This study discusses the implementation of an integrated curriculum at SMK Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang, which combines vocational education and Islamic religious education based on pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). The focus of this research is to identify the planning, implementation, evaluation, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of the integrated curriculum at this educational institution. Data were collected through interviews with relevant parties, observations, and document analysis of the curriculum. The findings show that the curriculum planning involves various stakeholders, including pesantren administrators and the business/industry sector, to ensure a curriculum that meets both industry needs and religious values. In its implementation, the school integrates more in-depth religious subjects and mandates students to stay at the pesantren dormitories. Evaluation is carried out through formative and summative approaches, including memorization exams as a requirement for graduation. Supporting factors such as foundation support and competent teaching staff greatly contribute to the success of the curriculum, although challenges related to students' diverse cultural backgrounds and the packed activity schedule are evident. This study provides insights into the integration of religious and vocational education and the challenges to be faced in its implementation within the pesantren environment. ABSTRAKpenelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan kurikulum terintegrasi di SMK Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang, yang menggabungkan aspek kejuruan dan pendidikan agama berbasis pesantren. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengelolaan kurikulum terintegrasi di lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan berbagai pihak terkait, observasi, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan kurikulum melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk pengurus pondok pesantren dan dunia usaha/industri, untuk memastikan kurikulum yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri dan nilai-nilai agama. Dalam pelaksanaannya, SMK ini mengintegrasikan mata pelajaran agama lebih mendalam, serta mewajibkan peserta didik untuk tinggal di asrama pesantren. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pendekatan formatif dan sumatif, termasuk ujian hafalan sebagai syarat kelulusan. Beberapa faktor pendukung seperti dukungan yayasan dan kompetensi tenaga pendidik memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap keberhasilan kurikulum, meskipun terdapat tantangan terkait perbedaan latar belakang budaya peserta didik dan padatnya jadwal kegiatan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai integrasi pendidikan agama dan kejuruan, serta tantangan yang perlu dihadapi dalam implementasinya di lingkungan pesantren.
