Abstract

Abstrak_________________________________________________________ Mengingat pentingnya konektivitas kondisi istirahat sebagai parameter fungsi otak. sejauh ini belum ada ulasan yang mencoba mengukur manfaat kesehatan yang lebih luas dari kelompok berjalan dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang tidak aktif terhadap antisipasi reaksi. Oleh karena itu, ulasan ini dilakukan untuk memahami apakah ada bukti bahwa kelompok berjalan memiliki manfaat yang lebih besar bagi kelompok lansia. Desain dalam penitian ini menggunakan ekperiment dengan pendekatan ex post pacto. Subjek berjumlah 33 lansia dengan usia rata-rata (62.1 ± 2.1 tahun), tinggi (152 ± 2.1 cm), berat badan (53.4 ± 5.7 kg), BMI (23.1 ± 2.5 %). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa olahraga jalan kaki memiliki skor antisipasi reaksi yang lebih tinggi (101.4 ± 12.9) dibandingkan dengan yang tidak aktif melakukan aktivitas fisik (84.7 ± 16.3). usia lansia diharapkan selalu meningkatkan latihan fisik (aktivitas fisik), seperti jalan kaki, sehingga kemampuan antisipasi reaksi dapat dihambat penurunannya. Abstract_________________________________________________________ Considering the importance of connectivity resting conditions as parameters of brain function. so far there have been no reviews that try to measure the broader health benefits of the walking group compared to those who are not active in anticipating reactions. Therefore, this review is carried out to understand whether there is evidence that the walking group has greater benefits for the elderly group. The design in this research used an experiment with an ex post pacto approach. There were 33 subjects with an average age (62.1 ± 2.1 years), height (152 ± 2.1 cm), weight (53.4 ± 5.7 kg), BMI (23.1 ± 2.5%). The results showed that walking had a higher anticipation reaction score (101.4 ± 12.9) compared to those who were not actively doing physical activity (84.7 ± 16.3). Elderly age is expected to always increase physical exercise (physical activity), such as walking, so that the ability to anticipate reactions can be inhibited.

Abstract

Adequate training facilities and infrastructure are needed to support the athletic training process activities to make it easier for Athletes and Coaches when training, so that from the training process it is hoped that all Athletes will gain a lot of learning experience and be able to train optimally. This research aims to find out the athletic numbers that have the greatest chance of winning in Tulang Bawang district athletics based on the facilities and infrastructure that are available and whether they are PASI standard or not. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The instruments used are interview and documentation instruments. The population in this study were the PASI Tulang Bawang branch administrators in Tulang Bawang Regency. Samples taken from purposive sampling, with criteria; (1) The PASI Tulang Bawang District Administrator who is in Tulang Bawang Regency, (2) is still active as the Tulang Bawang District PASI District Administrator, (3) who is often present or directly involved in the field ((coaches, athletes, referees). From the results of this research, it can be concluded that (1) the Facilities Factor is in the good category, the Infrastructure Factor is categorized as adequate, many of the facilities and infrastructure for athletic sports in Bone Bawang Regency are not yet standardized with PB PASI, there are still many facilities and infrastructure that use modified equipment in the training program , (2) Athletic numbers that can be developed in accordance with the existing Facilities and Infrastructure at PASI Tulang Bawang are javelin throw, discus throw, shot put, long jump and long distance running. In fact, the short distance running and hurdles events can actually be trained in Tulang Bawang, but training will not be optimal after looking at the existing infrastructure, and the management of the facilities and infrastructure of Pengcab PASI Tulang Bawang is not running well.

Abstract

The existence of the Merdeka Curriculum policy poses various challenges and obstacles for educators. With these various challenges and obstacles, educators, and school principals want training and assistance in preparing teaching modules in accordance with the independent curriculum policy through in-house training (IHT) activities. The purpose of carrying out this activity is so that the training participants have insight, understanding and can compile and apply teaching modules at the elementary school (SD) level. The methods used to achieve these goals are lectures, discussions, problem solving, and practice. The form of evaluation carried out in this service activity is divided into 4 stages, namely initial, process, final, and impact evaluation. The results of this activity are 1) in the initial evaluation, teachers have never made teaching modules, but in preparing lesson plans they are quite skilled; 2) in the IHT process, teachers began to understand the planning and learning process expected in the implementation of the independent curriculum; 3) the end of the IHT activity shows that teachers begin to understand the preparation of CP-TP-ATP as outlined in the teaching module; 4) this activity has an impact on reactivating the learning community in schools to share best practices in preparing lesson plans.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship between self-confidence and breaststroke swimming results in Siger Sembilan Swimming Club athletes; 2) the relationship between motivation and breaststroke swimming results in Siger Sembilan Swimming Club athletes; and 3) the relationship between self- confidence and motivation and breaststroke swimming results for Siger Sembilan Swimming Club athletes.This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a correlational approach. The research population consisted of swimming athletes at the Siger Sembilan Swimming Club, totaling 20 athletes. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The instrument for self-confidence and motivation uses a questionnaire, and breaststroke swimming achievement uses psychomotor tests. Data analysis uses product-moment correlation.The results of the research show that: 1) There is a significant relationship between self-confidence and the results of the 25-meter breaststroke swimming in Club Siger Sembilan athletes, with a value of rcount 0.776> rtable 0.444, 2) There is a significant relationship between motivation and the results of the 25-meter breaststroke swim in Club Siger Sembilan athletes, with a value of rcount 0.589> rtable 0.444. 3) There is a significant relationship between self-confidence and motivation and the results of swimming the 25-meter stroke in Club Siger Sembilan athletes, with a value of Fcount 13.077> Ftable (0.05) (1:17) 3,592. Abstract

