Abstract

From all the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the traditional game for the development of motor movement in the fifth grade students of Cipinang Elementary School 1 District. Pandegalang, apparently has a significant influence. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the 40 meter run test, 10 meter change direction, and upright jump has a t-count value of 9.65, 11.99, and 4.66 which is outside the null hypothesis acceptance area with a value limit of 2.06 with a real level = 0.05 and degrees freedom = 0.25. So seeing these results, the traditional game is very influential to improve motor movement of fifth grade students of Cipinang Elementary School 1 District. Padeglang.

Abstract

Inadequate learning methods as well as inadequate learning process in the 100 m running athletic learning process result in student learning outcomes that are not optimal. The problem problem in research is "Does warming up with traditional sports games can increase the athletic learning outcomes of Running 100 m in STKIP Setia Budhi students. To find out the quality of student learning outcomes in following the lecture process is indicated by the results of performance tests. This research uses the action research method. The object of research using the method of warming up traditional sports games with the subject of research is STKIP students. The sample used was 24 students. The instrument used in data retrieval was obtained from the results of performance tests demonstrated by students during the implementation of the test. From the results of research conducted, an increase in student learning outcomes from pre-cycle conditions to cycle I and cycle II, both from an increase in the average value of 100 m running athletics and the value of completeness of learning outcomes. The average value of pre-cycle (65.29), the average value of cycle I (67.46), increased by (2.17) from pre-cycle to cycle I, and the average value of cycle II (72.21), experienced an increase of (4.75) from cycle I to cycle II. Improvement of the ability of movement in learning athletics running 100 m can be seen from the KKM value (7.00), after taking action in the first cycle the value of students' learning complete as many as 14 of 24 students (58.33%) and in the second cycle which has a value in on KKM as many as 17 out of 24 students in total or complete (70.83%). The conclusion of this research is the use of the warm-up method using traditional sports games to improve the learning outcomes of 100m running athletics for Physical Education Study Program students. The suggestion in this study is the use of more innovative learning methods that can increase student interest and motivation in following the lecture process so that it influences towards increasing optimal learning outcomes. Abstrak Metode pembelajaran yang kurang tepat serta proses pembelajaran yang kurang memadai dalam proses pembelajaran atletik lari 100 m mengakibatkan hasil belajar siswa tidak optimal. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah “Apakah dengan pemanasan permainan olahraga tradisional bentengan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar atletik Lari 100 m pada mahasiswa STKIP Setia Budhi. Untuk mengetahui kualitas hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam mengikuti proses perkuliahan ditunjukkan dengan hasil tes unjuk kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan. Objek penelitian menggunakan metode pemanasan permainan olahraga tradisional bentengan subjek penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa STKIP. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 24 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data diperoleh dari hasil tes unjuk kerja yang didemonstrasikan siswa saat pelaksanaan tes. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa dari kondisi prasiklus ke siklus I dan siklus II, baik dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata pembelajaran atletik lari 100 m maupun nilai ketuntasan hasil belajaran. Nilai rata-rata prasiklus (65,29), nilai rata-rata siklus I (67,46), mengalami peningkatan sebanyak (2,17) dari prasiklus ke siklus I, dan nilai rata-rata siklus II (72,21), mengalami peningkatan sebanyak (4,75) dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan kemampuan gerak pada pembelajaran atletik lari 100 m dapat dilihat dari nilai KKM (7,00), setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I nilai belajar siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 14 dari 24 Mahasiswa (58,33%) dan pada siklus II yang memiliki nilai di atas KKM sebanyak 17 dari 24 Mahasiswa keseluruhan atau tuntas sebesar (70,83%). Kesimpulan peneliti ini adalah penggunaan metode pemanasan menggunakan permainan olahraga tradisional bentengan meningkatkan hasil belajar atletik lari 100 m pada mahasiswa Prodi Penjas. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti proses Perkuliahan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar yang optimal. Abstract

