Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel motivasi yang terdiri dari kebutuhan, keinginan, kerja, imbalan, insentif dan harapan serta lingkungan kerja yang terdiri dari suasana kerja dan lingkungan tempat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Sekretariat Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, sekaligus mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Sekretariat Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Hasil pengujian F dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kebutuhan, keinginan, kerjasama, imbalan, insentif, harapan. suasana kerja dan sarana kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Sekretariat Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Secara partial pengaruh variabel independen terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Sekretariat Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara signifikan dan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari delapan variabel yang dimasukkan model analisis terbukti variabel imbalan mempunyai nilai standart koefisien beta terbesar sehingga disimpulkan bahwa variabel imbalan berpengaruh dominan.

Abstract

The role of women as cracker workers is one of the jobs that can increase the economic security of the family. The economic resilience of the family can be influenced by the contribution of women which has a big influence on the welfare of the family, especially in the economic sector, quite a few women work to help improve the economic resilience of their families. In this case, women play a dual role in the family where they not only take care of household work, but they can also participate in the public sector because the family's needs are increasing compared to the income they earn. The role played by women is called the role of working women. This research aims to determine the role of women cracker workers in increasing family economic resilience and the supporting and inhibiting factors of women cracker workers in increasing family economic resilience in Mangli Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study type of research. The research results show that there is a very large contribution from the presence of women cracker workers in increasing the economic resilience of the family, which with this contribution can help the family economy significantly and they do this to achieve economic stability and resilience in their families.

Abstract

Melihat kondisi sosial Desa Jatiroto Lor Kabupaten Lumajang yang minat warganya, terutama remaja wanita dan para istri yang mau bekerja di luar Negeri menjadi Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) ini cukup menggugah penulis untuk melakukan pemberdayaan, guna memini malisir dampak negative yang ditimbulkan serta memberikan trobosan baru agar masyarakat Desa Jatiroto Lor Kabupaten Lumahang lebih produktif, sehingga masyarakat mampu membuka lapangan pekerjaan sendiri agar tidak lagi harus ke luar Negeri sebagai Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling atau sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dalam pengasuhan yang dilakukan oleh ayah, tante atau nenek menggunakan pola asuh permisif memanjakan dan otoriter. Pola pengasuhan permisif memanjakan dipilih karena merasa kasihan terhadap anak karena orang tua/ibunya bekerja di luar negeri dalam waktu yang lama, sedangkan pola pengasuhan otoriter keluarga lebih suka menghukum anak secara fisik dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan tidak bersedia mendengarkan pendapat anak. Perbedaan pola pengasuhan tersebut disebabkan karena faktor ekonomi, keluarga yang kurang mampu cenderung menggunakan pola pengasuhan otoriter, sedangkan keluarga yang berkecukupan cenderung menggunakan pola pengasuhan permisif memanjakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran dan Implementasi strategi Kebijakan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi dalam upaya menekan angka Pengangguran di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan penjelasan kualitatif. Peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap 5 informan serta melakukan observasi langsung di tempat penelitian, kemudian diinterpretasikan dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi dalam menekan angka pengangguran di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara sudah baik, yaitu dengan menyusun perencanaan dan strategi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga kerja melalui pelatihan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, meciptakan wirausaha yang produktif melalui pendaan dan pelatihan, melakukan program pemagangan dan jobfair, melakukan kerjasasama dengan Dinas terkait ataupun perangkat daerah lainnya, membangun hubungan yang produkti dengan perushaaan-perushaan yang ada di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and digital service innovation through the PLN Mobile application on customer satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Mamuju. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey design, involving 100 respondents selected through the Simple Random Sampling technique. Service quality is measured using the SERVQUAL model, encompassing five dimensions: Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Digital service innovation is assessed through three dimensions: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and User Experience. Data were collected via an online questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results indicate that service quality (p-value < 0.001) and digital service innovation (p-value < 0.001) individually and simultaneously have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 87.3%. The dimensions of Reliability and Empathy from service quality, along with Perceived Ease of Use from digital service innovation, are the dominant factors influencing customer satisfaction. The study recommends enhancing Reliability and Empathy by improving electricity supply reliability and customer care, as well as optimizing the PLN Mobile application to enhance ease of use, particularly for customers with limited digital literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of doctor fulfillment at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, prioritizing the collection of primary and secondary data through interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that while the management of doctor fulfillment at RSUD Nunukan has covered various essential aspects, improvements are still needed in the recruitment system, enhancement of workplace facilities, and the welfare of medical personnel. The main obstacles identified include the lack of incentives, limited medical facilities, as well as geographical challenges and complex bureaucratic procedures. This study provides recommendations to improve the recruitment system, increase incentives for medical personnel, and optimize budget management to better meet the demand for doctors and enhance the quality of healthcare services in the region.

