Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of Marketing Management learning, to enhance student enthusiasm for learning, to improve lecturers' skills in developing learning models and media, and to improve student learning achievement. The results showed that students' learning achievements experienced an increase in each cycle. Mastery of student learning before applying the concept map method 0%, after applying the concept map method, mastery learning from students after the final test is 9 4%. Interest, activeness, and collaboration of students in the learning process with a range of 1-4 results are good (3.44). The results of observations on the skills of lecturers in the management of learning using the concept map method with a range of 1-4 show good results with the mean of cycle 1, cycle 2, and cycle 3, 38. The score is the average of all aspects observed in three cycles.Keywords:Marketing management; mind mapping learning method.

Abstract

Mencari ilmu adalah merupakan suatu perintah agama. Kesempurnaan agama seseorang adalah atas ilmunya pengamalan atasnya. Sebagai konsekwensi peran manusia sebagai khalifah, maka ilmu juga melekat persoalan khalifah yang ada pada manusia. Eksitensi manusia adalah ada, manakala ada akalnya. Akal inilah yang membedakan kualitas seseorang. Seorang Nabi diutus kepada ummatnya tergantung kapasitas akal ummatnya. Melihat begitu pentingnya ilmu dengan akal ummatnya. Maka sosok kepentingan ilmu berada dibawah Tauhid. Dengan Tauhid yang sempurna akan tercipta akhlak yang sempurna agar ilmu tetap terjaga. Kata Kunci: , , .

Abstract

Education management strategies can be applied to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the digital era. With the development of information and communication technology, innovative approaches are needed to ensure PAI learning remains relevant and effective. This research explores the concept of education management that focuses on the use of technology in PAI teaching, exploring the potential of online platforms, mobile applications, and other digital resources. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach to analysis. The data collection method used is through observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data presentation and data verification. In addition, this study also discusses the challenges that may arise during the implementation of this strategy and provides a view on the integration of technology to achieve holistic PAI learning objectives. By detailing concrete steps and case studies, this research provides practical guidance for educators and school administrators to improve the effectiveness of PAI learning in facing the dynamics of the digital era

Abstract

Islam has a long history in developing science that began in the 7th century. This development was triggered by the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith that encouraged the Muslims to demand knowledge and understand the universe. In the golden age of Islam (eighth to fourteenth centuries), centers of science such as Baghdad, Cordoba, and Cairo were the birthplace of many great scientists such as Al-Khwarizmi, Ibn Sina, and Al-Razi. They made significant contributions to a wide range of sciences including mathematics, medicine, astronomy, and philosophy. The influence of the development of science in Islam on Islamic education is enormous. First, education in Islam emphasizes the importance of a balance between religious science and general science. Second, many Islamic educational institutions, such as madrasas and universities, are established to facilitate the teaching of science in a comprehensive manner. Third, the curriculum of Islamic education often includes the study of science and technology, in addition to religious studies, to produce broad-knowing and critical-minded individuals. However, the development of science in Islam also faces challenges, especially in the modern era. These challenges include efforts to maintain the relevance of the Islamic educational curriculum to the development of contemporary science as well as the integration of technology into the learning process. Therefore, Islamic education needs to continue to adapt and innovate in order to remain able to make meaningful contributions to the world of science and remain relevant in the midst of changing times.

Abstract

Education is a strategic instrument in building intelligent, moral individuals who actively contribute to society. In Indonesia's context as a diverse society, multicultural education serves as a vital approach to fostering social harmony by encouraging respect for cultural, religious, and local value differences. This research aims to delve into the meaning of education and the implementation of multicultural education to support inclusive diversity. A literature review of various recent journals found that multicultural education plays a pivotal role in nurturing tolerant, fair, and democratic attitudes among students. However, its application in educational institutions faces significant challenges, such as the lack of understanding and competence among educators and the limited availability of appropriate teaching materials. These obstacles hinder the effectiveness of multicultural education in achieving its intended goals. Several strategies can be adopted to address these challenges, including strengthening educators' capacities through targeted training and workshops, developing inclusive teaching resources, and utilizing educational technology innovations. Educators can create interactive and engaging learning environments emphasizing diversity and inclusion by integrating technology. In addition, a collaborative effort among stakeholders, including schools, communities, and policymakers, is essential to ensure the sustainability of multicultural education programs. With these efforts, multicultural education can serve as an effective solution for shaping a harmonious and inclusive society capable of addressing global challenges. Ultimately, education remains a cornerstone for cultivating values of mutual respect and understanding in an increasingly interconnected world.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat menuntut adanya perlindungan hukum terhadap karya intelektual, khususnya program komputer yang memiliki nilai ekonomi dan strategis. Di Indonesia, perlindungan hukum atas program komputer diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih maraknya pelanggaran hak cipta berupa pembajakan, penggandaan ilegal, dan distribusi tanpa izin yang merugikan pencipta maupun industri perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Undang-Undang Hak Cipta dalam melindungi program komputer serta mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif yuridis dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, serta studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui kajian literatur, analisis peraturan perundang-undangan, serta putusan pengadilan yang berkaitan dengan pelanggaran hak cipta program komputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Undang-Undang Hak Cipta telah memberikan landasan hukum yang cukup jelas bagi perlindungan program komputer sebagai ciptaan yang dilindungi. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih terdapat kendala berupa lemahnya penegakan hukum, rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat, serta keterbatasan pengawasan terhadap distribusi digital. Kesimpulan, meskipun secara normatif Undang-Undang Hak Cipta mampu memberikan perlindungan terhadap program komputer, namun efektivitasnya sangat bergantung pada sinergi antara pemerintah, aparat penegak hukum, industri, dan masyarakat. Diperlukan upaya peningkatan literasi hukum, penguatan regulasi teknis, serta penegakan hukum yang konsisten untuk menciptakan perlindungan hak cipta yang optimal di era digital.

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk membangun karakter kepemimpinan berbasis kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW pada era modern di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ) Masjid Nurul Ihsan Padang. Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad SAW yang meliputi kejujuran (shiddiq), dapat dipercaya (amanah), kecerdasan (fathonah), dan kemampuan menyampaikan pesan (tabligh) dalam proses pendidikan di TPQ. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi modern juga diadaptasi untuk memperkuat pembelajaran tanpa mengesampingkan nilai-nilai Islam. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pengajaran langsung, praktik langsung melalui aktivitas sosial, serta pengawasan dan pendampingan kolaboratif antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan santri yang berintegritas, bertanggung jawab, cerdas, dan komunikatif. Dengan demikian, TPQ Masjid Nurul Ihsan Padang berhasil mencetak generasi pemimpin yang tidak hanya berlandaskan nilai-nilai keislaman, tetapi juga relevan dan siap menghadapi tantangan era modern.
