Abstract

Abstract

AbstrakIntensitas lalu lintas yang terus meningkat perlu diakomodir dengan penambahan  infrastruktur, baik jalan ataupun jembatan. Sehingga kelancaran arus lalu lintas terjamin. Jalan lingkar Luar Barat Surabaya merupakan salah satu ruas jalan dengan arus lalu lintas yang cukup padat, sedangkan kondisi tanahnya mayoritas merupakan daerah rawa. Sehingga tujuan dari Analisa ini adalah untuk merencanakan jalan dengan sistem struktur fly over dan slab on pile yang ekonomis dan memenuhi segi keamanan serta rencana penggunaannya. Metodologi dalam Analisa ini adalah: (1) Peninjauan kondisi eksisting, (2) Analisa struktur 3 dimensi, baik daya dukung pondasi maupun struktur fly over, full slab dan  slab on pile, (3) Evaluasi kapasitas penampang struktur dan pondasi dengan program bantu SAP 2000 V.14.2.5.Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh desain fly over untuk balok menggunakan tulangan utama D32,  tulangan geser D25, elastomer tipe B, sedangkan kolom pier menggunakan tulangan longitudinal D32, tulangan geser D16. Untuk tiang pancang menggunakan D600 dengan tulangan utama D22 dan tulangan geser D13, sedangkan pile cap menggunakan tulangan utama D32, tulangan susut D25, dan tulangan geser D25. Dengan jumlah dan jarak masing-masing sesuai hasil perhitungan. Untuk desain full slab, penulangan saat kondisi pengangkatan dan beban ultimit menggunakan tulangan utama D13, Penulangan  pada kondisi ultimit menggunakan D13 untuk arah-x dan D22 untuk arah-y. Pada  slab on pile, digunakan elastomer tipe B. Tiang pancang tipe C (D 600), tulangan utama D22, dan tulangan geser D13. Penulangan pile head menggunakan D32 dan D22 sedangkan tulangan geser D19 dan D16. Desain pelat lantai fly over menggunakan tulangan utama D19. Hasil evaluasi kapasitas penampang menunjukkan keamanan terpenuhi. Dan untuk struktur pracetak, dilakukan kontrol terhadap geser, retak, tegangan akibat pengangkatan, serta lendutan yang menunjukkan bahwa penampang aman.

Abstract

The existence of toll roads cannot be separated from the emergence of a need so that road public facility providers have become economically valuable. The prestressed girders built on the Porong - Gempol toll bridge are in fact quite effective because in addition to concrete it can bear a bigger load than before and can reduce its own weight and cross-sectional size. In the next case, the girder of the Porong-Gempol Toll Road is greater than CTC which is contained in the brochure of the company itself

Abstract

Ada permasalahan prioritas yang disepakati oleh Tim pengabdian Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember dan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember yang akan diselesaikan. Permasalahan prioritas yang akan diselesaikan ini yakni aktivis Bidang Lingkungan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember belum memiliki keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pengolahan sampah organik. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah aktivis Bidang Lingkungan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember memiliki keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi Takakura  untuk mengolah sampah organik menjadi pupuk organik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam 5 (lima) tahapan pengabdian. Kelima tahapan pengabdian itu diantaranya pertama sosialisasi penerapan teknologi Takakura. Kedua, pelatihan teknologi Takakura. Ketiga, penerapan teknologi Takakura. Keempat, pendampingan dan evaluasi penerapan teknologi Takakura. Kelima Keberlanjutan Program terdiri dari pembentukan Tim khusus pemanfaatan teknologi Takakura. Kegiatan ini telah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan Aktivis Bidang Lingkungan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember. Pada saat sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan, Aktivis Bidang Lingkungan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember memiliki kemampuan menerapkan teknologi Takakura ini sebesar 26,875. Kemampuan awal dari Aktivis Bidang Lingkungan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember ini termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Setelah diberikan pendampingan, penyuluhan serta simulasi kepada Aktivis Bidang Lingkungan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember, kemampuan Aktivis Bidang Lingkungan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember meningkat sebesar 36,875. Sebelum diadakan kegiatan, kemampuan Aktivis Bidang Lingkungan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember berada dalam kategori kurang. Setelah diadakan kegiatan program pengabdian kepada Aktivis Bidang Lingkungan Pimpinan Daerah Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (PDNA) Kabupaten Jember ini meningkat pada kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Today's economic and technological advancements have made the term “investment” widely recognized. Basically, investment is the result of various parties working together to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation. Education about the capital market can be carried out to various ages, one of which is millennials, namely high school / vocational high school students. Every child needs to be economically literate, and schools are institutions that can provide good knowledge and skills to children. Service on financial feasibility analysis is carried out to educate students in analyzing financial feasibility. This service was carried out at Jember Public High School 3 which is located in Tegal Besar, Kaliwates sub-district, Jember Regency. This service was carried out by presenting material from service members to students who had previously conducted a pre-test first. After the presentation of the material students were also asked to fill in the post-test that had been provided. From the service activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that this service activity has expanded students' knowledge of engineering economics in analyzing financial feasibility.