The aism this research to determine the difference between the skills of playing basketball command methods with conventional methods in terms of level of agility. This research use factorial design 2X2 with variable treatment are conventional methods and command methods and the dependent variable is the skill of playing basketball while moderator variables, namely agility. Samples were students of SMP Negeri 1 Binamu son some 60 people and divided 15 people each cell. Implementation of the experiment for 18 meetings. The research instrument used was a test dribbling (dribbling) and pass (passing) as well as the agility test with 4x10 meter shuttle run test. The results research showed that 1) the skills to play basketball group of students who are taught by the teaching methods of command (A1) is more like than any group of students who are taught by the teaching methods of conventional (A2) (XA1 = 31.43> XA2 = 28.93), 2) a group of students taught by the teaching method command high Syahruddin & Fitrianti Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran dan Kelincahan Terhadap Keterampilan Bola Basket 2 agility (A1B1) better improve the skills of playing basketball significantly than the teaching methods of conventional high agility (A2B1) (XA1B1 = 38 226> XA2B1 = 32.4), 3) There is no difference in the group of students who are taught by the teaching methods low agility command (A1B2) and conventional teaching methods agility low (A2B2) (XA1B2 = 24.6 = X A2B2 = 25 466). and 4) there is a significant interaction between method of teaching (A) and agility (B) the skills to play basketball (Fo = 12 497, sig = 0.001an. Keywords: Command methods, conventional methods, basketball agility and skills to play ball Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan bermain bola basket antara metode komando dengan metode konvensional ditinjau dari tingkat kelincahan. Desain penelitian factorial 2X2 dengan variable perlakuan metode komando dan metode konvensional serta variable terikat adalah keterampilan bermain bola basket sedangkan variabel moderator, yaitu kelincahan. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putera SMP Negeri 1 Binamu sejumlah 60 orang dan dibagi 15 orang setiap sel. Pelaksanaan eksperimen selama 18 kali pertemuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes menggiring bola (dribbling) dan mengoper (passing) serta tes kelincahan dengan shuttle run test 4X10 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) keterampilan bermain bola basket kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan metode mengajar komando (A1) lebih bak daripada kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan metode mengajar konvensional (A2) (XA1= 31.43 > XA2 = 28.93), 2) kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan metode mengajar komando kelincahan tinggi (A1B1) lebih baik meningkatkan keterampilan bermain bola basket secara signifikan daripada metode mengajar konvensional kelincahan tinggi (A2B1) (XA1B1 = 38.226 > XA2B1 = 32.4), 3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan metode mengajar komando kelincahan rendah (A1B2) dan metode mengajar konvensional kelincahan rendah (A2B2) (XA1B2= 24.6 = X A2B2 = 25.466). dan 4) terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara metode mengajar (A) dan kelincahan (B) terhadap keterampilan bermain bola basket (Fo = 12.497, sig = 0.001 < α = 0.05). Abstract

