Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to reveal the conditions of social interaction among female prison inmates based on the sociometric instrument. The results of findings in the field based on information from the prison are feelings of fear, fear of being alienated by other inmates, the occurrence of violence between inmates. This is due to conditions of social interaction that are not good in prisons. The approach in this research is quantitative with descriptive research, namely survey research using sociometric instruments. In this study, there was a population of 240 inmates who were then used as a sample of 39 inmates. This study found that there were 2 target residents who were good friends to cooperate with, 2 target partners who often competed and 3 assisted friends who often conflicted or had conflicts. It can be concluded that this sociometric instrument is very helpful in identifying inmates who are liked, who often compete and who are in conflict. The results can be used as a guideline for developing service programs that are in accordance with the conditions of women's prison inmates. Keywords: Sociometry, Social Interaction, PenitentiaryAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan kondisi interaksi sosial pada Warga Binaan Lapas Perempuan berdasarkan Instrumen Sosiometri. Hasil penemuan di lapangan berdasarkan informasi dari pihak lapas terdapat perasaan takut, takut diasingkan oleh warga binaan lainnya, terjadinya kekerasan antar warga binaan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kondisi interaksi sosial yang kurang baik terjadi di dalam Lapas. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian survei yang menggunakan Instrumen Sosiometri. Pada penelitian ini terdapat populasi sebanyak 240 warga binaan yang kemudian dijadikan sampel sebanyak 39 orang warga binaan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa teman yang baik untuk bekerjsama terdapat 2 warga binaan, teman yang sering bersaing terdapat 2 warga binaan dan teman yang sering bertentangan atau berkonflik terdapat 3 warga binaan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen sosiometri ini sangat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi warga binaan yang disukai, yang sering bersaing dan yang berkonflik. Hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk mengembangkan program layanan yang sesuai dengan kondisi warga binaan Lapas Perempuan.Kata Kunci: Sosiometri, Interaksi Sosial, Lembaga Permasyarakatan

Abstract

Keterbatasan bahan dan dana menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi guru PAUD dalam membuat Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) untuk pembelajaran di kelas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogis guru dalam merancang dan mengembangkan APE berbahan loose part. Loose part adalah material yang dapat dipindahkan, dibawa, digabungkan, disusun ulang, dipisahkan dan disatukan dalam berbagai macam cara. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan pada tanggal 23-24 Mei 2024 dan diikuti oleh 44 guru dan kepala sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak Bustanul Athfal di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Pelatihan diawali dengan memberikan materi tentang konsep dan penggunaan loose parts untuk APE dan dilanjutkan dengan workshop membuat APE. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang konsep loose part dan penggunaannya berdasarkan hasil rata-rata pretest 69, 69% ke rata-rata skor posttest 80%. Sebanyak 86% peserta kegiatan sangat puas dengan materi yang disampaikan dan penyelenggaraan kegiatan. Setelah kegiatan ini, diharapkan peserta dapat mengimplementasikan APE berbahan loose parts pada kegiatan di sekolahnya masing-masing

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Islamic education supervision at MTs Swasta Ummi Lubuk Pakam, which has tended to be understood as an administrative routine rather than a means of developing teacher professionalism. The purpose of this study is to analyze internal factors such as the competence of the madrasah principal, supervisors, and teachers, as well as external factors in the form of institutional policies and resource availability that affect the effectiveness of supervision, while identifying obstacles in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method through interviews, observations, and documentation of the madrasah principal, education supervisors, and teachers. The results show that the implementation of supervision in madrasahs is still dominated by an administrative culture, time constraints, and a lack of understanding of the essence of supervision, thus failing to have a significant impact on improving teacher competence. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of transforming the paradigm of Islamic education supervision to be more oriented towards collaborative and sustainable teacher professionalism development in order to improve the quality of learning in private madrasahs

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers and parents in fostering early childhood love for the Qur’an in the era of globalization, with a case study conducted at RA Muslimat NU Gunungsitoli. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, this research involved interviews, observations, and documentation with teachers, the principal, and parents of students. The findings reveal that children’s love for the Qur’an is developed through synergistic collaboration between teachers and parents, encompassing habituation, exemplary behavior, and the creation of a Qur’an-friendly environment. Teachers act as facilitators of values and spiritual role models through contextual learning and the use of Islamic digital media, while parents serve as reinforcers of Qur’anic values through home-based guidance. Globalization serves as a double edged factor: presenting challenges in the form of digital distractions while also offering opportunities through interactive technology-based learning media. Effective collaboration between teachers and parents is realized through regular communication, joint Qur’an activities, and educational use of technology. This study emphasizes that children’s love for the Qur’an is not an instant outcome but an integrative process between home and school education that adapts to global challenges. The findings provide both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of early childhood Qur’anic education models in Indonesian Islamic institutions.
