kewirausahaan Banksasuci Kota Tangerang baik pada sistem pengelolaannya seperti pada manajemen dan organisir dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dan mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan kewirausahaan pengusaha Banksasuci Kota Tangerang dalam sikap kepemimpinan dan kepribadiannya. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti mendapat hasil bahwa Leadership skill, kepribadian, managerial skill dan organizational skill di Banksasuci sudah mampu mengkoordirnir setiap pelaksanaan kegiatan kerja dengan maksimal, memberikan contoh teladan yang baik, memiliki strategi program kerja yang baik dalam pengembangan usahanya dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik antar divisi. Kata kunci :Kemampuan Kewirausahaan, Leadership skill, Kepribadian, Managerial skill, Organizational skills Abstract Many problems find entrepreneurship as one of important factor in every country, beside their effort to build the economic sitation. The progress and regress of a country is determined as the existence and the role of entrepreneur group activity. Human resource plays an impontant role, which comparable to the progress of the its developing. When a country does’not havr a proper human resource as an entrepreneur, it finds hard to reac the goal. Entrepreneur can have creative and inovative. Ability, which is the basis for developing a bussiness. Futhemore, a person who succsessful in entrepreneurship is a person who can integrate some values, including main traits, and the behavior with the provosion of knwoledge, experience, attitude, and the practical skills. The aim of this study is to see whether Tangerang’s management system good or not. Likewise, to see how the entreprenerial ability of Banksasuci’s entrepreneur, leadership, and personality. This presert study designed with qualitative research using case study. This type of research is descriptive using observation, interviews, documentation. Moreover, the finding shows that leadership, personality, managerial skills, and organizational skills at Banksasuci were able to coordinate in whole work activity, provide a good role entrepreneur, have a good developing entrepreneur strateggy, and have a good communication on each division. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implications of the implementation of police investigative authority in the criminal justice system and to determine the obstacles that occur as well as coercive efforts made in investigations and prosecutions by authorized institutions so that they can be controlled through the system pretrials. This research discusses the implications and authority of police investigators in the criminal justice system and the role of pre-trial as one of the legal measures for the protection and rights of suspects in examinations at the investigative level, as well as what factors can create obstacles to the protection of suspects' rights. Pre-trial arrangements are regulated in Article 77 of the Criminal Procedure Code, namely examining the validity or not of coercive efforts to arrest and detain as well as checking whether or not the termination of investigation or prosecution, compensation, and rehabilitation is valid. The method used is normative empirical, which is the addition of data or empirical elements from field studies to obtain data by holding questions and answers with police institutions. The result of this study is to find out about the implications of investigator authority in criminal justice and the reasons for pretrial efforts made by suspects rejected or granted by the local district court. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna menganalisa implikasi terhadap pelaksanaan kewenangan penyidik kepolisian dalam sistem peradilan pidana dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang terjadi serta upaya paksa yang dilakukan dalam penyidikan maupun penuntutan oleh lembaga yang berwenang, sehingga dapat dikontrol melalui sistem praperadilan. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana implikasi serta kewenangan penyidik kepolisian dalam sistem peradilan pidana dan bagaimana peranan praperadilan sebagai salah satu upaya hukum terhadap perlindungan dan hak-hak tersangka dalam pemeriksaan pada tingkat penyidikan, serta faktor apa sajakah yang dapat menjadikan hambatan tentang perlindungan hak-hak tersangka. Pengaturan praperadilan diatur dalam pasal 77 KUHAP yaitu memeriksa sah atau tidaknya upaya paksa pada penangkapan dan penahanan serta memeriksa sah atau tidaknya penghentian penyidikan atau penghentian penuntutan, ganti rugi dan rehabilitasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah normatif empiris , studi lapangan untuk memperoleh data-data dengan mengadakan tanya jawab dengan institusi kepolisian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengetahui implikasi kewenangan penyidik dalam peradilan pidana dan sebab upaya praperadilan yang dilakukan oleh tersangka ditolak atau dikabulkan oleh pengadilan negeri setempat.