Problems in SMPN 1 Maja students show that student learning outcomes for Sports Education and Physical Health are still below average. Student learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Maja are influenced by many factors, which are influenced by studies of parents' motivation and attention, as well as physical fitness. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of variations in learning motivation, parenting, and physical fitness on learning outcomes of Physical Sports and Health Education. The research method is a quantitative approach path analysis. The population was all students at SMPN 1 Maja and all students at SMPN 3 Maja in 2020/2021, totaling 129 students. The sampling method was carried out by using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, with a sample of 91 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire for learning motivation and parental attention, physical fitness tests for physical fitness and second semester test results for learning outcomes of Physical Sports and Health Education. The results of the data analysis showed that: (1) Motivation to learn directly affects learning outcomes of Physical Sports and Health Education by around 15%. (2) Parents' attention does not directly affect the learning outcomes of Physical Sports and Health Education. (3) Physical fitness directly affects the learning outcomes of Sports and Physical Health Education around 62.1%. (4) The study of motivation and physical fitness indirectly affects the results of physical exercise and health education around 19.2%. (5) Parents' attention and physical fitness do not indirectly affect the learning outcomes of Physical Sports and Health Education. (6) Parents' attention and learning motivation indirectly affect the learning outcomes of Sports Education and Physical Health by 16.9%. Abstrak Permasalahan pada siswa SMPN 1 Maja menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa terhadap Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan Jasmani masih di bawah rata-rata. Hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Maja dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, yang dipengaruhi oleh studi motivasi dan perhatian orang tua, serta kebugaran fisik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara variasi motivasi belajar, pengasuhan orang tua, dan kebugaran fisik terhadap hasil belajar Olahraga Fisik dan Pendidikan Kesehatan. Metode penelitian adalah analisis jalur pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah semua siswa di SMPN 1 Maja dan semua siswa di SMPN 3 Maja tahun 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 129 siswa. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Proportional Stratified Random Sampling, dengan sampel 91 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk motivasi belajar dan perhatian orang tua, tes kebugaran jasmani untuk kebugaran jasmani dan hasil tes semester II untuk hasil belajar Olahraga Fisik dan Pendidikan Kesehatan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi belajar secara langsung mempengaruhi hasil belajar Olahraga Fisik dan Pendidikan Kesehatan sekitar 15%. (2) Perhatian orang tua tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi hasil belajar Olahraga Fisik dan Pendidikan Kesehatan. (3) Kebugaran fisik secara langsung mempengaruhi hasil belajar Olahraga dan Pendidikan Kesehatan Fisik sekitar 62,1%. (4) Studi motivasi dan kebugaran fisik secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi hasil Olahraga Fisik dan Pendidikan Kesehatan sekitar 19,2%. (5) Perhatian orang tua dan kebugaran fisik tidak secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi hasil belajar Olahraga Fisik dan Pendidikan Kesehatan. (6) Perhatian orang tua dan motivasi belajar secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan Jasmani sebesar 16,9%. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a modification product of racket modification media from wood to improve forhand and back hand training in badminton games. The research approach used is development research. The results of the study obtained aspect 1 value of "while participating in badminton using a racquet modification media, how do you feel?" Response 84 students or 84% of respondents feel happy. Aspect 2. "Do you use the modification as a towel handle with adhesive, how do you feel?" Response 79 students or 79% of respondents find it easier to learn. 3rd question. "What do you think about the assignment during the learning process?" The response of 83 students or 83% of respondents felt easy, 15 people or 15% of respondents answered mediocre, and 2 people or 2% of respondents answered difficult. The answer to aspect no-4. "What do you think about the modification with glue as a handle?" The response of 86 students or 86% of respondents answered could be continuedThe use of badminton racket grip products has a positive impact on students to learn the technique of racket grip Kata Kun. This research is based on the author's observations in the field, regarding the smash forehand material. The method used is the Action Research method with qualitative and quantitative data collection, namely Class A Morning Semester IV with a total of 36 students, consisting of 31 male students and 5 female students. This research involved Badminton Game Lecturer as a collaborator, the research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The first cycle activity which was realized through learning the throwing of the ball gave the following results: 1) students did not understand the concept of smash forehand badminton games, for example students still make the forehand smash not by straightening their arms completely, 2) students do not understand how to hold the racket when doing bad forehand smash for badminton, 3) students are not confident when doing smash forehand for badminton. II which is realized through learning to throw the ball above gives the following results: 1) students begin to understand the basic concepts of the smash forehand badminton game, this understanding can be seen from the ara students do and learn the movement of badminton smash forehand games well, 2) students can perform stages of badminton smash forehand blows well, 3) motivation and confidence of students increases when doing badminton forehand smash blows The results of this study an increase in learning outcomes forehand badminton smash through upper ball throwing learning, an increase occurs in each learning that begins with initial observation, cycle I and ends in cycle II. An increase in the psychomotor aspect, students have understood the concept of smashforehand badminton. In the cognitive aspect, students' understanding increases along with the process of following the lessons, it can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students participating in learning, student confidence in interacting with students and lecturers, the value of honesty, discipline, cooperation responsibility and tolerance between students that they show. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan produk modifikasi media modifikasi raket dari kayu untuk meningkatkan latihan forhand dan back hand dalam permainan bulutangkis. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai aspek 1 tentang “selama mengikuti bulutangkis dengan menggunakan media modifikasi alat raket, bagaimana perasaanmu?” Respon 84 siswa atau 84% responden merasa senang. Aspek ke 2. “Apakah penggunaan modifikasi sebagai pegangan handuk dengan perekat, apa yang kamu rasakan?” Respon 79 siswa atau 79% dari responden merasa lebih mudah untuk belajar. Pertanyaan ke-3. “Apa pendapatmu tentang tugas selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung?” Respon 83 siswa atau 83% responden merasa mudah, 15 orang atau 15% responden menjawab biasa-biasa saja, dan 2 orang atau 2% dari responden menjawab sulit. Jawaban untuk aspek no-4. “Apa pendapat anda tentang modifikasi dengan perekat sebagai pegangan “respon 86 siswa atau 86% responden menjawab bisa diteruskan. Penggunaan produk pegangan raket bulutangkis memberikan dampak positif pada mahasiswa untuk belajar teknik pegangan raket Kata KunPenelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh hasil pengamatan penulis dilapangan, mengenai materi smash forehand.Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar terhadap pukulan smash forehanddalam permainan bulutangkis melalui pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan (Action Research) dengan pengambilan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yaitu kelas A Pagi Semester IV dengan jumlah Mahasiswa sebanyak 36 mahasiswa, yang terdiri dari 31 mahasiswa laki-laki dan 5 mahasiswa perempuan. Penelitian ini melibatkan Dosen Mata Kuliah Permaianan Bulutangkis sebagai kolaborator, penelitian dilakukan sebanyak II siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan.Kegiatan siklus I yang direalisasikan melalui pembelajaran lempar bola atas memberikan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) mahasiswa belum paham akan konsep pukulan smash forehand permainan bulutangkis, contohnya mahasiswa masih melakukan gerakan pukulan smash forehand tidak dengan meluruskan lengan sepenuhnya, 2) mahasiswa belum paham cara memegang raket pada saat melakukan pukulan smash forehandpermainan bulutangkis, 3) mahasiswa belum percaya diri pada saat melakukan gerakan pukulan smash forehandpermainan bulutangkis.Kegiatan siklus II yang direalisasikan melalui pembelajaran lempar bola atas memberikan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) mahasiswa mulai memahami konsep dasar pukulan smash forehand permainan bulutangkis, pemahaman ini dapat dilihat dari cara mahasiswa melakukan dan mempelajari gerakan pukulan smash forehandpermainan bulutangkis dengan baik, 2) mahasiswa dapat melakukan tahapan-tahapan pukulan smash forehandbulutangkis dengan baik, 3) motivasi dan percaya diri mahasiswa meningkat pada saat melakukan pukulan smash forehandpermainan bulutangkis. Hasil penelitian ini adanya peningkatan hasil belajar smash forehandbulutangkis melalui pembelajaran lempar bola atas, peningkatan terjadi disetiap pembelajaran yang dimulai dengan observasi awal, siklus I dan diakhiri pada siklus II. Terjadi peningkatan pada aspek psikomotor, mahasiswa telah memahami konsep gerak smashforehandbulutangkis. Pada aspek kognitif, pemahaman mahasiswa bertambah seiring dengan proses mengikuti pelajaran, terlihat dari semangat dan antusias mahasiswa mengikuti pembelajaran, kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam berinteraksi dengan mahasiswa dan dosen, nilai kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kerjasama tanggung jawab dan toleransi antar mahasiswa yang mereka tunjukkan. Abstract

