Abstract

With the existence of e-Procurement as part of e-Government, it is expected to be able to realize the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement of goods and services at the Jayawijaya Regency UKPBJ Office. This system is expected to be able to help accelerate development in Jayawijaya Regency so that it does not lag far behind other regions. The aims of study is to evaluate the acceptance of the e-Procurement system by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) at the Jayawijaya Regency UKPBJ office. By using a descriptive qualitative purposive sampling, and snowballing sampling approach with 16 informants, the researcher used triangulation, member checking, the audit trail, and prolonged engagement in the field as a test of credibility. The study shows that the implementation of e-Procurement at the UKPBJ Office is in accordance with existing regulations even though it has not run optimally because of the five principles of procurement of goods and services used, namely efficient, effective, transparent, open, competitive, fair and accountable, only the principle of efficiency, transparent, open and accountable achieved

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose — The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an effect of the work ethic on the Performance of Employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Jayawijaya Regency.Design/methodology/approach — The researchers use quantitative research methods with associative to determine the effect of work ethic on employee performance at the Office of Culture and Tourism of Jayawijaya Regency. This research uses library research instruments, observation, documentation, and questionnaires with a Likert Scale.Findings — Results revealed a positive and significant influence between the assessment of Work Ethics and Employee Performance at the Office of Culture and Tourism of Jayawijaya Regency.Practical Implications — The success of an employee's performance can be determined if an agency has a work evaluation system. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of KUR is to increase access to finance for Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) to financial institutions with a guarantee scheme through the People's Business Credit (KUR). The KUR guarantee is provided in order to increase UMKM access to sources of financing in order to encourage national economic growth. Abstract

Background: Stroke is a cardiocerebrovascular disease that has broad economic and social impacts. One of the impacts of stroke patients is hemiparesis, so efforts are needed to increase muscle strength in stroke patients. Grasping a rubber ball and mirror therapy are alternatives that can be utilized by stroke patients. Purpose: To find specifically about rubber ball grasping therapy and mirror therapy to increase muscle strength in stroke patients Method: Literature review of national and international literature using google scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct databases Results: Thirty-two articles met the inclusion criteria. Twenty-four articles are case studies, 4 articles are quasi-experiments, 2 articles are pre-experiments, 2 articles are RCT. Rubber ball grasping therapy and mirror therapy can be used as effective stimulants to increase upper extremity muscle strength in stroke patients. Conclusion: This literature review provides evidence that rubber ball grasping therapy and mirror therapy can increase muscle strength in stroke patients. Suggestion: Nurses can provide interventions in the form of rubber ball grasping therapy and mirror therapy to stroke patients to increase upper extremity muscle strength.   Keywords: Grasping a Rubber Ball; Mirror Therapy; Muscle Strength; Stroke.   Pendahuluan: Stroke adalah penyakit kardioserebrovaskular yang memiliki dampak luas secara ekonomi dan sosial. Salah satu dampak dari pasien stroke adalah hemiparesis, maka perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot pada pasien stroke. Menggenggam bola karet dan terapi cermin merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pasien stroke. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui secara spesifik terapi menggenggam bola karet dan terapi cermin untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot pasien stroke. Metode: Literature review dari literatur nasional dan internasional menggunakan database Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Science Direct. Hasil: Sebanyak 32 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Sebanyak 24 artikel merupakan studi kasus, 4 artikel quasi eksperimen, 2 artikel pra-eksperimen, dan 2 artikel merupakan RCT. Terapi menggenggam bola karet dan terapi cermin dapat digunakan sebagai stimulant yang efektif meningkatkan kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas pada pasien stroke. Simpulan: Tinjauan literatur ini memberikan bukti bahwa, terapi menggenggam bola karet dan terapi cermin dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot pada pasien stroke. Saran: Perawat dapat memberikan intervensi berupa terapi menggenggam bola karet dan terapi cermin kepada pasien stroke untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas.   Kata Kunci: Kekuatan Otot; Menggenggam Bola Karet; Stroke; Terapi Cermin.

