Abstract

Abstract This paper discusses the importance of policies on Prevention of Exploitation, Violence, and Sexual Harassment (PSEAH) in protecting individuals from the negative impacts of such behaviors. Community engagement programs aim to raise awareness, develop policies, enhance the capacity of officials, provide support for victims, and establish effective reporting systems. SAPDA Foundation has a PSEAH policy and a commitment to creating a safe and comfortable work environment with zero tolerance for PSEAH. They conduct Capacity Building to improve staff understanding and knowledge of the policy through various steps The outcomes of Capacity Building are expected to increase awareness, skills, organizational culture, trust, compliance, and reduce risks and losses. Recommendations include clear policy formulation, regular training, awareness promotion, special team development, routine assessments, expert consultations, victim support, and promotion of a zero-tolerance culture. Additionally, Komnas Perempuan launched CATAHU 2022 in response to the rise in Gender-Based Violence (GBV) cases in 2021, urging the immediate enactment of the TPKS Bill. The Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection also has the SIMFONI-PPA program to address violence against women and children. Keywords: PSEAH Policy, Gender Equality and Human Rights, Capacity Building for PSEAH Abstrak Tulisan ini membahas tentang pentingnya kebijakan Pencegahan Eksploitasi, Kekerasan, dan Pelecehan Seksual (PSEAH) dalam melindungi individu dari dampak negatif perilaku tersebut. Program keterlibatan masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, mengembangkan kebijakan, meningkatkan kapasitas pejabat, memberikan dukungan bagi korban, dan membangun sistem pelaporan yang efektif. SAPDA Foundation memiliki kebijakan PSEAH dan komitmen untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman tanpa toleransi terhadap PSEAH. Mereka melakukan Peningkatan Kapasitas untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan staf terhadap kebijakan melalui berbagai langkah seperti sosialisasi, distribusi materi pendidikan, pelatihan dasar dan lanjutan, penguatan kapasitas tim penegakan hukum, dan pemilihan mata pelajaran pendampingan. Rekomendasinya mencakup perumusan kebijakan yang jelas, pelatihan rutin, peningkatan kesadaran, pengembangan tim khusus, penilaian rutin, konsultasi ahli, dukungan terhadap korban, dan promosi budaya tanpa toleransi. Selain itu, Komnas Perempuan meluncurkan CATAHU 2022 sebagai respons terhadap meningkatnya kasus Kekerasan Berbasis Gender (GBV) pada tahun 2021, dan mendesak agar RUU TPKS segera disahkan. Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak juga memiliki program SIMFONI-PPA untuk mengatasi kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak. Abstract

The Jlantah Reservoir in Karanganyar holds significant potential as a water resource and tourist attraction; however, its management requires active participation from the local community to ensure sustainability. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to empower the Reservoir Care Community by enhancing their understanding and skills in environmental management and the utilization of creative economic potential. The methods employed include participatory socialization, environmental governance training, and mentoring in the establishment of community business units. The results of this activity indicate an increase in community awareness regarding the preservation of the reservoir's ecosystem and the formation of a collaborative framework between the community and the local government. Through this empowerment, it is expected that the Jlantah Reservoir will not only be ecologically preserved but also provide a positive economic impact on the welfare of the surrounding residents.
