<![CDATA[Adanya kesadaran pola konsumsi berlebihan terkait produk fashion di kalangan anak muda. Dinamika dunia modern mendorong pakaian tidak lagi hanya kebutuhan yang memenuhi fungsinya, tetapi juga memenuhi kebutuhan sosialisasi dan dekoratif. Hal ini membuat anak muda zaman ini cenderung membeli pakaian berdasarkan selera dan pergantian gaya yang berubah-ubah dalam tempo singkat. Kecenderungan tersebut membuat pakaian menumpuk melebihi kapasitas penyimpanan. Banyak di antara pakaian tersebut hanya dipakai satu atau dua kali. Kesadaran hal ini mendorong Tim untuk melakukan karya sosial bermodalkan pakaian tersebut. Pakaian tersebut dibagi ke dalam dua kategori: yang dapat didonasikan (memenuhi selera umum dan sopan digunakan dalam situasi apa pun, dan yang kedua tidak dapat didonasikan (karena kurang sopan potongannya) sehingga akan dijual melalui “Thrift Store Online Akegiso”. Kegiatan ini terdiri atas tiga kegiatan utama. Pertama, terkait pengelolaan pakaian bekas; kedua, kegiatan mengumpulkan uang atau mencari donatur; ketiga, melaksanakan kegiatan sosial di panti asuhan. Pola utama yang dimunculkan ialah bagaimana kegiatan sosial dapat didanai dengan kegiatan bisnis. Memang ada pengumpulan dana tunai untuk menutup kekurangan. Meskipun demikian jumlah pendanaan tetap didominasi dari hasil penjualan pakaian bekas.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of underage marriage is often found in Indonesian society and raises serious problems, Indonesia is ranked second in Southeast Asia. In mid-2019 the BKKBN also released that as many as 375 teenagers in Indonesia were married underage, therefore the importance of the role of KUA in addressing this problem. Method: This type of research uses descriptive qualitative with an empirical approach. The research was conducted in November 2022 at the KUA Medan Polonia. The data used used primary data collected through interviews and observation as well as secondary data. Data management and analysis techniques were carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Results: The implementation of marriages that have so far occurred at the Medan Polonia KUA, if a partner is found who is underage, it is mandatory to attach a letter of dispensation obtained through the religious court. Conclusion: Responding to the problem of underage marriages KUA Medan Polonia made several efforts to overcome this problem starting from checking files, optimizing the role of BP4, as well as conducting counseling and socialization of the Marriage Constitution.]]>

<![CDATA[Coronavirus Disease 2019 or Covid-19 is a new type of virus whose transmission can occur between humans and humans. The Covid-19 pandemic was declared by WHO on March 9 2020, which is the biggest impetus for implementing this service program immediately. Vaccines or official treatments are still in the process of being developed and clinically tested to fight Covid-19, so the public must be able to take precautions by breaking the chain of spread of the virus through understanding and implementing health protocols in accordance with government recommendations. The government's recommendation is to adopt a clean lifestyle by washing your hands with soap or using hand sanitizer, keeping your distance, using a mask when outside the house and staying at home. This government recommendation has resulted in the scarcity of availability of hand sanitizers and the selling price has also increased due to mass consumption. Based on these problems, the community service team carried out community service activities in the form of assisting cadres in Pondok Kelapa District in making hand sanitizer made from basil as education for early prevention of Covid-19 in the Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The aim of this service is to provide education to community cadres about how to make hand sanitizer made from basil. The method used is direct work practice on site in the form of providing material about Covid-19 and direct guidance or training in making hand sanitizers for Pekik Nyering Community Health Center cadres which is a work area in Pondok Kelapa District and distributing basil seeds. The results of this community service activity show the high enthusiasm and activeness of all participants. All cadres succeeded in practicing making hand sanitizer and even made excess to give to other colleagues.Keywords: Hand sanitizer, Basil, Cadre]]>

<![CDATA[Vertigo is a disorder of balance against gravity with symptoms of dizziness, spinning like floating, the world seems to turn upside down. Vertigo can be brief or prolonged, lasting for hours or days. Complaints of vertigo come suddenly and are felt continuously until the patient cannot sleep. The Brandt-Daroff exercise is a treatment for vertigo that helps speed up recovery, prevent future episodes, and improve balance without needing medication. This vertigo exercise increases blood flow to the brain, allowing the body's balancing mechanism to operate better and the sensory system to do its job more efficiently. The goal of this study was to see how brandt daroff exercise affected the balance of vertigo patients at the Cut Meutia Room at Tk II Iskandar Muda Hospital in Banda Aceh. This type of research is a quasy experiment method with a one group pretest and postest design approach, this research was conducted in January-July 2024. The population and sample were all vertigo patients totaling 43 people and the sampling method used total sampling technique. Data collection using observation sheets and questionnaires. This study's data analysis methods include univariate and bivariate analysis, as well as statistical testing with the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of the study; there is an effect of brandt daroff exercise on the balance of vertigo patients with p-value = 0.007. Hence, Tk II Iskandar Muda Hospital is expected to train nurses on the importance of brandt daroff exercises to help reduce vertigo symptoms in patients.