Abstract

Choosing a career is not an easy thing for a teenager to go through. Several factors, including the influence of the family environment and culture, influence a person's career orientation. Cultural differences between ethnic groups can result in a different orientation to individual careers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative type and a sampling technique using purposive sampling with a questionnaire data source. Based on the survey results from various aspects, it can be seen that students from the Banjar and Javanese tribes are superior in career planning to the other three factors. The information aspect of the world of work is the element with the lowest score, and there is little difference between Banjarese students and Javanese students. From this study, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the average career orientation of students in the Banjar and Javanese.

Abstract

This research is an evaluation of the Indonesian roots program using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model which focuses on evaluating bullying behavior carried out by students in previous years, and victims of bullying at school. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive. The data obtained from the results of implementing the questionnaire is quantitative data. The results of the study showed that 5 students (36%) had never bullied at school in the previous year's bullying behavior at school. Meanwhile, 9 students (64%) had carried out bullying with a relatively low frequency. Victims of bullying in the previous year reached 64% consisting of 4 male students and 5 female students. The recommendations of this research are: 1) schools should be proactive by creating programs for teaching social skills, problem solving, conflict management and character education. 2) Teachers should monitor changes in students' attitudes and behavior inside and outside the classroom; and there needs to be harmonious cooperation between guidance and counseling teachers, subject teachers, as well as school staff and employees. 3) Parents should collaborate with the school to achieve maximum educational goals without bullying between students at school.

Abstract

Schools with Environmental Insight and Disaster Mitigation (SWALIBA) are part of educational institutions that are committed to and systematically integrating environmental values, and disaster preparedness attitudes into all aspects of school activities. The SWALIBA process involves three stages, namely development, progress, and service, which reflect the condition and readiness of the school to run this program. SDN Tatah Alayung is currently in the preparation stage to become a SWALIBA school, which requires physical and non-physical preparation. An assessment of the physical aspects of the school has been carried out to evaluate the readiness to implement SWALIBA at SDN Tatah Alayung, and the results will be presented in scientific articles and activity reports. The approach methods in the Community Partnership Program include counseling, discussion, training, simulation, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation of activities. Program evaluation shows that the level of student understanding at SDN Tatah Alayung is 96.79%, categorized as good. However, in terms of mitigation, training, simulation, and outreach regarding disasters in swamp areas, improvement still needs to be done because students' understanding is still below 50%. The analysis results were obtained from 53 respondents from class IV, V, and VI students. The technology that was successfully implemented involved changing attitudes and habits through outreach activities, discussions, training and simulations, as well as creating an attractive SWALIBA pocketbook for elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of 4B values ​​(Baiman, Bauntung, Batuah, and Baadab) to class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin before group guidance with the rainbow wheel game was carried out, after the service was carried out, and to analyze the effectiveness of group guidance services with the rainbow wheel game. for the application of 4B values ​​(Baiman, Bauntung, Batuah, and Baadab). The research method used is an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. A sample of 8 students was divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the group treatment. The data collection instrument used the 4B implementation scale and the Rainbow Wheel game scale. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis used the T-count formula. The results of the analysis showed that T-hi>T-tab was 3.92 > 1.94 which means The Rainbow Wheel game in group guidance services is effective for the application of 4B values ​​(Baiman, Bauntung, Batuah, and Baadab) to students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterampilan social dan kontrol diri dengan penerimaan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Alat pengumpulan data berupa angket tertutup dengan model skala Likert, melalui Google Forms, dan metode pengambilan sampelnya adalah random sampling. Jumlah populasi 513 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 225 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, korelasi product moment dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara X1, X2 dan Y yang menunjukkan bahwa Sig. F Change < 0,05. Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara keterampilan sosial dan kontrol diri dengan penerimaan teman sebaya. Artinya semakin tinggi keterampilan sosial dan kontrol diri maka semakin tinggi pula penerimaan teman sebaya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pergeseran kehidupan dapat mengurangi kepedulian sosial yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya arus modernitas yang kian mekanis sehingga relasi yang berbasis ketulusan semakin tidak bisa dirasakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas modul Kupas Inti Persaudaraan Antar Sesama (KIPAS) dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan nilai karakter peduli sosial siswa pada kelas XI SMA Negeri 6 Banjarmasin. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method dengan jenis penelitian pengembangan model Borg & Gall. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert dan teknik penarikan sample dengan cara purposive sampling. Sample yang diperoleh berjumlah enam orang siswa kelas XI. Data di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis ICC dan Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah modul KIPAS dapat meningkatkan nilai karakter peduli sosial, dilihat dari adanya perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dengan signifikan asymp sig (2 tailed) = 0,028 < 0,05 menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Data tersebut sejalan dengan Uji Modul yang menggunakan ICC, dimana Modul KIPAS berguna, layak, dan tepat digunakan untuk meningkatkan nilai karakter peduli sosial peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Negeri 6 Banjarmasin.Abstract: Shifts in life can reduce social awareness caused by various factors, including the current of modernity which is increasingly mechanical so that relationships based on sincerity can no longer be felt. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of the Peel Core Brotherhood (KIPAS) that can be used to increase the value of the social care character of students in class XI SMA Negeri 6 Banjarmasin. The research uses a Mix Method with the type of research being the development of the Borg & Gall model. The data collection tool used a Likert and the purposive sampling. The samples obtained were six students of class XI.analysis techniques ICC and Wilcoxon. The results obtained are that the KIPAS can increase the value of social care characters, seen from the differences before and after being given treatment with a significant asymp sig (2 tailed) = 0.028 < 0.05 using the Wilcoxon. The data is in line with the Module Test that uses the ICC, where KIPAS is useful, appropriate, and appropriate to use to increase the value of the social care character of class XI students at SMA Negeri 6 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The low character of hard work by some eighth grade students at Junior high school 10 Banjarmasin affects students by studying at school, many students do not collect the assignments given by the teacher on the specified collection time limit, do not look for alternative solutions to problems when they are faced with obstacles in completing tasks, for example by cheating. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the KIPAS model of counseling services using Self Management techniques in improving the hard work character of eighth grade students of Junior high school 10 Banjarmasin. The researcher conducted a quantitative study using the experimental method, namely the quasi-experimental design in the form of the non-equivalent pretest-posttest group design. This research was conducted at Junior high school Banjarmasin1. The researcher used a questionnaire with inclusion criteria and purposive sampling technique with a total of 6 students as respondents. The results of this study show that there are differences in the level of hard work characters before and after the provision of counseling services using the KIPAS model using the Self Management technique. Therefore, the KIPAS model of counseling service using the Self Management technique is effective in improving the hard working character of class VIII students at Junior high school 10 Banjarmasin.
