Abstract

Worker activities are very important for the company's productivity, especially for large-scale industrial sectors such as PT. Pabrik Kertas Indonesia, Mojokerto. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of heavy equipment pool leaders on employee safety simultaneously and partially with the theory of superior communication in organizational communication. This quantitative research uses statistical testing of two variables namely independent variable (X) and dependent variable (Y). the independent variable used by researchers is leadership communication (X), while the dependent variable is employee safety (Y). This research is in the Heavy Equipment Pool (HEP) section of PT. Pakerin in the Bangun, Pungging Mojokerto. This study used 50 respondents to answer the questionnaire given. The results of the questionnaire were then processed using simple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 16.0 program. The results showed that there is an influence of leadership communication in the socialization of OHS program on employee safety at HEP of PT. Pakerin is positive and significant with R of 0.285 which belongs to the weak category. The amount of influence or determination value (R square) is indicated at 8.1%. From the results of the F test and T Test can be concluded that H1 can be accepted with the meaning of communication leadership has an influence in the socialization of the OHS program on the safety of employees in the Heavy Equipment Pool section of PT. Pakerin Mojokerto.

Abstract

This study entitled "CONSUMER PERCEPTION OF WARDAH COSMETIC PRODUCTS" at the residents of RT 03 RW 01 Singopadu Village. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of Wardah cosmetic products. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive research method. Data analysis in this study was carried out by analyzing according to Miles and Huberman, namely reducing data, presenting data and withdrawing verification. The results showed that the residents of RT 03 RW 01 Singopadu Village had a good perception of Wardah's cosmetic products. With the existence of halal certification, it strengthens the perception of individuals, especially Muslims. Not only from the halal certification, but because of the suitability of the skin type. Wardah's product quality is recognized as good because it is made from safe ingredients that have been tested by BPOM. Residents of RT 03 RW 01 Singopadu Village give positive perceptions of Wardah cosmetic products. But it comes back to individuals if they fit they will buy it. In accordance with Kotler's theory (2005) states that consumers have a perception of Wardah's products and are ready to make purchases or exchange between money and a promise to pay with the ownership rights of an item.

Abstract

This qualitative study delves into the communication styles of broadcasters and listeners within the Lontong Balap RRI Surabaya program, aiming to fill gaps in understanding communication dynamics in local radio contexts. Data collection involved non-participant observation and interviews, with purposive sampling selecting informants from both broadcaster and listener demographics. Findings reveal a predominant equalitarian communication style, fostering direct interactions and natural engagement between broadcasters and listeners. The program serves to revive local culture while providing information and entertainment, showcasing the significance of relatable language and direct engagement in enhancing audience participation and program effectiveness within local radio broadcasts.