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is one of the largest countries that sends its citizens to work abroad. However, many of them experience injustice in their rights and experience inappropriate treatment. This research has two problem formulations, namely how to review the juridical protection of Indonesian workers in Malaysia based on the law. No. 18 of 2017 concerning the protection of Indonesian migrant workers, and how BP2MI is trying to reduce the illegal sending of Indonesian workers based on Law Number 18 of 2017 concerning the protection of Indonesian migrant workers. The purpose of this research is to find out how the juridical review of legal protection for Indonesian workers in Malaysia is based on the law. No. 18 of 2017 concerning the protection of Indonesian migrant workers, and to find out how BP2MI is trying to reduce the illegal sending of Indonesian workers based on Law Number 18 of 2017 concerning the protection of Indonesian migrant workers. This research uses a type of empirical normative research. The data collection techniques used were literature study, field study and interviews. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the role of the Indonesian migrant worker protection agency (BP2MI) is in seeking protection for Indonesian migrant workers.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose – The development of technology presents new challenges, along with the weakening of literacy culture. In the learning process at SMK, project-based learning still uses conventional models, and students still do not understand them. The drawback is in the syntax used; a leap in stages should allow students to explore the product first. On the other hand, literacy has a strategic role in developing the competencies of Vocational High School students. This study aims to develop a vocational literacy-based learning model in vocational schools.Methodology—The research method used is the Traditional mix method, which is limited to the stage of development (development) and expert validation by involving experts in the fields of learning design and language. The result of this study is the syntax of a vocational literacy-based learning model.Findings—The final validation analysis by experts yielded validity values of 0.80 (learning design) and 0.79 (language).Significance—This means that this vocational literacy-based learning model is feasible for use in teaching and learning activities at the vocational level. Indonesia is one of the largest countries that sends its citizens to work abroad. However, many of them experience injustice in their rights and experience inappropriate treatment. This study has two problem formulations, namely How is the legal analysis of the handling of non-procedural Indonesian migrant worker practices based on Law No. 18 of 2017 concerning the protection of Indonesian migrant workers, and How are the efforts of the Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Service Post P4MI to repatriate non-procedural Indonesian migrant workers. <![CDATA[The main problem in this research is 1) How to provide compensation in SMPN 3 Awangpone District Bone Regency. 2) How is the performance of the honorary teacher in SMPN 3 Awangpone District Bone Regency. 3) How is the effect of giving compensation to the improvement of the performance of honorary teachers in SMPN 3 Awangpone District Bone Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research and population in this study were all honorary teachers who tought the at the school with a sample of 16 honorary teachers. Research instruments using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with the product moment statistical test. Based on the results of data analysis using descriptive statistics, it is known that the average value for compensation (X) is 16, number 16 is in the sufficient category and the average value for the performance of honorary teachers (Y) is 52,25, number 52,25 is in the good category. While the results of the statistical analysis of the product moment show the regression test results obtained bythe value095, this proves that the provision of compensation for the performance of honorary teachers is relatively strong. Then used the F statistic with the criteria for rejecting test, if Font Frable with a value 12,36-4,60. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect between the provision of compensation to the improvement of the performance of honorary teachers in SMPN 3 Awangpone District Bone Regency.]]>
