Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Islamic Neurol Linguistic Programming (INLP) techniques in increasing student motivation and resilience. The subjects of this study were students at PTMA (Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah Higher Education Institutions) in Indonesia. A two-group pretest-posttest experimental design was used, where all research subjects were divided into two treatment groups: the experimental group and the control group. Data collection was measured by using 2 measuring instruments, namely the learning motivation scale and the resilience scale to measure the differences between conditions at the pretest and posttest. This research aimed to provide a practical solution to enhance the learning motivation and resilience of PTMA students during the covid-19 pandemic so that the subjects would be psychologically healthier. The data collected in this study used the Resilience and Motivation scale. Based on statistical tests, it was found that Islamic Neuro Linguistic Programming (INLP) can increase student resilience and learning motivation because INLP is a form of an applicable practical intervention that can be used during daily worship.

Abstract

Dalam proses belajar mengajar, kreativitas mengajar guru memainkan peran penting dalam peningkatan mutu hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kreativitas mengajar guru adalah motivasi kerja. Apabila guru mempunyai motivasi motivasi kerja yang tinggi, mereka akan terorong dan berusaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan Skala motivasi kerja dan skala kreativitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner secara langsung dan dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru dengan nilai R2 = 0,420. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan kepada sekolah dan guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to transform Islamic learning materials from books into an educational board game format at Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ) Baitul Khoir Jetakan, Jogonegoro, Mertoyudan. This initiative was designed to create an effective learning process and to foster a character of perseverance among the students. Board games were chosen as an alternative, interactive, and enjoyable learning medium, expected to increase children's motivation and enthusiasm for learning Islamic teachings. The program's implementation showed positive results: 7 children aged from early childhood education (PAUD) to 2nd grade elementary school, who previously only mastered the Pillars of Islam and some names of angels, now successfully memorized all the Pillars of Faith, Pillars of Islam, names of angels, and 3-5 daily prayers. Meanwhile, 15 children aged 3rd-6th grade elementary school successfully memorized the names of prophets along with their miracles, popular Islamic history, 6-10 daily prayers, and were able to correctly practice ablution (wudhu) and prayer (shalat). This game also significantly encouraged social interaction and cooperation among students, supporting the formation of an Islamic character of "perseverance." It is concluded that the transformation of knowledge through board games at TPQ Baitul Khoir was effective in enhancing basic Islamic knowledge and cultivating a character of perseverance in the students.