Abstract

Dari banyaknya masalah yang dibahas, secara spesifik, Koordinasi dan FGD antara Tim Pengabdian Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember dengan IMM Komisariat Engineering Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember telah disepakati permasalahan prioritas yang akan ditangani. Permasalahan tersebut diantaranya Kader IMM Komisariat Engineering masih belum memiliki keahlian menerapkan teknologi ferosemen untuk memperkuat dinding rumah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah Kader IMM Komisariat Engineering Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember memiliki keahlian memiliki keahlian menerapkan teknologi ferosemen untuk memperkuat dinding rumah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam 5 tahapan pengabdian. Kelima tahapan pengabdian itu diantaranya pertama, Sosialisasi penerapan teknologi ferosemen. Kedua, Pelatihan Pembuatan teknologi ferosemen. Ketiga, penerapan teknologi ferosemen. Keempat, pendampingan dan evaluasi penerapan teknologi ferosemen. Kelima Keberlanjutan Program terdiri dari pembentukan Tim khusus pemanfaatan teknologi ferosemen. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan Aktivis IMM Komisariat Engineering Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember dalam menerapkan teknologi ferosemen. Sebelum kegiatan, kemampuan mereka berada di angka 20 (kategori kurang). Setelah pendampingan, penyuluhan, dan simulasi, kemampuan mereka meningkat menjadi 82,5 (kategori sangat baik). Sebelum diadakan kegiatan, kemampuan Aktivis IMM Komisariat Engineering Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember berada dalam kategori kurang. Setelah diadakan kegiatan program pengabdian di lingkungan persyarikatan Muhammadiyah kegiatan Aktivis IMM Komisariat Engineering Universitas Muhammadiyah Fakultas Teknik Jember ini meningkat pada kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Dalam pembangunan untuk menunjang pemerataan dan perkembangan ekonomi yang menyangkut untuk pembangunan permukiman, transportasi, perkantoran, seperti misalnya pabrik, Bandar, rumah susun, pabrik, baik pasar tradisional maupun modern. Dari banyaknya pertumbuhan pembangunan pada segala aspek, tidak menutup kemungkinan pemakaian lahan yang dengan kondisi tanahnya tidak atau belum memenuhi secara kajian teknis, sehingga sudah semakin sulit dan harus dilakukan pembangunan   di tanah yang sulit atau belum memadai semisal tanah   yang mempunyai penurunan besar dan proses penurunannya sangat lama ataupun dengan daya dukung kecil. Dan demikian pembangunan agar dapat dilakukan perlu suatu usaha perbaikan tanah yang menyangkut untuk perhitungan penurunan atau settlement yang secara akurat dan tepat dan kajian atau usaha untuk meningkatkan daya dukung tanah. Sehingga untuk tercapai hal demikian, agar perlu dilakukan pengujian analisis perhitungan dengan beberapa cara seperti misalnya menghitung penurunan dengan cara analitis diuji dengan cara menggunakan program bantuan.

