Abstract

Pembelajaran ialah alat penting buat mensukseskan pembangunan nasional. Tidak hanya itu pembelajaran pula ialah perlengkapan ataupun alat buat mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bagus itu pembelajaran agama ataupun pembelajaran biasa paling utama dalam bertumbuhnya kurikulum MBKM yang mana dalam pelaksanaannya tidak seluruh mahasiswa bisa menjajaki keiatan MBKM itu sendiri. Riset ini bermaksud buat mengenali strategi yang digunakan pimpinan bidang PAI UAD dalam meningkatkan kampus merdeka buat tingkatkan kualitas alumnus. Penelitia ini mengenakan tata cara riset deskritif kualitatif dengan tata cara pengumpulan informasi dengan metode pemantauan, tanya jawab serta riset kesusastraan. Hasil dalam riset ini membuktikan kalau ada dua aplikasi dalam kebijaksanaan kurikulum MBKM dalam meingkatkan kualitas alumnus ialah Pengembangan kurikulum sesuai kebijaksanaan MBKM serta aplikasi aktivitas MBKM yang dicocokkan dengan profil lulusan serta capaian profil lulusan di Prodi PAI Universitas Ahmad Dahlan yakni Asistensi Membimbing, serta Riset atau Studi. Sehingga peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dalam mengembangkan MBKM dapat dilakukan dengan tiga langkah yaitu penyusunan kurikulum, penyusunan penataran, serta penilaian program penataran

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the influence of cooperative model type TPS toward the mathematics achievement grade 8-students of MTs Budi Agung, Medan. The true experimental design with the comparison group was used in this study. The population is grade 8-students in academic year 2013/2014 with the total of 90 students while the sample is the students of classroom VIII-1 as the experimental group and the students of classroom VIII-2 as the control group. The data were collected by using test and were analyzed by using t-test. The results showed that the average score of students’ achievements of the experimental group is 8.87 and of the control group is 7.5. It conclude that there is a significant influence of cooperative model type TPS toward the mathematics achievement of grade 8-students of MTs Budi Agung, Medan

Abstract

Agama merupakan pondasi kehidupan bagi setiap pemeluknya. Pondasi tersebut diibaratkan seperti sebuah bangunan rumah, yang mana kekuatan rumah tersebut bertumpu pada pondasinya. Namun semakin berkembangnya zaman toleransi terhadap sesame manusia semakin menurun diakibatkan tidak ada pencegahan lebih dini. Dalam penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi moderenisasi beramaga di kampu UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dalam meningkatkan toleransi antar budaya dan agama. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) alasan krusial moderasi beragama di ajarkan kepada mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang adalah untuk menciptakan suasana kampus yang rukun dan damai, meminimalisir adanya konflik dan gesekan antar mahasiswa yang berbeda agama dan suku, serta membekali mahasiswa dengan wawasan kemoderatan. (2) pemahaman moderasi beragama yang di ajarkan kepada mahasiswa lebih mengarah pada konsep tawassuth yaitu dengan mengambil jalan tengah ketika mengambil sebuah tindakan untuk menghadapi adanya perbedaan yang terjadi dan lebih mengarah kepada toleransi, hal ini didukung juga oleh beberapa unsur seperti penggunaan prinsip, indikator, landasan serta fungsi moderasi beragama yang sesuai sebagaimana yang distandarkan dalam teori. (3) proses implementasi moderasi beragama dalam meningkatkan sikap sosio-religius dan toleransi beragama di UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dilakukan melalui empat tahap yaitu proses perencanaan, strategi, pelaksanaan/implementasi dan evaluasi

Abstract

Education is a strategic instrument in building intelligent, moral individuals who actively contribute to society. In Indonesia's context as a diverse society, multicultural education serves as a vital approach to fostering social harmony by encouraging respect for cultural, religious, and local value differences. This research aims to delve into the meaning of education and the implementation of multicultural education to support inclusive diversity. A literature review of various recent journals found that multicultural education plays a pivotal role in nurturing tolerant, fair, and democratic attitudes among students. However, its application in educational institutions faces significant challenges, such as the lack of understanding and competence among educators and the limited availability of appropriate teaching materials. These obstacles hinder the effectiveness of multicultural education in achieving its intended goals. Several strategies can be adopted to address these challenges, including strengthening educators' capacities through targeted training and workshops, developing inclusive teaching resources, and utilizing educational technology innovations. Educators can create interactive and engaging learning environments emphasizing diversity and inclusion by integrating technology. In addition, a collaborative effort among stakeholders, including schools, communities, and policymakers, is essential to ensure the sustainability of multicultural education programs. With these efforts, multicultural education can serve as an effective solution for shaping a harmonious and inclusive society capable of addressing global challenges. Ultimately, education remains a cornerstone for cultivating values of mutual respect and understanding in an increasingly interconnected world.

Abstract

The principal is a leader in the school, the principal is very influential in developing religious culture in the school environment. There are many religious cultures that must be developed, especially in terms of the effectiveness and efficiency of fostering religious culture in schools and society. Therefore the principal seeks to develop a religious culture in school by increasing the religious atmosphere so that students are accustomed to behaving in accordance with Islamic values. Researchers use qualitative methods with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using; (1) Interview, (2) Observation, (3) Documentation. The data analysis used by the author is triangulation. Abstract

This study aims to answer the problems of the eight hypotheses proposed, namely: 1) The effect of leadership on lecturer performance, 2) The effect of leadership and interpersonal communication on lecturer performance, 3) The effect of interpersonal communication on lecturer performance, 4) Effect of leadership on team effectiveness, 5) Effect of interpersonal communication on team effectiveness, 6) Effect of team effectiveness on lecturer performance, 7) The effect of leadership, interpersonal communication, and team effectiveness on lecturer performance, and 8) The role of team effectiveness mediates the influence between leadership and interpersonal communication on lecturer performance. The population of this study were all lecturers of Al Washliyah University UNIVA Medan as many as 210 people with a total sample of 136 taken by proportional random sampling technique based on the Krejcle and Morgan Tables which were processed using SPSS and analysed by Path Analysis. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that leadership has a significant direct effect on the performance of UNIVA Medan lecturers by 0.465. 2) Leadership and interpersonal communication have a significant direct effect on the performance of UNIVA Medan lecturers by 0.371. 3) Interpersonal communication of lecturers has a significant direct effect on the performance of UNIVA Medan lecturers by 0.675. 4) Leadership has a significant direct effect on team effectiveness at UNIVA Medan by 0.437. 5) Interpersonal communication has a significant direct effect on team effectiveness at UNIVA Medan by 0.594. 6) Team effectiveness has a significant direct effect on the performance of UNIVA Medan lecturers by 0.808. 7) Team effectiveness mediates the influence between leadership and interpersonal communication on the performance of UNIVA Medan lecturers by 0.373. 8) Leadership, interpersonal communication and team effectiveness together on the performance of UNIVA Medan lecturers by 73.7% while the rest comes from the influence of other variables outside the variables used in this study.
