Abstract

Jumlah penduduk yang besar merupakan aset bagi suatu bangsa dalammeningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Namun laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidakdiimbangi dengan peningkatan pada bidang lain, seperti ekonomi dan bidang lainnyaberakibat menyempitnya lapangan pekerjaan yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkanjumlah pengangguran. Permasalahan banyaknya pengangguran semakin berat ketikapandemi covid 19 melanda bangsa kita. Akhirnya untuk bertahan hidup dan menghidupikeluarga beberapa ibu rumah tangga bekerja apa saja untuk membantu perekonomiankeluarga. Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang bagaimanamenjadi wirausaha sukses pada ibu-ibu PKK RT 2, RW 4, Rangkapan Jaya Baru PancoranMas, Depok.Metode yang digunakan pada PKM ini adalah dengan memberikan pengetahuan,berbagi pengalaman dan memberikan motivasi tentang wirausaha kepada ibu-ibu PKK RT2, RW 4, Rangkapan Jaya Baru Pancoran Mas, Depok. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan caraonline, yaitu melalui google meet dan juga offline. Kegiatan offline dilaksanakan di rumahIbu RT 2, RW 4, Jalan Masjid Al Hukama, Rangkapan Jaya Baru, Pancoran Mas, Depok.Untuk kegiatan offline dilaksanakan dengan tetap mematuhi protocol Kesehatan. Acaraoffline dipandu oleh mahasiswa Unpam dengan menyaksikan materi yang disampaikansecara online.Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini, memperlihatkan bertambahnya pengetahuan IbuIbu PKK tentang wirausaha. Selain itu terlihat adanya antusias untuk mulai berwirausahabagi yang belum dan menambah semangat yang sudah berwirausaha untukmengembangkan bisnisnya..Kata kunci : wirausaha, pandemi, PKK

Abstract

The research aims to determine the simultaneous significant impact of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Tunas Jaya Packindo in West Jakarta. The research methodology employed is quantitative. The population in the study consists of 75 respondents, and a saturated sample technique is used for sample selection. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, autocorrelation testing, heteroskedasticity testing, multiple linear regression testing, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient testing, t-test, and f-test. The research results indicate that Training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and similarly, Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between Training and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT Tunas Jaya Packindo in West Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Gomda Sindaru Indonesia di Jakarta Barat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dimana persamaan regresi linier sederhana  Y = 13,766 + 0,674 (X1). Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,702. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,2%. Nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,502 > 2,002) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 17,763 + 0,615 (X2). Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,661. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,7% Nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (6,705 > 2,002) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Gomda Sindaru Indonesia di Jakarta Barat. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 10,916 + 0,450 (X1) + 0,308 (X2). Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,740. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,8%. Nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (34,496 > 3,160) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan posisi guru pendidikan agama Islam di masyarakat minoritas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan pedagogis. Sumber data untuk penelitian ini adalah dari hasil wawancara, yang diwawancarai adalah ketua dewan, kepala sekolah, guru, siswa dan orang tua. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari penelitian terkait literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Melalui perencanaan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Perencanaan pelaksanaan menurut rencana kepala sekolah dapat dilihat pada aspek-aspek berikut: 1)Persepsi keberhasilan dapat dilihat dari praktek atau pelaksanaan rencana kepala sekolah terkait dengan pendidikan agama, tidak ada larangan siswa muslim untuk berdoa, bahkan beberapa sekolah menyelenggarakan upacara keagamaan. 2). Kesuksesan sosial dilihat dari faktor-faktor yang ditemukan di lapangan yaitu hubungan guru-murid yang terkesan akrab tanpa membedakan satu sama lain. Strategi sekolah untuk memberikan pemahaman keagamaan kepada siswa muslim selain pendidikan sekolah adalah dengan mengadakan pertemuan keluarga untuk menjalin kontak dengan tokoh lintas agama, organisasi keagamaan, lembaga pendidikan dan melalui pendekatan sosial dan budaya serta mengelola satuan pendidikan untuk menerima semua siswa yang ingin untuk bersekolah di Toraja Utara tanpa persyaratan khusus dan memberikan layanan kepada siswa tanpa memandang suku dan agama.