The sepaktakraw game is a team sport played by 3 people. Mastery of sepaktakraw skills cannot be separated from mastery of specific game techniques, namely kickkick/service techniques. Kick-off/service is a unique technique used to start the game in the sepaktakraw game, so many people say kick-off/service is the most important in the sepaktakraw game. This research aims to determine the procedures and feasibility of developing a training model in extracurricular learning for sepaktakraw sports, which is research using the R&D research method (Research and Development type ADDIE. The method stages in this research are (1). Literary research, (2). Role, (3). Making, (4). Comparative test, (5). Observation, (6). Validity test by experts. Game expert validation test 86, 363% > 81.25% (excellent), media expert validation test 88.636% > 81.25% (excellent), small class trials, it was found that 86.75 > 80, namely the strong category, and large class trials, it was found that 83.44 > 80 strong category. Based on the results of game expert validation tests, media expert validation tests, small class trials, and large class trials, it can be concluded that developing a motion ball-based soccer training model is suitable for use as a training model in sepaktakraw learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differentiated learning in developing English reading skills among high school students. Differentiated learning provides the diverse learning needs of students by providing adjusted learning experiences. This qualitative research was conducted in a high school in Lebak Regency, involving in-depth interviews. Participants included 10 English teachers who were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews to explore perceptions and experiences. The results revealed that differentiated learning positively provided by teachers on 5 aspects, they are teaching materials, various teaching method, flexibility assignment, students grouping, and different assessment. Ten Teachers really understand how to treat various students in the classroom using varied learning strategies, such as tiered assignments and flexible grouping, helped meet individual student needs and improved engagement. The discussion highlights the effectiveness of differentiated learning in creating a supportive learning environment that addresses diverse learning styles and needs. It emphasizes the importance of teacher training and resource availability for successful implementation. The study concludes that differentiated learning is a valuable method for enhancing reading skills in high school students, promoting better educational outcomes and fostering inclusivity