Abstract

Dimasa pandemi covid yang saat ini bisa dikatakan masa new normal, yang seluruh masyarakat sudah mendapatkan vaksin 2, yang bukan berarti kehidupan ini berjalan dengan normal, di harapkan dengan kondisi seperti ini kita bisa cepat menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan. Walaupun di masa pandemic pelayanan publik harus tetap berjalan dengan baik, pelayan public sangat terkait dengan budaya internal organisasi. Birokarasi pemerintah di masa new normal secara umumu kurang dalam mendukung upaya peningkatan pelayan publik. Apabila semangat kerja pegawai mulai menurun maka akan mengakibatkan gagalnya tujuan yang hendak dicapai, sebaliknya dengan adanya semangat kerja yang tinggi, maka tujuan tersebut dapat tercapai dengan baik. Kondisi yang terjadi di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bandarlampung adalah adanya kendala semangat kerja yang menurun. Sehingga pegawai Dinas Pendapatan daerah Kota Bandarlampung dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan tidak optimal. Tidak optimalnya kinerja pegawai negeri tersebut dapat dilihat dari tidak tercapainya target pekerjaan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi materil dan non materil pegawai terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana menggunakan uji t. Hasil analisis kuantatif menunjukkan secara motivasi materil dan non materil (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai (Y). Kesimpulan ini diperoleh secara parsial diketahui motivasi materil dan non materil (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bandar Lampung. Hal ini diperlihatkan dari nilai thitung variabel motivasi kerja (X1) = 8,707dan thitung yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,697.

Abstract

Kompleksitas kondisi pegawai di lingkungan Pemerintah Pesawaran, Dinas Pariwisata Pesawaran dalam melaksanakan tugas diharapkan peningkatan profesionalitas kerja dan komitmen kuat dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik. Faktor penting yang akan memperbaiki pelayanan administrasi adalah menciptakan culture yang baik sehingga menjadi faktor pendukung terciptanya pelayanan prima. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis efek culture dan motivasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan rekomendasi izin pembentukan desa wisata di lingkungan Dinas Pariwisata Pesawaran, sehingga terciptanya peningkatan perekonomian pedesaan serta terbentuknya badan badan usaha milik desa (BUMDES). Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang relevan dengan regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang prima dalam merekomendasikan izin pembentukan desa wisata dapat meningkatkan perekonomian pedesaan secara signifikan.

Abstract

Information on flower-visiting insects, especially pollinators of the pulasan plant (Nephelium ramboutan-ake), a species that tends to cross-pollinate, is essential for increasing fruit production. Unfortunately, there is minimal information on flower-visiting insects associated with pulasan. This research aimed to study the diversity and abundance of visiting insects on pulasan in the Mekarsari Fruit Garden, Bogor. Observations of insects were conducted using the fixed sample method, with samples taken every 20 minutes through direct observation from 06:00 am to 02:00 pm during the flowering period. Results showed that 24 insect species, belonging to 24 genera across six orders, visited the pulasan, with the order Diptera being the most dominant among the visiting insects. The potential insect species as pollinators of pulasan were Lathyrophthalmus sp. and Amata huebneri. Knowledge about flower-visiting insects plays an important role in the conservation of insects—especially pollinators—as well as the pulasan plant, a local species.

Abstract

Judicial ethics as articulated in the Code of Ethics and Guidelines for Judges’ Conduct (KEPPH) is a fundamental instrument designed to safeguard the independence, integrity, and objectivity of the judiciary in Indonesia, particularly amid disparities in judicial decisions and the exposure of ethical violations by some judges, which highlight the urgency of strengthening ethical instruments as the moral safeguard of the courts. This study aims to analyze the legal status of KEPPH within the national legal system and its relevance to the principle of justice as the ultimate objective of law. Methodologically, it adopts a normative juridical approach based on library research by examining legislation, KEPPH, relevant judicial decisions, as well as positive law literature and pertinent references on Islamic legal ethics. The analysis is conducted using a normative qualitative method to map the ratio legis and scope of regulation, test the consistency of implementation, and assess the effectiveness of ethical oversight mechanisms. The findings indicate that KEPPH is not merely a technical code but a manifestation of the values of justice, honesty, impartiality, and accountability that must permeate every stage of the adjudication process, and therefore needs to be reinforced through the standardization of principle interpretation, the enhancement of judges’ ethical capacity through continuous training, and the optimization of discipline enforcement based on transparency and public participation. These measures are expected to enable KEPPH to function as a form of living ethics that promotes consistency in judgments, reduces opportunities for misconduct, and restores public trust in the judiciary as the guardian of constitutional justice. Theoretically, this study sharpens the conceptual understanding of the relationship between codes of ethics and judicial authority, while practically it provides an evaluative framework for the Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung) and the Judicial Commission (Komisi Yudisial) in formulating more implementable guidelines. The policy implications include integrating ethical performance indicators into promotion, rotation, and professional development processes, as well as utilizing easily accessible technology for reporting violations, thereby underscoring the urgency of sustained public accountability.