Abstract

To obtain information on soil characteristics and behavior to the foundation structure can be started by knowing the type of soil. Identifying the soil type depends on the sampling technique.  It is easy if the sampling uses bore hole test, because the sample can be taken to the laboratory and then tested using a hydrometer and mechanical sieve to obtain the soil type. hydrometer and mechanical sieve to get the soil type. When using the CPT test, we generally do not get samples that can be tested in the laboratory. in the laboratory.  Robertson 1986 has created a soil classification system based on the CPT test, based on the values of conus resistance qc and friction ratio fr.  In this article this article, the results of the identification of common soil types in the area of near the coast of Puger Jember, in order to predict its soil behavior.  The method used is by conducting CPT test for 13 points in the area. Based on the results CPT data processing, it can be seen geologically that the soil in the Puger sub-district area, especially the coastal area, on average is a sandy soil with the characteristics of silt. with the characteristics of sandy silt to sand. With this type of soil, it can be illustrated that there is potential for liquefaction in the area. in the area.

Abstract

The soil structure-interaction analysis method is a structural analysis method in which the structure and foundation are treated as a complete structural system. Until now, the concept of analysis was that soil was idealized as a set of springs that had a unit value of foundation modulus obtained from the assumption that the ground contact stress was linear (evenly distributed). The fact is that for relatively rigid structural systems, ground contract tension is not linear. This study aims to examine whether there is a difference in the internal forces on structural element elements as a result of the analysis of structure-soil interaction assuming this ground contact stress (evenly distributed), when compared with the results of the ground-structure interaction analysis by taking into account the inlinearity of the contact stress. Research using computer aids and computer programs (SAP2000). Examples of structures were chosen that were symmetrical with the load distribution altered in such a way as to obtain values of ratios between the vertical reaction at the outermost pedestal (Rt) and the vertical reaction at the innermost pedestal (Rd) of 0.6, 0.5 and 0.4. The soil condition chosen is a type of clay soil with two kinds of conditions, namely soft and medium tanaah. The results show that whether the soil conditions are soft or moderate, most moments in an element image make a significant difference to all Rt/Rd values.

Abstract

In planning a highway bridge girder using prestressed concrete, it must pay attention to two design categories, namely strength and service. Problems have arisen since the existence of earthquake resistance regulations for road bridges, so planners must calculate the amount of deflection and stress that occurs in the upper structure due to earthquake loads, which must be smaller than the deflection and voltage permits required by regulations. All of that was also greatly influenced by the accuracy of the predicted loss losses for prestressed concrete girders. The purpose of this study was to conduct a study which could be a solution for how to actually treat a good design, for the I-Girder design of prestressed concrete used as a highway bridge girder in the event of inaccurate prediction of loss of pressure during an earthquake, resulting in two design categories strength and service ability can be considered all well. The methodology of this study is to make as a starting point the prestressed concrete I girder whose dimensions are capable of being a highway bridge girder with a span of 30 m to 40 meters with standard loading for loading BM 100. For span bridges that have 100% prediction accuracy, use as a basic benchmark of deflection and stress values that occur for the type of combination of loads that have earthquake loads, then with the same span, varied values of inaccurate predictions lose pre-stress and analyzed deflection and stress values that occur for types of load combinations that have earthquake loads varied earthquake regions 1,2, 3 and 4, for medium soil types. The results of the study show that the greater the percentage of inaccurate prediction of loss of pressure, the greater the deviation ratio of deviations both deflection, upper fiber stress and lower fiber stress occur in the field. Which, if the prediction of losing pre-pressures is smaller than the actual one, then the level of the deviation ratio of the allowable deviation increases as well as vice versa. Also, predicting pre-suppression voltage loss that is located on the side greater than the actual loss of pressure that occurs will be on the part of the party that is harmful to the ability of service and the permissible power, when an earthquake occurs.
