Abstract

Understanding mathematical concepts is the ability to master material and students' ability to understand, absorb, master, and apply it in mathematics learning. One of the problems that is often encountered in learning mathematics is usually when students cannot work on mathematics problems due to the students' lack of understanding of concepts. Many factors influence students' lack of understanding of concepts, one of which is learning patterns. The Concept Learning Learning Model is an approach to learning that aims to help students understand and master concepts that cover a field of study or subject.

Abstract

Program kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dasar Matematika pada anak usia 8-11 tahun di Desa Empus melalui penerapan metode Outdoor Learning dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan luar ruangan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dasar Matematika. Metode Outdoor Learning yang diterapkan mencakup kegiatan pembelajaran di luar kelas yang melibatkan eksplorasi lingkungan sekitar dan penggunaan alat peraga yang relevan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ini berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan minat anak dalam belajar Matematika, serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan kontekstual. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk implementasi metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam konteks pendidikan dasar

Abstract

This research on Powtoon learning media development aims to explain the feasibility of Powtoon media development in chemical bonding subjects for class X SMA/MA equivalent student. This type of research is development (Research and Development, RD) with 4D development models that include the Define (Definition), Design (Design), Development (Development), Disseminate (Deployment) stages. The data collection instruments used are through media expert validation sheets, material expert validation sheets, teacher response sheets and student response sheets. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the judgment percentage score of experts. Research results show that the developed Powtoon learning media met the valid category with presentation of 89,5% from 2 media experts, while that of the 2 material experts received an presentation of 86%. This learning media also met the good categories from 3 teacher response of 87.3% and of 10 students of 87.9%.

Abstract

Data from the World Health Organization (WHO, 2017) states that globally around 830 women die every day due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth, with an MMR rate of 216 per 100,000 live births. As many as 99% of maternal deaths are due to problems with pregnancy and childbirth. The recapitulation of the KIA Report for the Sungai Tabuk 3 Public Health Center from January – June 2022 is 45%, while the target for the district itself is around 50%. The implementation method in this community partnership program activity is divided into 2 (two) activities, the first stage is outreach activities and the second stage is through training and assistance in creating social media, in this case WhatsApp business, which is an appropriate social media for promoting health services. Community Service at Sungai Tabuk 3 can be carried out well. The important role of the Village Midwife, Community, Family, neighborhood association, and cadre with community consultation activities as a forum for discussion to understand the problems and needs that exist in the community, Media in the form of Leaflets and Benners which are installed and distributed by residents has been carried out well. The results of community service have shown increase in K1 visits by pregnant women during evaluations and whatsapp business that has been used by midwives can be utilized effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether technical analysis, using moving average and candlestick indicators, can simultaneously influence investors' profit potential. The population in this study consists of FEBI students who opened an account in 2021, with a sample size of 71 students. The research employs a quantitative method with an associative quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the research hypothesis, utilizing the t-test and F-test with the SPSS 16 for Windows software application. The research results indicate that the technical analysis variables (X1), moving average (X2), and candlestick (X3) have a simultaneous influence on potential investment profits, confirming that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

An increase in per capita income is the goal of national economic development, success in national development because of the existence of economic growth indicators. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for jobs and encourage economic growth because they absorb a lot of labor so that MSMEs can reduce the unemployment rate. Human resource management (HRDM) is the management of labor or employees both in the organization and in the company. Labor is indeed needed by companies so that in obtaining labor requires recruitment, selection, assessment and compensation. The qualitative research method is descriptive and uses secondary data from the BPS website. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the economies of many countries, including Indonesia. In the development process, various factors are very influential, one of which is the management of human resources (HR). Effective HR management can be a key driver to improve the productivity, product quality, and competitiveness of SMEs in the global market. This article aims to explore how the role of HR management in supporting the development and sustainability of SMEs. This study examines various aspects of HR management, ranging from recruitment, training, development, to performance management, which can have a positive impact on SMEs.
