Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to find out the urgency of implementing good faith principles in Product Sharing Contracts with Cost Recovery systems and Gross Split. This study is based on the results of the study of descriptive normative law. The type of data used is in the form of secondary data obtained by data collection techniques in the form of library studies, which are then analyzed by implementing systematic legal interpretation. Systematic means, classifies the written legal materials, to facilitate analysis and construction work. The results of this study show the urgency of implementing the good faith principle for Production Sharing Contracts, both with the Cost Recovery system and the Gross Split system, to create fair value which is a reflection of the principle of good faith in dividing the percentage of the contract value. the principle in the Production Sharing Contract both with the Cost Recovery and Gross Split systems can provide a large income for both parties and no party is disadvantaged in the Production Sharing Contract.Keywords: Production Sharing Contracts; Cost Recovery; Gross Split; Principle of Good Faith.AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi penerapan asas itikad baik dalam Kontrak Bagi Hasil (Product Sharing Contract) dengan sistem Cost Recovery dan Gross Split. Kajian ini didasarkan atas hasil kajian hukum normatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan melaksanakan penafsiran hukum secara sistematis. Sistematis berarti, membuat klasifikasi tehadap bahan-bahan hukum tertulis tersebut, untuk memudahkan kerja analisa dan konstruksi. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukan urgensi dari penerapan asas itikad baik terhadap Kontrak Bagi Hasil, baik dengan sistem Cost Recovery, maupun dengan sistem Gross Split yaitu untuk menciptakan nilai keadilan yang merupakan cerminan dari asas itikad baik dalam pembagian persentase dari nilai kontrak tersebut, sehingga dengan diterapkannya asas tersebut dalam Kontrak Bagi Hasil baik dengan sistem Cost Recovery maupun Gross Split dapat memberikan pemasukan yang besar bagi kedua belah pihak dan tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan dalam Kontrak Bagi Hasil.Kata Kunci: Kontrak Bagi Hasil; Cost Recovery; Gross Split; Asas Itikad Baik.

Abstract

Abstract

E-learning is a system carried out via electronic media, such as computers, tablets, or smartphones. E-learning platforms provide greater flexibility and accessibility for students to access learning materials anytime and anywhere. Based on the analysis conducted, 85.9% of students felt happy with e-learning, and 88.5% of students felt comfortable with e-learning-based learning because the features contained in e-learning helped students understand the material and were easy to use. This research expects to develop and test the validity and practicality of the PBL-based Edukati platform in increasing students' valid and practical understanding of concepts. This research is development research carried out using the ADDIE-type instructional design model. This research was completed only up to the development stage, namely at the validity and practicality stage. In view of the aftereffects of the validity test, the result was 3.30. Based on the results of the teacher's practicality test, the result was 3.88 and the students’ practicality was 3.43, so it tends to be expressed that e-learning with an issue-based learning instructive stage to prepare comprehension understudies might interpret ideas in impulse and momentum material is in the valid and very practical category. Based on the results of the validity and practicality that have been carried out, e-learning with an educational platform based on problem-based learning to train understanding of concepts is suitable for use.

Abstract

This study examines the connection between EFL students' speaking confidence, gender, and English competency. A speaking test and an English speaking confidence questionnaire were completed by 68 students (27 men and 41 females). Speaking confidence (p = 0.328) and gender (p = 0.379) had non-significant p-values, and regression analysis revealed that they only explained 2.6% of the variance in English proficiency (R2 = 0.026). Speaking confidence (t = 0.079, p = 0.937) and English proficiency (t = -0.877, p = 0.384) did not significantly differ between genders, according to t-tests. These results imply that other variables might have a greater impact on English proficiency. This study is important because it highlights the limited impact of gender and speaking confidence on EFL proficiency, prompting exploration of alternative factors and potentially more effective pedagogical approaches to enhance language acquisition.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively and learn independently is an important factor in student success in the learning process. One model that plays an important role in increasing creative thinking and independent learning is the project based learning (PjBL) model. This research aims to analyze the needs for project-based learning design to improve creative thinking abilities and learning independence. The research was conducted at a high school in Pekanbaru involving 76 students. Data collection methods use closed and open questionnaires. The research results show that project model learning is a model that many students are interested in. In the open-ended question, most students were interested in PjBL learning, which was 25 people. In the open-ended question, 64.5% agreed that the physics project helped them disseminate their understanding. Apart from that, students' creative thinking abilities and learning independence are not yet optimal, so it is necessary to design a learning model that is popular and can improve students' creative thinking abilities and learning independence.

