Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) aims to achieve the Pancasila student profile through project-based learning with a new paradigm. This study aims to determine the design of the P5 project in the Merdeka Curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Sitolu Ori, as well as the obstacles faced in the design process. This study uses a descriptive approach with a qualitative method, with researchers as the main instrument. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the design of the P5 project at SMK Negeri 1 Sitolu Ori began with the formation of a P5 facilitator team responsible for facilitating discussions and learning processes, both indoors and outdoors, as well as designing dimensions, themes, and time allocations to ensure a smooth learning process. Obstacles faced in the design of P5 include limited time and resources, where teachers need more time and resources compared to traditional learning. Teachers also need to provide books, tools, and materials needed by students. In addition, the lazy attitude of some students and the limited media owned by teachers are also obstacles in the teaching and learning process. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include providing students with a better understanding of the goals and components of P5, designing P5 activities according to students' interests and talents, and understanding the goals and principles of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SMK Negeri 1 Sitolu Ori.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the school as an agent of political socialization in supporting political education for students at SMK Negeri 2 Mandrehe, to determine the school's strategy as an agent of political socialization in supporting political education for students is still not maximally carried out at SMK Negeri 2 Mandrehe. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The tools used by researchers in collecting data are recordings, pictures, and field notes. Recording using a recording device, namely a cellphone (recording all conversations), the results of the picture as real evidence, then a notebook that serves to record all conversations with data sources. Based on the results of the research found that the role of schools as agents of political socialization in supporting political education for students at SMK Negeri 2 Mandrehe is to provide understanding to students to participate in elections and school efforts in introducing politics to students. The school's strategy as a political socialization agent in supporting political education for students at SMK Negeri 2 Mandrehe is that it can be done through the Civics learning process which provides an understanding of participation in political activities, as well as activities carried out in schools such as the election of osis administrators and political socialization for novice elections conducted by bawaslu in schools that provide understanding to students in participating in political activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of Fondrakö Si Lima Ina as a basis for determining the honesty of marriage customs in Banua Dangagari, Sitolubanua Fadoro Village, Moro'o District, West Nias Regency, and to find out why the implementation of the böwö system was still complained about by some people when Fondrakö Si Lima Ina became basis for determining the fairness of marriage customs. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research instrument is the researcher himself, who takes data using a cellphone as a recording tool, drawings and notebooks. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research are: first, implementation of Fondrakö Si Lima Ina as a basis for determining the honesty of marriage customs, especially in Banua Dangagari, based on the norm values ​​in Fondrakö Si Lima Ina. Second, the implementation of the Honesty system is still complained about by some Nias people when Fondrakö Si Lima Ina determines the honesty of marriage customs because the amount of böwö that must be paid by the groom to the bride is determined based on traditional position.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role, obstacles and efforts of BUMDes in improving the fulfillment of the social needs of residents of Marafala Village, North Nias Regency. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the research concluded that: First, the role of BUMDes in increasing the fulfillment of residents' social needs is still not fully implemented well because the type of BUMDes business is still constrained so that people feel dissatisfied with using BUMDes facilities. The two obstacles to BUMDes in increasing the fulfillment of residents' social needs are due to a shortage of goods needed by the community, and there are goods that are not suitable for use, the lack of public trust in BUMDes, and because BUMDes lacks business capital. Third, efforts to overcome BUMDes' obstacles in increasing the fulfillment of residents' social needs, namely the Village Government together with the BUMDes Director holding deliberations and reviewing the number of BUMDes goods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the independent learning curriculum is, to find out the obstacles faced in implementing the independent learning curriculum and to find out the efforts made in overcoming the obstacles to implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Lahewa in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The purpose of using a descriptive approach is to find meaning starting from facts by making observations recording all facts in a holistic scientific manner with the problems observed. The research instrument is the researcher himself, using a mobile phone as a tool to record all conversations, pictures as real evidence, and a notebook that serves to record conversations with informants. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research and discussion concluded that: First, the implementation of the independent learning curriculum has been implemented but not fully implemented. Of the three categories of independent curriculum implementation, SMK Negeri 1 Lahewa uses the independent learning category option, which means that schools are given the authority to use the 2013 curriculum structure but apply several principles of the independent learning curriculum in the learning process and assessment. Second, the obstacles faced in implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Lahewa are that teachers do not have experience in accordance with this independent learning curriculum. Then there are difficulties in obtaining material references, and including inadequate facilities and infrastructure and internet facilities. Third, the efforts made to overcome the obstacles to the independent learning curriculum are preparing teachers by participating in online-based socialisation to have experience in implementing the independent curriculum, then utilising social media to obtain material references according to the independent curriculum such as modules, books provided by the government and the implementation of facilities and infrastructure and facilities that support the education process by collaborating with the government.

Abstract

Leadership can be defined as an individual's ability to influence, motivate and enable others to contribute to the effectiveness and success of the Village. The essence of national development is basically the human being himself who is the center point of all development efforts and what will be built. Article 26 paragraph (2) of Law No. 6 of 2014 states that the Village Head is in charge of organizing the Village administration, implementing Village development, fostering the Village community and empowering the Village community. This research aims: To describe the leadership role of the Village head in realizing development in Tetehosi I Village, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District in 2023. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study reveal that the leadership role of the Village Head in realizing development in Tetehosi I Village is: being a facilitator of planned development, being a mobilizer to mobilize Village officials and the community, being a motivator to achieve a goal, running in accordance with established regulations. The constraints faced in realizing development are: first, budget absorption; this is related to the allocation of Village development because the Village has three Hamlets and a very large population of Tetehosi I with a total of 2,238 residents; second, not all community aspirations can be facilitated; third, Village funds in Tetehosi I are very limited (Village funds are not focused on development alone); fourth, lack of community participation; fifth, there are differences of opinion regarding the land / plot being built and lack of cohesiveness between communities. The efforts made by the Village Head in this case are the Village Head in carrying out his role as a facilitator, mobilizer and motivator, being a leader for the Village apparatus team, accepting all ideas or aspirations from various elements of the community; bringing the community closer if there are residents who have different assumptions or disputes during the course of development.

