Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the efforts of cooperative management to increase member participation and the level of member participation in the Sakinah Mitra Multipurpose Cooperative Pontianak. This research method is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research uses data collection techniques direct communication with data collection tools in the form of interview guidelines and documentary studies in the form of note sheets. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of the Pontianak Sakinah Mitra Multipurpose Cooperative management undertake two indicators. The following conclusions specifically from the efforts of cooperative management to increase member participation in the Sakinah Mitra Multipurpose Cooperative Pontianak: 1) the efforts made were quite successful using a material approach by giving bonuses in the form of home furnishings to active members and non-material approaches in the form of motivation and management actively involving members in all components of involvement in business planning and decision making 2) the level of member participation in the presence of quite active member meetings, capital contributions, service utilization, and supervision by members.Keywords: Cooperative Management Efforts, Member Participation

Abstract

Dalam pengujian ini membuat sebuah tangga teleskopic yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah operator yang menggunakan tangga ini sebagai alat perantara untuk membantu operator menggapai yang susah dicapai. metode yang digunakan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan menggumpulkan informasi teknologi. berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya didapatkan hasil pada pengujian normalitas bahwa data tersebut dikatakan normal karena nilai sig. lebih besar daripada alpha namun ada beberapa ukuran yang nilai signya kurang dari ketentuan nilai sig. yang ditentukan. Lalu pada pengujian keseragaman data didapatkan hasil data yang seragam dimana kita dapat melihat hasil akhir di melewati BKA ( Batas Kontrol Atas ) dan BKB ( Batas Kontrol Bawah ) karena terletak pada range 2-50. Selanjutnya pada pengujian percentiles dapat diketahui ukuran untuk perancangan tangga telescopic terdapat beberapa percentil dari 5th, 50th , dan 95th untuk menunjukkan data tersebut ditujukkan kepada orang dewasa, adapun hasil dari perancangan yang sudah kami buat adalah ukuran percentil yang digunakan menggunakan ukuran percentil 50th . Kesimpulan dari perancangan produk ini yaitu produk ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan ergonomi dan kenyamanan pekerja terutama pada lutut, kaki, tangan, siku, dan bahu. Alasannya karena produk ini meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan. Biasanya tangga ini digunakan untuk mencapai sesuatu barang atau hal yang susah dicapai.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of child education in Islam according to the perspective of Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a library research approach. Data were collected through an analysis of Ibn Qayyim's primary works, such as Tuhfatul Maudud bi Ahkam al-Maulud, as well as relevant secondary literature. The study found that child education according to Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah involves several methods: the Habit Formation Method, the Exemplary Method, the Advisory Method, the Punishment Method, and the Learning by Doing Method. The results of this study provide a theoretical contribution to understanding the concept of child education from an Islamic perspective, particularly classical views, which are relevant for application in a modern context.

Abstract

Prophet Muhammad SAW serves as a role model for all humanity, particularly in the area of leadership. His leadership style is a prime example of an effective leadership system, which successfully brought about significant transformation in the Arab community, who were living in ignorance and darkness at that time. The principles of his leadership, including siddiq (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (communication), and fathanah (wisdom), are applicable across various situations and contexts. Islamic education today faces significant challenges, one of which is the crisis of leadership. This study aims to explore the application of the Prophet's leadership model within the context of contemporary Islamic education. The objective of this journal is to describe the leadership style of Prophet Muhammad SAW and its relevance to modern times. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive and analytical approach, drawing data from diverse sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and Islamic historical texts. The leadership style of Prophet Muhammad SAW has proven to be effective in creating positive change within society, making it an exemplary model for current leaders in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of moral education in Islam using a literature review method. Data were collected from various authoritative written sources to analyze how moral education plays a role in shaping students' character. The findings indicate that high-quality education leads to good morals, which in turn shape individuals with integrity. Ideal education in Islam must be based on the Qur'an and Hadith as the primary sources of moral values. Islamic ethics possess distinct characteristics that differentiate them from other ethical systems, namely: (a) Rabbaniyah, sourced from Allah SWT and embodying divine values, (b) Insaniyah, ligned with human nature and needs, (c) Syumuliyah, universal and encompassing all aspects of life, and (d) Wasathiyah*, emphasizing balance in every aspect of life. Furthermore, this study emphasizes that moral education should begin at an early age, as childhood is the most effective period for instilling good habits.

Abstract

This paper purpose is to determine how the concept of the value of Sufism in Idrisiyyah Islamic Boarding School Tasikmalaya. Second, how to apply the values of Sufism of the Idrisiyyah Tarekat in developing the character of the students of the Idrisiyyah Islamic Boarding School Tasikmalaya.this paper used qualitative method which data source from observation, interview, and literatures that related with the topic. The research result shows that Idrisiyyah as a religious institution engaged in an effort to develop the character of the students emphasizes on three religious pillars namely Faith, Islam, Ihsan, in the pattern of Sufism put forward Sufism amali oriented to Tazkiyyah annafsh (cleansing of the soul) tashfiyah al-qalb (building a positive character), and tahdzib al-akhlaq (building akhlakul karimah) trying to instill a positive character for the santri. One of the efforts to handle santri not be deceived by the world is with cultivation of sufistic values guided directly by Mursyid Tarekat Idrisiyyah namely Sheikh Akbar Muhammad Fathurrahman. Dhikr gives meaning to self-awareness which then encourages him consciously and with full responsibility to continue his dynamic life mission of giving meaning through righteous deeds.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk memudahkan pihak instansi dalam mengelola data dan administrasi perbaikan fasilitas kantor dan barang milik negara (BMN) yang dilakukan petugas secara mudah, tepat dan efisien. Membuat sistem yang digunakan untuk pendataan seluruh laporan data perbaikan dan tepat dalam mengelola anggaran serta adanya laporan yang tertata dengan baik sehingga pimpinan mudah dalam mengkontrol penggunaan anggaran. Adanya informasi yang cepat ketika akan melakukan pencarian data, sehingga waktutidak terbuang hanya untuk mencari data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian inia adalah metode pengembangan system waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perancanga suatu aplikasi yang mempunyai kemampuan backup dan recovery untuk mencegah kehilangan data karena kelalaian atau hilangnya informasi, serta mampu menyimpan informasi secara efektif dan efisien.
