Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran aktivitas konselor dan siswa serta peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Banjarbaru. Sampel dalam penelitian diambil 4 orang siswa dari jumlah keseluruhan siswa yang berjumlah 34 orang pada kelas VII A. Alasan peneliti memilih hanya 4 orang karena dalam hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan konselor sekolah diketahui bahwa pada kelas VII A terdapat 4 orang siswa yang mengalami komunikasi interpersonalnya rendah dengan teman-teman di kelasnya sendiri ataupun di kelas lainnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis dengan teknik triangulasi, member check, audit trail dan expert opinion dengan digambung dengan metode analisis statistik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa adanya peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa yang menunjukan komunikasi interpersonalnya rendah. Peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal siswa adalah sebagai berikut: pada tahap awal pengambilan data siswa dari skor 36 meningkat menjadi 44 disiklus I, dan peningkatan disiklus II dari skor 44 meningkat menjadi 56. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa latihan asertif efektif untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa.

Abstract

Choosing a career is not an easy thing for a teenager to go through. Several factors, including the influence of the family environment and culture, influence a person's career orientation. Cultural differences between ethnic groups can result in a different orientation to individual careers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative type and a sampling technique using purposive sampling with a questionnaire data source. Based on the survey results from various aspects, it can be seen that students from the Banjar and Javanese tribes are superior in career planning to the other three factors. The information aspect of the world of work is the element with the lowest score, and there is little difference between Banjarese students and Javanese students. From this study, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the average career orientation of students in the Banjar and Javanese.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs at this time, students tend to spend their time on entertainment matters only compared to academic matters, this is a problem for students who like to delay doing school work. Academic procrastination may continue to increase each year, therefore this study aims to determine the picture of self-regulation, peer conformity, and academic procrastination, as well as to determine the contribution between self regulation and peer-to-peer conformity to academic procrastination using quantitative approaches with this type of contribution research. The data collection tool used a series and the sampling technique was simple random sampling. So there are 98 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin as the research sample. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that grade VIII students had moderate academic self-regulation and procrastination, while peer conformity was in the high category. Then the results of the study stated that there was a contribution between self-regulation and peer conformity to academic procrastination with a value of sig 0.000 <0.05. In other words, students who have moderate self-regulation and high peer conformity in students will tend to do academic procrastination.

Abstract

In this research, nata de corn has been made from the young corn extract by Acetobacter xylinum. This research aims to make nata de corn with the variation of fermentation days and analyze the quality of nata de corn have been done. Fermentation days have been varied to look for the optimum conditions to obtain maximum quality. The variation of fermentation days was 11, 12, 13, and 14 days. Mass of young corn as substrate was 150 g/L solution. Then, Substrate was fermented using Acetobacter xylinum. The result of fermentation proses was called nata de corn. The nata de corn has been analyzed to obtain maximum % yield, water, and fibre content. The maximum % yield, water and fibre content were 46.82%, 93.13%, and 1.3%. This values in according to the standard quality of nata INS No.01-4317-1996.

Abstract

Experienced limitations in visual function and low vision This results in limitations in the level and diversity of visual experience. Information is obtained comprehensively through the sense of sight, therefore vision is hampered by students' low vision creating a need for learning in students' low vision in terms of educational accessibility. One of the efforts is to provide learning media that adapts to children's needs and vision. This research will develop learning mediaSCARLIGHT(Stand Which. equipped with a camera, magnifier, and lights that will be connected to a PC (Personal Computer) so that it can make it easier for teachers to teach children with low vision. The method used in this research is research and Development with ADDIE type (Analysis, design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research location is SLB A Negeri 3 Martapura. Data collection techniques using tests, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were 6 students with low vision. Results of research into the development of SCARLIGHT Media (Stand Camera Magnifier Light) which is a shaped Stand Camera whose height can be measured according to the student's reading distance requirements vision, and the camera can be adjusted for magnification and focus and is equipped with a light that can be adjusted from dim to bright. The response results from 6 low vision students using SCARLIGHT Media stated that it helped them see objects, helped them read, see colors, and helped them display information or images in their entirety (graphs, tables, maps).