Pola tidur yang baik sangat berpengaruh terhadap performa atletik, terutama bagi mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam olahraga secara intensif. Tidur yang cukup memungkinkan tubuh untuk melakukan pemulihan fisik, meningkatkan kinerja, dan mengurangi risiko cedera. Selain itu, tidur juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi, pengambilan keputusan, dan pengelolaan stres, yang semuanya mempengaruhi kemampuan atlet untuk berprestasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurang tidur dapat menurunkan daya tahan, kekuatan fisik, serta keseimbangan emosional yang dibutuhkan untuk berkompetisi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, menjaga pola tidur yang sehat dan cukup merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung performa atletik mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kemampuan biomotor anggota UKM bola voli Universitas Lampung. Kemampuan biomotor dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada kekuatan otot lengan, kelentukan, kelincahan, keseimbangan, koordinasi mata tangan, power tungkai, dan daya tahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 mahasiswa dari 132 mahasiswa yang terdaftar, diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yaitu mahasiswa aktif mengikuti UKM bola voli minimal dua kali dalam seminggu dan memiliki usia latihan minimal enam bulan. nstrumen untuk mengukur kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan tes push up, kelentukan diukur menggunakan sit and reach test, kelincahan diukur menggunakan t test run, keseimbangan diukur menggunakan modifikasi bass test, koordinasi mata-tangan diukur menggunakan tes lempar tangkap bola tenis, power otot tungkai diukur menggunakan tes vertical jump, dan daya tahan diukur menggunakan tes balke. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil kemampuan biomotor anggota UKM bola voli Universitas Lampung berada pada kategori “kurang sekali” sebesar 3,3% (2 atlet), “kurang” sebesar 23,3% (7 atlet), “sedang” sebesar 43,3% (13 atlet), “baik” sebesar 23,3% (7 atlet), dan “baik sekali” sebesar 3,3% (1 atlet). Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan di Kabupaten Pringsewu Provinsi Lampung ini sebagai program pengabdian pada masyarakat dan bertujuan membantu para stakeholder seperti kepala sekolah dan guru yang terlibat di sekolah dasar untuk menerapkan Pendekatan Learning Organization secara optimal. Dengan menerapkan seluruh komponen-komponen yang ada di dalam Pendekatan Learning Organization seperti system thinking, personal mastery, mental models, shared vision dan team learning diharapkan para peserta pelatihan dapat mengembangkan sistem manajemen pendidikan berbasis sekolah dan menyempurnakan pola kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di seluruh sekolah dasar yang tersebar di Kabupaten Pringsewu Provinsi Lampung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membutuhkan waktu lebih kurang enam bulan, yang meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, laporan, dan evaluasi. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal dan akhir para peserta. Pelatihan dikemas dalam bentuk workshop pada beberapa sesi untuk membuat rancangan program kerja secara benar berdasarkan konsep Pendekatan Learning Organization sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan sekolah efektif berdasarkan manajeman pendidikan sekolah. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini diperoleh peningkatan signifikan dari 65,71% dikategori sangat rendah menjadi 57,14% dikategori baik, untuk wawasan pengetahun peserta tentang Pendekatan Learning Organization dan peningkatan evaluasi diri atas kemampuan peserta dalam menerapkan Pendekatan Learning Organization dalam manajemen pendidikan berbasis sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to develop mobile learning media for the Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) subject in the second semester, consisting of five learning topics for seventh-grade junior high school students.The method used is the ADDIE development research method, which consists of five steps: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. Interviews were used to identify existing problems, while questionnaires were used to validate the feasibility of the developed mobile learning media. The result of this study is a mobile learning media product that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and installed on Android devices. The developed mobile learning media was considered feasible based on validation and revisions by subject matter experts (91.42%), instructional media experts (97.14%), language experts (97.14%), and PJOK educators (94.28%). In addition, a small-scale trial conducted with students resulted in a score of 92.28%, while in the large-scale trial, teachers gave a score of 96.19% and students 96.08%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed mobile learning media is feasible for use as a PJOK learning tool at SMP Negeri 5 Bandarlampung.