Abstract

The study aims to describe digitalization at MAN Luwu .This research is a qualitative research using a Managerial approach. The data source is primary data sourced from the Principal and Islamic Religious Education Teachers, Students. While secondary data is taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, data analysis, data interpretation, and instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study show that the Education Management Information System (SIMDIK) of the Luwu State Islamic Senior High School consists of services for educators and education personnel by empowering the SIMPATIKA application (Educator and Education Personnel Information System of the Ministry of Religion), e-learning applications, both for teachers and students and web-based applications in accepting new students. Implementationdigital-based madrasah managementThe State Senior High School of Luwu focuses on students with the implementation of digital-based learning. It has a lot of applications and requires seriousness from teachers to be able to develop various applications for learning.in accordance. The digital-based learning evaluation system can be implemented or applied through the Digital RDM (Digital Madrasah Report) application. Abstract

Learning is the main activity in the education process at school. Learning is a conscious effort to change attitudes and behavior. Motivation is needed in an effort to achieve behavioral change. Motivation is one of the factors that drives students to want to learn. Learning motivation can support to be intrinsic motivation (motivations of circumstances that come from within the students themselves that can encourage them to take action to learn) and extrinsic motivation (conditions that come from outside the individual students who encourage them to carry out learning activities). One effort to provide motivation with a more diverse delivery method for students of SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Ciputat with the Motivation Seminar method where the resource persons will help provide material briefings and discussions with students about good and effective learning processes in order to improve quality and achievement. One of reason, we choose SMA Muhammadiyah 8 in Ciputat accordance to contribute growth with the vision, mission and goals of the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at Malangke State Junior High School in fostering students' morals, the efforts made, the obstacles faced, and solutions to improve the effectiveness of learning. This study is a qualitative study. In collecting data through in-depth interviews conducted by question and answer while face to face with informants, namely 1 principal, 5 teachers, 10 students, 3 parents and 3 alumni. The results of the study indicate that the role of PAI teachers at Malangke State Junior High School focuses on strengthening religious education through providing information and resources related to morals, as well as assignments that train students' responsibility. Efforts to foster morals carried out by PAI teachers include cultivating religious culture, such as shaking hands when going home from school, greeting teachers, and guiding vehicles when entering the school gate. In addition, teachers make it a habit to give alms every Friday to foster an attitude of generosity, caring, and sincerity. The obstacles faced include limited provision of learning materials that do not cover all students and less supportive learning situations. The solutions implemented by Islamic Religious Education teachers to improve learning effectiveness include addressing these obstacles, for example, by providing material notes to students who do not yet have textbooks or worksheets.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted at MAN Palopo. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained showed that the application of the mind mapp model on student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average result of 71.00 in the psychomotor aspect and 71.88 in the cognitive aspect. While in cycle II the average value was 77.48 and learning achievement was on average 80.52. As for cycle III, 25 students participated in the subject and got a passing grade with an average value of 82.08 and learning achievement was on average 82.06. Thus, student learning outcomes through the application of the mind mapp model in BTQ learning at MAN Palopo have increased. The process of implementing the mind mapp model in improving BTQ learning at MAN Palopo which was carried out in cycle III which was participated by 25 students, obtained information that overall students got scores that reached the KKM.  Keywords: PTK, Mind Mapp, BTQ Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN Palopo. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model mind mapp hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I diperoleh hasil rata-rata 71,00 pada aspek psikomotorik dan 71,88 pada aspek kognitif. Sedangkan  siklus II  nilai   rata-rata 77,48 dan prestasi belajar pada rata-rata 80,52. Adapun pada siklus III  diikuti oleh subjek sebanyak  25 peserta didik mendapatkan nilai tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata 82,08 dan prestasi belajar pada rata-rata 82,06. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model mind mapp dalam pembelajaran BTQ di MAN Palopo mengalami peningkatan. Adapun  proses penerapan  model  mind  mapp dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran BTQ di MAN Palopo  yang dilakukan pada siklus III  yang diikuti oleh subjek sebanyak 25 peserta didik, diperoleh informasi secara keseluruhan peserta didik mendapatkan nilai yang mencapai KKM. Kata Kunci: PTK, Mind Mapp, BTQ
