Abstract

Abstrak ____________________________________________________________ LSP bertujuan untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi siswa pada level tertentu sesuai kompetensi Keahlian yang ditempuh selama masa pembelajaran di SMK. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk 1) memberikan bekal pengetahuan kepada siswa tentang tata cara tune up mobil injeksi, 2) melatih keterampilan siswa TKR tentang tune up mobil injeksi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa observasi, evaluasi awal, demonstrasi, praktik, dan evaluasi akhir. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa terkait tune up mobil EFI. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata nilai ujian post test sebesar 87,75. 2) keterampilan siswa meningkat dalam melaksanakan tune up mobil injeksi dan siswa semakin percaya diri untuk menghadapi ujian LSP, dibuktikan bahwa rata-rata siswa mampu melaksanakan tune up mobil EFI dalam waktu 50 menit, waktu tersebut jika dibandingkan waktu ujian LSP yaitu 60 menit maka masih ada selisih 10 menit waktu yang tersisa. Abstract LSP aims to measure student competency achievement at a certain level according to the Skills competency achieved during the learning period at Vocational School. The aim of this community service activity is to 1) provide students with knowledge about the procedures for tune up injection cars, 2) train TKR students' skills regarding tune up injection cars. Methods for carrying out activities include observation, initial evaluation, reflection, practice and final evaluation. The results of the training activities can be concluded that 1) increased student knowledge regarding EFI car tune ups. From the results of data processing it can be concluded that the average post test score is 87.75. 2) students' skills increase in tuning up injection cars and students become more confident in facing the LSP exam, it is proven that the average student is able to tune up an EFI car in 50 minutes, this time compared to the LSP exam time of 60 minutes is still there is a difference of 10 minutes remaining time

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi di dunia otomotif yang sangat pesat, hal ini mendorong manusia untuk berpindah ke kendaraan menggunakan sistem EFI yang mempunyai campuran bahan bakar yang irit dan performa yang lebih optimal, serta menghasilkan emisi gas buang yang rendah. Pada sistem EFI pada pabrik dinilai kurang menghasilkan daya yang kurang maksimal, maka dari itu perlu dilakukan re-mapping ECU pada kendaraan sistem EFI, agar mampu menaikkan performa di banding setelan pabrik. Penggunaan pegas CVT yang tepat juga akan mempengaruhi performa yang dihasilkan oleh mesin kendaraan. Hasil penelitian: (1) Penggunaan ECU remapping dan pegas CVT racing menghasilkan torsi tertinggi pada mapping bahan bakar 5% sudut pengapian 2° dan limiter 11000 rpm torsi naik 15% di 4000 rpm dan 16% di 7000 rpm, (2) Daya tertinggi pada mapping bahan bakar 5% sudut pengapian 2° dan limiter 11000 rpm menggunakan pegas racing naik 13% di 4000 rpm dan 16% di 7000 rpm, (3) Specific fuel consumption terbaik setelah di lakukan remapping mencapai 19% pada 4000 rpm dan 6% di 7000 rpm saat mapping bahan bakar 5% sudut pengapian 2° dan limiter 11000 rpm, (4) Terdapat perubahan emisi gas buang setelah mapping bahan bakar 3% sudut pengapian 1° dan limiter 11000 rpm CO meningkat 32%, HC menurun 19%, CO2 naik 3%, dan O2 tetap. Lalu mapping bahan bakar 5% sudut pengapian 2° dan limiter 11000 rpm CO meningkat 91%, HC naik 42%, CO2 turun 2%, dan O2 tetap. Dan mapping bahan bakar 10% sudut pengapian 3° dan limiter 11000 rpm CO meningkat 5%, HC meningkat 6%, CO2 dan O2 sama dengan ECU standar.

Abstract

Pre-vocational learning is an effort made on children from an early age so that children are able to know and recognize the world of work as a direction for their future. The purpose of this study is to increase knowledge about the world of vocations in students through the implementation of pre-vocational learning which is carried out in collaboration with the subject teacher of Guidance and Counseling (BK) at Trimulya Junior High School, Semarang City. The data collection technique used in this study is to use instruments that are tested for validity in the form of pre – test and post – test. Subjects used in this study were students at Trimulya Junior High School Semarang. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge about the vocational world in students at Trimulya Junior High School in Semarang City after the implementation of pre-vocational learning at Trimulya Junior High School in Semarang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of teachers and students for learning media, to determine the feasibility of learning media, and to measure the effectiveness of this learning media on Shiva learning outcomes. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). With the validation of the research instrument, it is then continued with the research procedure using 10 stages, and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the media feasibility test obtained a percentage of 95% for the media assessment so that the product was categorized as "very feasible", and 93% for the assessment of material experts so that the product was also categorized as "very feasible". Student learning outcomes at n-gain value get an average score of 0.8547, meaning that the increase in student learning outcomes is in the "high" category. The researcher suggested that the use of android-based learning media to improve student learning outcomes on product branding materials could be an alternative and reference for learning media.

Abstract

Welding is an art form that can be applied and applied in craft products. The purpose of this community service activity is to 1) provide students with knowledge about welding techniques, 2) train students' skills in making standing flower pots. The method of implementing the activity is in the form of initial evaluation, demonstration, practice, and final evaluation. The results of the training activities can be concluded that. 1) students' knowledge regarding welding techniques can be concluded that the average before training is 54.75 and after training is 80.25. 2) students' skills are seen from the neatness of welding and the completion of standing flower pot products, of the 20 participants who participated, all of them were able to complete their tasks