Abstract

Background: The scarcity of cadres from Muhammadiyah organizational families is noteworthy. Although fathers dominate involvement, their role in shaping the next generation is often overlooked. Fathers significantly influence family communication and upbringing. Objective: This study evaluates the effectiveness of the "Ayah Ayo Mengasuh" training program in increasing communication intensity in Muhammadiyah organizational families. Method: Subjects are 40 Muhammadiyah families in Magelang. Using Solomon Four Group Design, divided into experimental, control 1, control 2, and control 3 groups. Data collected via a valid and reliable family communication intensity scale. Analyzed with Mann Whitney U Test. Results: Comparison of experimental post-test scores with control 1: Z -3.402, p=0.001 (p<0.05), showing training influence. With control 3: Z -3.506, p=0.000 (p<0.05), confirming increase due to intervention, not pre-test. Conclusion: The training maximizes fathers' roles, impacting cadre emergence through the smallest structure: the family. Abstrak Latar Belakang: Kelangkaan kader dari keluarga organisasi Muhammadiyah menarik dibahas. Meski ayah dominan terlibat, perannya dalam membentuk generasi berikutnya sering terabaikan. Ayah berpengaruh besar pada komunikasi dan pengasuhan keluarga. Tujuan: Menilai efektivitas program pelatihan "Ayah Ayo Mengasuh" dalam meningkatkan intensitas komunikasi keluarga organisasi Muhammadiyah. Metode: Subjek 40 keluarga Muhammadiyah di Magelang. Desain Solomon Four Group: kelompok eksperimen, kontrol 1, 2, 3. Data: skala intensitas komunikasi keluarga (valid dan reliabel). Analisis: Mann Whitney U Test. Hasil: Perbandingan skor post-test eksperimen vs. kontrol 1: Z -3.402, p=0.001 (p<0.05), ada pengaruh pelatihan. Vs. kontrol 3: Z -3.506, p=0.000 (p<0.05), peningkatan karena intervensi, bukan pre-test. Simpulan: Pelatihan ini memaksimalkan peran ayah, berdampak pada munculnya kader melalui keluarga.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana mahasiswa mengetahui arti tentang kesehatan mental dan bagaimana menjaga agar mental mahasiswa bisa selalu sehat. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 76 mahasiswa dengan berbagai macam jurusan. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah membagikan kuisoner kepada responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 76 mahasiswa saat ditanya sejauh mana mahasiswa mengetahui arti tentang kesehatan mental didapatkan hasil bahwa 17 mahasiswa (22,4%) menjawab bisa menyesuaikan diri, dapat menyelesaikan masalah dan mampu bangkit dari keterpurukan, 58 mahasiswa (76,3%) menjawab tidak gila, tidak masuk rumah sakit jiwa, dan tidak berbicara sendiri, sementara hanya 1 mahasiswa (1,3%) tidak tahu apa itu kesehatan mental. Sedangkan untuk pertanyaan bagaimana menjaga agar mental mahasiswa bisa selalu sehat, 62 mahasiswa (82%) menyatakan bahwa meningkatkan religiusitas merupakan salah satu cara untuk menjaga agar selalu sehat mental sementara sisanya berjumlah 14 mahasiswa (18%) menyatakan memperbanyak teman atau jaringan sosial dapat meningkatkan kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Arah penelitian ini ialah mengetahui dampak positif dan negatif permainan lato-lato darisudut pandang psikososial. Memotret fenomena yang sedang viral menggunakankacamata psikososial melalui pendekatan studi literatur dengan mengandalkan data darimedia cetak maupun elektronik yang kredibel dipilih untuk mencapai tujuan daripenelitian ini. Hasilnya dampak psikososial permainan ini menjadi dua bagian terpisahdengan dua subjek utama orang tua dan anak. Bagi anak lebih banyak mendapatkandampak positif psikososialnya antara lain berupa keterampilan motorik kasar terasah danmengurangi perilaku anti-sosial. Adapun dampak negatifnya lebih didominasi orang tua, kekhawatiran terhadap bahaya yang ditimbulkan bagi keselamatan dan masapenggunaan permainan yang melewati batas kegiatan wajib seperti beribadah maupunbelajar.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of self-awareness training to reduce perceptions of early marriage. The subjects in this study were 6 people who were divided into two groups, 3 subjects were in the experimental group (given training) and 3 subjects were in the control group (not given training). . Data collection in this study used the internal scale of perceptions of early marriage and was analyzed using the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U technique. The results of the 2-group differential test using SPSS were Asymp values. Sig of 0.043 (p <0.05), this shows that "self-awareness" training is effective in reducing internal perceptions of early marriage. Subjects who attended training had lower internal perceptions than research subjects in the control group who did not attend training. The end result of this research process is the "self-awareness" training module which is designed as a form of intervention in reducing internal perceptions of early marriage that is feasible to use.

Abstract

Psychological well-being is important to do because the positive value comes from mental health in a person can identify what is missing in his life. The impact of psychological well-being on the health and productivity of the elderly shows how important high psychological well-being is for the elderly. This study uses a research method. The research location is Jetis Gayu Hamlet, Wringinputih, Borobudur. The collection of research data was obtained from an interview process between the Head of Jetis Gayu Hamlet and students of the Muhammadiyah University of Magelang. The data obtained from the interview and observation processes will be presented descriptively using words that are easy to understand and understand. The results of the study as a whole show that health education stickers can increase the knowledge of the elderly about the importance of seeking treatment and health checks, and can increase the interest of the elderly in the benefits and existence of posyandu.