Abstract

UMKM adalah sebuah kegiatan usaha dalam skala kecil dan menengah yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan menjadi salah satu roda penggerak perekonomian Negara. Di Rumah kemasan yang terletak di kecamatan kaduhejo kabupaten pandeglang terdapat sebuah UMKM pembuatan sepatu dengan nama Deallova Shoes, milik Bpk, H. Subandi. UMKM tersebut memiliki potensi yang sangat baik untuk dikembangkan. Pemilik UMKM Deallova Shoes, Bpk, H. Subandi merangkul masyarakat sekitar untuk bersama-sama mengembangkan usaha pembuatan sepatu dengan merek dan design yang unik serta asli bua pemikiran pemiliknya. Hal tersebut sangat membantu dalam mendongkrak ekonomi dan juga berkontribusi menambah produktifitas masyarakat setempat. Namun, UMKM yang dijalankan bpk, H. Subandi beberapa kali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan usahanya. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan akan akuntansi dan belum adanya sumberdaya yang mumpuni dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil dari Kegiatan pengabadian ini yaitu untuk berbagi informasi mengenai akuntansi dan pengelolaan keuangan agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan menerapkannya dalam UMKM. Sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dari masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM Home Industri Sepatu Dealova Shoes.Kata Kunci: UMKM , Penerapan Akuntansi, Pengelolaan Keuangan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness, readiness and suitability of the learning approach framework using the deep learning approach in elementary schools, especially the readiness of resources, both teachers and supporting facilities for learning activities in elementary schools in Bima. The method used in this study is library research, by systematically reviewing literature to collect, evaluate, and synthesize information from various sources relevant to the research topic. The study result indicate that the deep learning approach in learning consists of 3 main pillars, namely understanding the differentiation of student learning, inviting students to think critically in solving problems, and learning with fun, so that students can easily remember what has been learned. The application of deep learning in elementary schools emphasizes contextual learning that can be applied to learning science, mathematics, Indonesian, PPKn, PAI, and other non-curricular learning. It's just that this approach can be. Applied chose the synonim if the teacher is able to contextualize the latest issues, with the subject matter delivered. For teachers who have participated in the school mover program or teacher practice/movers, they can easily apply and combine deep learning as a learning approach, but in one elementary school not all teachers follow the program. This means that there needs to be mentoring or training from driving teachers or GMP group groups and the like, for all elementary school teachers, and this does not rule out the possibility of being implemented well, as a deep, detailed and enjoyable learning approach.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the digital capacity of grocery kiosk MSME players in Wamena City through training and assistance in using WhatsApp Business as a means of promotion, communication, and customer service. The method used combines inductive, Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), and Participatory Action Research (PAR) approaches, with gradual implementation starting from needs identification, training, to evaluation. Results showed that the majority of participants successfully activated and utilized WhatsApp Business features, including product catalogs, automated messages, and customer labels. The application improved service professionalism and expanded the market reach of MSMEs. Despite challenges such as limited internet and devices, the participatory approach and intensive mentoring were able to overcome these obstacles. This program proves the effectiveness of simple technology in supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs in disadvantaged areas in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Behavioral modification-based learning model is considered necessary as it helps achieve learning outcome, that is to modify learners’ behavior to get expected personality. This model includes physical and biological aspects of learners. The model also requires a comprehensive and detail account of certain behaviors so that it can provide a comprehensive alternative to change the behavior.  This literature study aims to explore how this behavioral modification-based learning model can be implemented in Islamic education. Data of the study are derived from relevant articles and books on behavioral modification and its relevance to Islamic education. Findings and analysis show that many aspects, principles, purposes, methods, and procedures of behavioral modification theory are applicable in the area of Islamic education. This is because the main of Islamic education is to change learners’ maladaptive behaviors into the adaptive and acceptable behavior. This modification is necessary to develop Muslim students with good characters.

Abstract

Keterbatasan lahan sering menjadi hambatan utama bagi masyarakat perkotaan dalam memanfaatkan ruang untuk kegiatan produktif. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan pelatihan "Optimalisasi Lahan Sempit Melalui Pemanfaatan Tanaman Hias untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Keluarga," yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan lahan sempit melalui budidaya tanaman hias dan pemasaran online. Metode pelatihan mencakup sesi teori dan praktik, meliputi teknik budidaya tanaman hias seperti Aglaonema serta strategi pemasaran digital menggunakan media sosial dan platform e-commerce. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memanfaatkan lahan terbatas secara efektif untuk menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini membantu peserta memahami potensi pasar tanaman hias yang terus berkembang, dengan peluang bisnis yang besar. Pelatihan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam mendukung ketahanan ekonomi keluarga di kawasan perkotaan dengan pendekatan yang praktis dan berkelanjutan.