Abstract

Permasalahan yang didapat pada penelitian ini ialah rendahnya kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak dalam menceritakan kembali apa yang didengar dengan kosakata lebih. Hal ini diisebabkan karena anak mengalami kesulitan dalam memfokuskan perhatian untuk mendengarkan apa yang disampaikan oleh guru serta metode dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang bervariasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru, serta menganalisis aktivitas anak dan hasil perkembangan bahasa anak dalam menceritakan kembali apa yang didengar dengan kosa kata lebih menggunakan model time token dan metode bercerita dengan media digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilaksanakan tiga kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru pada pertemuan 3 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Aktivitas anak pada pertemuan 3 mendapat kategori seluruh anak aktif. Hasil perkembangan anak Pertemuan 3 mencapai 100% dengan kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan dan informasi untuk memilih model pembelajaran.

Abstract

Lingkungan sekolah memainkan peran fundamental dalam perkembangan siswa. Namun, fenomena bullying, baik secara langsung maupun melalui media digital (cyberbullying), masih kerap terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat bullying di dunia nyata dan cyberbullying di kalangan siswa kelas XI serta dampaknya. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode komparatif, data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan wawancara dari 70 siswa di SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 70% responden mengalami bullying secara langsung, sementara 64% mengalami cyberbullying. Meskipun cyberbullying merupakan ancaman serius, bullying di dunia nyata lebih umum dan berdampak lebih kuat terhadap kesejahteraan siswa. Analisis wawancara mengungkap bahwa bullying relasional memiliki dampak psikologis yang lebih merusak dibandingkan cyberbullying. Faktor anonimitas dan permanensi konten digital membuat cyberbullying sulit diatasi dan memberikan tekanan psikologis berkelanjutan. Guru dan siswa menekankan pentingnya pendidikan digital dan program anti-bullying yang komprehensif. Kesimpulannya, meskipun bullying di dunia nyata lebih umum, kedua jenis bullying memiliki dampak signifikan. Pendekatan holistik yang mencakup pendidikan digital, program anti-bullying, dan dukungan teman sebaya sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman dan mendukung bagi siswa. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk upaya pencegahan dan intervensi yang lebih efektif di sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterampilan social dan kontrol diri dengan penerimaan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Alat pengumpulan data berupa angket tertutup dengan model skala Likert, melalui Google Forms, dan metode pengambilan sampelnya adalah random sampling. Jumlah populasi 513 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 225 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, korelasi product moment dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara X1, X2 dan Y yang menunjukkan bahwa Sig. F Change < 0,05. Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara keterampilan sosial dan kontrol diri dengan penerimaan teman sebaya. Artinya semakin tinggi keterampilan sosial dan kontrol diri maka semakin tinggi pula penerimaan teman sebaya.

Abstract

Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) memerlukan work engagement dan psychological well-being untuk berfungsi optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keduanya pada 71 pengurus BEM FKIP ULM dengan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala psychological well-being dan skala work engagement. Hasil analisis menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05) dan koefisien korelasi 0,760, mengindikasikan hubungan kuat searah. Temuan ini berguna bagi layanan bimbingan konseling di kampus dalam merancang program manajemen stres dan peningkatan motivasi bagi pengurus organisasi.Abstract: The Student Executive Board (BEM) requires work engagement and psychological well-being to function optimally. This research aims to determine the relationship between the two in 71 BEM FKIP ULM administrators using quantitative methods and a correlational approach. Data collection was carried out through the psychological well-being scale and work engagement scale. The analysis results show a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.760, indicating a strong unidirectional relationship. These findings are useful for counseling services on campus in designing stress management programs and increasing motivation for organizational administrators.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces significant challenges related to three major issues known as the "three great sins of education," namely bullying, sexual violence, and intolerance. This article discusses the importance of sex education and sexual harassment prevention among students, particularly at the elementary school level. Through training with stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation in the form of a post-test questionnaire involving nine guidance and counselling teachers at SD IT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin, brainstorming methods and direct practice were applied to enhance understanding of sexual harassment and teachers' abilities to create digital-based service media, such as flipbooks. The training results showed an increase in participants' knowledge about sexual harassment issues and their ability to use flipbooks as a tool in counselling services. By utilizing technology, it is hoped that the younger generation can better understand and prevent sexual harassment actions, as well as create a safer and more supportive learning environment.