Abstract

The control environment is a fundamental component of a company’s internal control system, comprising standards, processes, and organizational structures that guide the implementation of internal controls. This study aims to examine the factors influencing the implementation of the control environment and evaluate its stability in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) within the industrial and service sectors. An exploratory research design with multiple case studies was employed to gain in-depth insights. The findings indicate that SOE management has established a control environment; however, inconsistencies persist across business segments. In particular, the risk management dimension in some cases requires further development, as no dedicated Chief Risk Officer (CRO) exists, and internal audit and risk management functions are not yet optimal, reducing overall effectiveness. Nevertheless, positive practices are evident, including well-structured control organizations, strong commitment to competence, enforcement of accountability, productive roles of top management, and adherence to integrity and ethical standards. The study concludes that while the control environment is implemented, strengthening risk management and internal audit functions is essential to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of internal controls in SOEs.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a chronic condition characterized by an increase in blood pressure against the walls of arterial blood vessels. One of the factors most frequently associated with elevated blood pressure is dyslipidemia, particularly hypercholesterolemia, which refers to an increased level of total cholesterol in the blood. Elevated cholesterol levels, especially low-density lipoprotein (LDL), can trigger the formation of atherosclerotic plaques on the arterial walls, narrowing the vessel lumen and increasing vascular resistance. It is estimated that approximately 18% of the population, or around 36 million people, experience lipid abnormalities, of which 80% of cases result in sudden death due to heart attack. Objective:This study aimed to determine the relationship between cholesterol levels and the incidence of hypertension among patients in the working area of Sungai Raya Dalam Public Health Center, Sungai Raya District. Methods: This study employed an analytical observational design with a quantitative approach, using a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling method. A total of 97 respondents diagnosed with hypertension at the Sungai Raya Dalam Public Health Center were included as the study sample. Results: The results of the study showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The strength of the relationship was moderate, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.353**. Statistical analysis indicated a positive or unidirectional relationship between the two variables. Conclusion: This study demonstrated a significant relationship between cholesterol levels and increased blood pressure among individuals with hypertension.

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah siswa SMP di Kabupaten Majene, Desa Bonde Utara. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini ada dua yakni kegiatan edukasi dengan metode ceramah tentang cara bijak bermedia sosial. Tahap kedua adalah pelatihan pembuatan video interaktif dan mensyaratkan siswa membuat satu video yang menggunakan foto dan video aktivitas pribadinya.  Fokus materi yang diberikan adalah pembuatan video edukasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi capcut. Sebanyak 25 siswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil yang dicapai adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat video tentang potensi yang ada di sekitarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance reporting mechanism and identify obstacles causing delays in the reporting process at the Nunukan Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). Performance reporting, particularly the Government Agency Performance Report (LKJIP), is a crucial instrument for assessing the achievement of an organization's strategic goals and ensuring the effective implementation of the principles of public accountability and transparency. This research was conducted at the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Nunukan Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the reporting mechanism has a clear basic structure, but it is not yet fully operational due to weak coordination, limited digital systems, and a lack of technical guidance. Meanwhile, reporting delays are also influenced by high operational workloads and the lack of standardized procedures. This research provides strategic recommendations in the form of strengthening the coordination system, developing reporting SOPs, increasing human resource capacity, and digitizing the reporting process as steps to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of LKJIP preparation in the future.