Abstract

Korupsi adalah tingkah laku yang menyimpang dari kewajiban suatu jabatan pejabat negara dengan menggunakan kekuasaan dan kesempatan untuk melakukan perbuatan secara melawan hukum dapat berupa penyuapan, gratifikasi, pencurian, pemerasan, nepotisme yang dapat merugikan keuangan dan perekonomian negara dengan memperkaya diri sendiri atau orang lain atau suatu korporasi. Terdapat tiga pendekatan utama untuk memerangi korupsi: penindakan, pencegahan, dan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan penerapan pendidikan anti korupsi dan apa saja nilai dan prinsip yang ditanamkan dalam penerapan pendidikan anti korupsi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitan kepustakaan. Penelitian kepustakaan bertujuan mencari teori yang relevan, aturan, metode, ide yang dapat dipakai untuk mengkaji dan memberi solusi atas persoalan yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendidikan antikorupsi yaitu dimulai dari kebijakan sekolah dengan memuat pada kurikulum baik dalam bentuk mata pelajaran mandiri atau insersi dengan beberapa mata pelajaran, penyampaian pengarahan dari pimpinan dan guru di sekolah. Sekolah memegang prinsip keteladanan, aktul, tersistematis dan berkelanjutan. Pendidikan antikorupsi dapat dilakukan dengan model memuat sebagai mata pelajaran/muatan lokal di kurikulum sekolah atau insersi dengan berbagai mata pelajaran. Nilai yang perlu ditanamkan yaitu jujur, disiplin, tanggungjawab, adil, berani, peduli, etos kerja, mandiri dan sederhana. Sementara prinsipnya adalah akuntabilitas, transparansi, kewajaran, kebijakan dan pengontrolan.

Abstract

Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Canva untuk Membuat Media Presentasi Interaktif diadakan pada 29 Juli 2024, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan alumni Prodi PPKn Universitas Nias dalam merancang presentasi yang efektif dan menarik. Topik ini dipilih karena kebutuhan mendesak untuk menyajikan informasi dengan cara yang visual dan interaktif, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan profesional. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini melibatkan sesi pengenalan fitur Canva, pembuatan slide presentasi dengan elemen grafis, serta praktik mandiri yang didukung oleh instruktur. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan peserta, dengan mereka mampu membuat presentasi yang lebih estetis dan engaging. Evaluasi peserta juga menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap materi dan metode pelatihan. Pentingnya hasil ini terletak pada peningkatan kualitas penyampaian informasi oleh para alumni, yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas komunikasi dalam konteks akademik dan profesional. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis tetapi juga mendorong kreativitas dalam pembuatan media presentasi, memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi para peserta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan strategi heuristik dalam mengembangkan kemampuan siswa untuk mengemukakan pendapat. Untuk mengetahui mengapa strategi heuristik digunakan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan siswa untuk mengemukakan pendapat di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sirombu Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri dengan menggunakan handphone sebagai alat untuk merekam semua pembicaraan, hasil gambar sebagai bukti nyata, kemudian buku catatan yang berfungsi untuk mencatat semua percakapan dengan sumber data atau informan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu obseravasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, penggunaan Strategi Heuristik Dalam Mengembangkan Kemampuan Mengemukakan Pendapat Siswa Di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sirombu yaitu dengan memberikan beberapa pertanyaan atau pendapat kepada siswa sesuai dengan materi pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru dikelas dan memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik agar lebih aktif dalam memberikan atau mengemukakan pendapatnya serta memberikan pujian atau penguatan kepada siswa agar lebih berani dalam mengemukakan pendapatnya. Kedua, Strategi Heuristik digunakan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan mengemukakan pendapat siswa yaitu untuk dapat memfasilitasi siswa dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan aktivitasnya baik dalam menyampaikan ide, pemecahan masalah, kemandirian dan kemampuan berpikir berdasarkan pemahamannya sendiri dalam materi pembelajaran yang disampaikan dikelas tanpa dipengaruhi oleh jawaban-jawaban dari teman sekelas lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui Implementasi pendidikan Karakter Bagi Warga Binaan pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II B Kota Gunungsitoli , (2) meneliti faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter, dan (3) mengetahui upaya dari hambatan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah warga binaan dan petugas pemasyarakatan. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Kota Gunungsitoli berjalan sesuai tujuan pemasyarakatan. pendidikan karakter dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan jasmani, rohani, intelektual dan kemandirian, (2) faktor pendukungnya adalah warga binaan taat dan tertib; kerja sama dengan pihak ketiga; kebijakan wajib diikuti warga binaan. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya motivasi sebagian warga binaan; sarana prasarana dan anggaran terbatas; pemasaran sempit, dan (3) solusi dari hambatan adalah memberikan pengusulan cuti dan pemberian sanksi terhadap warga binaan ketika ada yang melanggar peraturan dan dimasukan ke selker; memotivasi warga binaan; mengajukan proposal ke Kantor Wilayah Hukum dan HAM.