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of ability to pass under volleyball as a starting movement for elementary school students in introducing volleyball. For this reason, this study aims to be able to improve the ability to pass under volleyball by applying exercises to bounce the ball off the wall. The research method used is a quantitative experimental research method with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The population in this study were all elementary school students in Rangkasbitung District and the sample in this study were students who took volleyball extracurricular activities. The instrument used was a test instrument carried out in 16 meetings twice for pretest and posttest. Data analysis techniques using instrument validity tests, analysis prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that testing the hypothesis using the t-test, the results obtained were tcount of 15.3 while the value of ttable with a significance level of 0.05 was 2.26. From the results of testing the hypothesis it is known that tcount>ttable (15.3> 2.26), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that the application of bouncing the ball off the wall exercise has a positive influence on the ability to pass under volleyball in extracurricular students. Based on the results of the study, the results of the posttest bouncing the ball off the wall were higher than the pretest. This is comparable to the score of the lower passing ability, these results indicate that the learning outcomes which are psychomotor abilities play a very important role in the lower passing ability.

Abstract

The sepaktakraw game is a team sport played by 3 people. Mastery of sepaktakraw skills cannot be separated from mastery of specific game techniques, namely kickkick/service techniques. Kick-off/service is a unique technique used to start the game in the sepaktakraw game, so many people say kick-off/service is the most important in the sepaktakraw game. This research aims to determine the procedures and feasibility of developing a training model in extracurricular learning for sepaktakraw sports, which is research using the R&D research method (Research and Development type ADDIE. The method stages in this research are (1). Literary research, (2). Role, (3). Making, (4). Comparative test, (5). Observation, (6). Validity test by experts. Game expert validation test 86, 363% > 81.25% (excellent), media expert validation test 88.636% > 81.25% (excellent), small class trials, it was found that 86.75 > 80, namely the strong category, and large class trials, it was found that 83.44 > 80 strong category. Based on the results of game expert validation tests, media expert validation tests, small class trials, and large class trials, it can be concluded that developing a motion ball-based soccer training model is suitable for use as a training model in sepaktakraw learning.
