Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors of employee engagement in insurance companies. Design/methodology/approach- The population of the study amounted to 285 people with techniques to determine the number of samples using a purposive sampling technique of 109 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with the analysis method used Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Findings- Based on the analysis found that management style has a positive effect on employee engagement, remuneration, the opportunity for skill enhancement, and the work environment does not affect employee engagement. Limitation- The study has several limitations, namely the scope of the study is still small so the number of samples used is small, as a result, the results of this the study can not be generalized, and the number of independent variables used in this study is only 4 variables, while many factors affect employee engagement. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the announcement of warrant listing on the stock price movement on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used in this study is secondary data on companies that warrant listing from 2011 to 2018. The number of samples used is 10 with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is the study of events, by using ten windows before and after the warrant listing. To prove the hypothesis proposed by conducting a t-statistic test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that there were significant differences an abnormal returns and cumulative abnormal returns before and after the announcement date of the warrant listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and it could be indicated that the Indonesia Stock Exchange was called the semi-strong form efficiency.

Abstract

Increasing people's welfare and leaps at all levels of national progress are important goals in developing MSMEs in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Through comprehensive training programs carried out by the country, Vietnam's MSMEs are developing rapidly. With an understanding of digital technology and effective-efficient business practices. In the operational realm, product and service quality, expanding market reach through online platforms. The adoption of digital technology and entrepreneurship training also opens up new opportunities for Vietnamese MSMEs to collaborate with other business actors, both at home and abroad, through G to G to B to B. Thus, MSMEs in the two cities in Vietnam become more competitive, and contribute to increasingly sustainable inclusive economic growth. This research tries to explore the relationship between the adoption of digital technology and entrepreneurship training with the financial literacy and business management abilities of MSMEs from Vietnam, as well as their impact on the welfare of the people in these two cities, for adoption by Indonesia.
