Abstract

Dalam menghadapi krisis moral dan degradasi nilai-nilai luhur di tengah pesatnya globalisasi, pendidikan karakter menjadi fokus utama dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) di sekolah-sekolah Indonesia, dengan tujuan menganalisis dampaknya dalam menghadapi tantangan global seperti krisis moral dan degradasi nilai-nilai luhur. Melalui metode kepustakaan dan analisis isi, ditemukan bahwa pendidikan karakter dalam PPKn secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, memperkuat persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, serta mempersiapkan generasi muda yang berakhlak mulia dan berwawasan kebangsaan. Nilai-nilai Pancasila seperti gotong royong dan keadilan sosial terbukti efektif dalam membentuk siswa yang bertanggung jawab dan cinta tanah air. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengembangkan strategi pendidikan karakter yang inovatif dan efektif.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to increase the religious understanding of Indonesian citizens in the city of Riyadh through the role of the Al-Hidayah Taklim Council. The PkM method used is the implementation of Al-Hidayah taklim assemblies, such as al-Qur'an halaqah with two main activities, namely tahsin and tahfiz, Arabic halaqah, scientific studies, including fiqh, aqidah, Al-Qur'an sciences. and studies with special themes according to certain moments. This activity program is carried out regularly on Fridays and Saturdays flexibly. The result of this PkM is that apart from being a place of learning that is able to increase religious knowledge for Indonesian citizens, the taklim assembly also acts as a forum that strengthens and strengthens friendship and social relations between Indonesian citizens, instilling the values ​​of solidarity and brotherhood, as well as moral and spiritual values. The taklim assembly also has an important role in assisting the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in providing protection and shelter for Indonesian citizens in the city of Riyadh. The taklim assembly as a social and educational institution plays an active role in collaborating with the Indonesian Embassy in ensuring the welfare and needs of Indonesian citizens, especially in religious aspects. The existence of the Al-Hidayah Taklim Council and its role has had a positive impact on Indonesian citizens in the city of Riyadh.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low comprehension of Zakat Fitrah among fifth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 57 Parepare. Initial observations indicated that 70% struggled with core concepts, while only 20% could apply the knowledge practically, largely due to reliance on traditional lecture methods. The aim of this research was to improve students’ understanding of Zakat Fitrah through implementation of the Repetitive Method. Utilizing a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach based on the Kurt Lewin model, this study employed a qualitative, interpretive method and was conducted in two cycles. Data were collected through observation (of teacher and student performance), comprehension tests, and analysis of learning artifacts. Data validation was carried out through triangulation to ensure the credibility of the findings. The results showed significant improvement in students’ understanding. The mastery learning rate increased dramatically from 30% in the pre-cycle phase to 70% at the end of Cycle I and reached 100% by the end of Cycle II. This improvement covered the cognitive (conceptual and procedural understanding), affective (internalization of philanthropic values and social awareness), and psychomotor (practical application skills) domains. Teacher performance also showed notable improvements in adaptive and reflective classroom management. The conclusion of this study affirms that the Repetitive Method is effective in facilitating holistic understanding, active participation, and independent learning among students on the Zakat Fitrah material. This method successfully transformed rote learning into deep, applicable meaning-making, in line with constructivist and contextual learning principles

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty at PT. Pegadaian UPC Baraka. The background of this research is driven by fluctuations in the number of customers and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. The method used is quantitative associative with a population of 2,400 active customers in 2024. The sampling technique utilized the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in 96 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained through the company's internal reports. Data analysis was performed using parametric statistical tests, including partial (t) and simultaneous (F) tests. The results showed that partially, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty (t count 0.935 < t_table 1.661; sig 0.352). This is because customers prioritize the speed of fund disbursement over service aspects. Meanwhile, the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on loyalty (t count 3.899 > t_{table 1.661; sig 0.000), making it the most dominant factor. Simultaneously, service quality and promotion have a significant influence on customer loyalty (F count 99.625 > F table 3.10; sig 0.000) with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.675. This finding confirms that 67.5% of customer loyalty is determined by the combination of service and promotion. Management is advised to continue optimizing digital and conventional promotional strategies without neglecting service quality standards to create stronger and sustainable emotional engagement with customers in the future. Abstract

Twitter is a social media application that is widely used. Where as many as 18.45 million users in Indonesia, Twitter users can send and read messages with a maximum of 280 characters displayed. Many opinions and reviews uploaded by users via tweets on social media are experienced in everyday life. Lately, comments about internet service providers in the covid-19 pandemic have been widely reviewed by Twitter users. Problems about internet providers through words often uploaded include internet provider complaints related to network quality, package prices, user satisfaction, and others. This study aims to classify Twitter users' tweets against internet service providers in Indonesia by analyzing the sentiments of 3 internet service providers, namely with the keywords Biznet, first media, and Indihome, using the Naïve Bayes algorithm and optimization with Particle Swarm Optimization. This research is also helpful in helping to become a measure where prospective new users will see the quality of an internet service provider in Indonesia through tweets and then divide the opinion into positive and negative. The results of Biznet's research using Naïve Bayes produce an accuracy of 77.94%, and after optimization, it becomes 81.62%. First media using Naïve Bayes produces 91.39% accuracy, and after optimization, it becomes 92.88%. Indihome using Naïve Bayes produces an accuracy of 85.78%, and after optimization, it becomes 87.48%. It can be concluded that the Naïve Bayes algorithm is a good algorithm for classification, and optimization using Particle Swarm Optimization has an effect on increasing accuracy results.