Abstract

Digital literacy KKN activities in villages are an alternative choice offered by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics to tertiary institutions in order to accelerate development in villages and improve the quality of human resources in villages through digital use. The purpose of this service is to carry out digital literacy in the community as a support for the work program of the Ministry of Communication and Information with a minimum target of 500 literate people using the method of conducting seminars and door to door to residents directly. The results of the post test showed that the material was: Digitizing Culture and ICT, namely 94.00, from the Digital Citizenship material, it was 96.80 and from the material Getting to Know Digital Wallets, Marketplaces, and Transactions, it was 96.70.

Abstract

Beberapa klinik di Padang Lawas Utara masih belum memiliki Sistem Informasi Layanan Kesehatan yang optimal seperti dalam proses pemesanan yang masih menggunakan saranan media telepon dan whatsapp sehingga kurangnya informasi yang diharapkan. Kendala lainnya yakni sering terjadinya terlambatan pelayanan di karenakan tidak adanya penjadwalan pelayanan sehingga tidak dapat di layani dengan maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi pelayanan kesehatan berbasis web. Metode pengembangan sistem yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode prototype dengan mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MYSQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi pelayanan kesehatan KLINIKKITA dapat mempermudah pelayanan. Dengan adanya sistem ini maka dapat mempermudah pihak terkait dalam melakukan proses pelayanan yang sesuai prosedur. Sistem dapat melakukan pendaftaran pasien, pendaftaran poli, dan pembayaran, agar dapat mempermudah dalam pelayanan.

Abstract

Bahasa Inggris memegang peran krusial dalam konteks pendidikan modern, namun integrasi antara kosakata Bahasa Inggris dengan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pendidikan Islam seringkali menjadi tantangan. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan lirik lagu religi berbahasa Inggris sebagai strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa Inggris sekaligus mempertahankan nilai-nilai keislaman di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah pendampingan belajar dengan penekanan pada praktik, menggunakan platform interaktif Kahoot! Hasil pengabdian mengajar ini dilakukan di MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya menunjukkan peningkatan minat belajar dan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris, terutama yang terkait dengan nilai-nilai keislaman, serta meningkatnya keterampilan mendengar dan berbicara dalam Bahasa Inggris melalui musik. Pendekatan ini menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan interaktif, memotivasi peserta didik untuk lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Rapid development in the industry, driven by improvements technology, has complicated the challenges faced. Within sectors manufacturing, difficulties often arise in arranging the layout finished product warehouse. Based on observations at PT Sipatex, the arrangement of finished products in the warehouse is still not well organized, which results in inefficiency. The time required for picking up products in different areas of the warehouse takes longer, and This also makes it difficult for workers to inspect goods which will be sent to customers. The main challenge is currently facing PT Sipatex is a lack of internal organization product arrangement, which can slow down the delivery process and causing some aisles not to match the size of the equipment material handling, making it difficult for forklift operators in pick up finished products at the warehouse. This research aims to provide recommendations for improving product layout in the fabric warehouse so with a focus on reorganizing material handling in order to deal with buildup of finished fabric more effectively, so can reduce product buildup in warehouses. The method used in warehouse management is an approach shared storage, where products with delivery frequency the highest and the ones that move frequently are placed closer to the entrance to minimize handling movement distance material. This shared storage approach successfully reduces average material handling mileage per week of 380.5 meters to 292.7 meters per week

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of developing gross motor skills in early childhood as a foundation for physical health, learning readiness, and socio-emotional development, which in the current technological era faces the challenge of increasing screen use and decreasing physical activity. The study aims to describe the role of teachers in developing gross motor skills in early childhood in the era of technology and to identify the challenges and opportunities that arise in this process. A literature study method was employed by reviewing various scientific articles, national journals, and regulations related to early childhood development. The findings indicate that teachers have a strategic role as movement facilitators, designers of learning environments rich in physical stimulation, active behavior models for children, and ongoing observers of gross motor development. In the technological era, teachers are required to integrate technology wisely without reducing children’s need to move and engage in physical activities. However, the implementation of this role faces several challenges, including increased gadget use in children’s daily lives, limited parental support and understanding, insufficient facilities and infrastructure to support physical activities, and the lack of professional training for teachers. The study concludes that close collaboration among teachers, schools, and parents is key to ensuring that children’s gross motor stimulation develops optimally amid technological advancement, and emphasizes the need for policies and support programs oriented toward strengthening physical learning in PAUD institutions.
